What a lovely place! A wonderful location, close to restaurants, stores, EVERYTHING. My daughter & I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Bees Knees to everyone. It had everything we needed, was spotless and very comfortable. We parked in a garage a couple blocks away and never drove the car again after we arrived there. We walked to restaurants, to shops and to our walking food tour. We would definitely stay here again
We didn't find the noise outside at night to be a problem at all night. to

Our stay was wonderful! We absolutely loved being right near everything we were going to. We were visiting Savannah for a wedding and had friends staying on the river and it was such an easy walk to meet them. The place was very cute and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing to know would be that it is very loud staying on one of the main roads and the walls don’t do very much to help. I would absolutely recommend bringing a sound machine!

This was the perfect spot! Walkable to everything and of course I was so happy that Coffee Fox was just downstairs and 10 feet from the main door! The apartment was clean, comfortable and so cozy.

We loved our stay at the Bee's Knees. The location was perfect - it's in walking distance to all the hotspots. The view from the room overlooking the street was great!

This location is excellent for walking to any activities in downtown Savannah. The apartment was clean and very nice. Lucky Savannah property management made our stay extremely easy to check in and out. You will be inconvenienced if you are not prepared for the challenge of staying on a major street in a downtown area due to the noise from vehicles and overall activity right outside the door so choose wisely. Dropping off bags is a major issue if there are no parking spaces available when you arrive. Then you have the stairs to carry your items up to your apartment so pack bags that are not to heavy. Whitaker street parking garage was an easy place to drop the vehicle off for the weekend. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and checked out Sunday with a total parking garage fee of $40. All of these items were expected when we booked and did not lower are overall experience. The only thing that could be improved with this rental is to replace the mattresses with a ones that are slightly softer. You most likely wont notice this after you come home from enjoying the Savannah nightlife but if you are hoping to have a sober nights sleep good luck. Also, the computer monitors in the bedrooms need to be swapped out for larger TVs that you can see and hear. We would 100% recommend this stay to friends and hopefully will stay there again in the future. Do not book this stay if you have a hard time carrying luggage up the stairs or prefer a quiet setting. This is a stay for people who want to be in the center of the action!

Condo was as pictures showed. Great space and comfortable accommodations. Noise and the environment outside the Condo were a negative. Noise machines that were provided helped with muffing the noise. The biggest negative was a bench that was located right outside the front door. Seem to be a main location for the homeless to stay. It wouldn't have been a big issue as I know unfortunately this nation has a huge housing crisis . However, on more than one occasion verbal comments were made to us entering or leaving the unit if we didn't give a hand out. This was unfortunate since the unit was perfect inside and the location of the unit was close to everything. This was our first time to Savannah next time I would stay in a different location.

Apartment was in great central location, roomy and comfortable beds! Easy checkin and checkout! Well stocked with towels and other necessities. Parking on street only a challenge on Friday. Short walk to parking garage. Several stairs to get in/out.

Very clean and roomy. We were able to purchase early arrival.
A little noisy but the location makes up for that.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Bee's Knees. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to River Street, shopping, dining and touring the historic district. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great communication from the management company from reservation to check out. Highly recommend!

The property is in good location, (Broughton St). It was in walking distance to a variety of clothing stores, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, parking garages and the river front. The bedrooms were large, great for getting the bride and her bridesmaids ready. The kitchen/living room are also a good size for cooking and relaxing. It has all the amenities you need. I would come back again.

What we loved the most about this rental was hands down the location. It was an easy walk to all of the placer we wanted to visit- River St. City Market and all the shops on Broughton. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. While there was some street noise during the night (it is on Broughton after all), it really did not bother us and the host was kind enough to have a white noise machine available if you are a light sleeper. We plan to stay here again for our next visit.

Overall this was a wonderful rental...great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! The apartment was very comfortable! There was significant street noise up through 1-2 AM due to being on a main street in Savannah. It did effect my sleep. But, other than that, we loved this rental!

Awesome location. Central to everything and no need for a car rental. Of course Savanna’s food is amazing and I could spend the day the Savannah Bee Company. Cool new surf shop down the block, Frankie and June with awesome summer gear. Going back and plan to stay in the same unit again.

It was ok... it's a shame...Savannah has really changed a lot in the past 20 years... and not for the better. We showed up to a smelly homeless woman sleeping at our stoop directly in front of the main door with all her belongings. Very enjoyable stepping over her every time we came and went out. They say "location is key"... but that's if you like lots of noise ALL the time. Between the street construction downtown and the nonstop thumping of bass from the local bars into the early morning... it never ends. Street parking is a joke... just park at the parking garage 5 blocks away and walk everywhere... be sure to pull in your car into your spot... they ticket you for backing your car in a parking spot... which is actually safer, but they don't care. Can't make that up... we got a ticket for backing in. The coffee shop next door had a line out the door basically every day... with plenty of "grown men" with man buns, capri pants and soft hands waiting 20-30 minutes to get an overpriced latte with a cream heart on top of it. So, if you want to visit a town full of entitled woke millennials... this is the place for you. The Comcast Internet cable TV sucked and the rabbit ear tv antenna in the bedroom sucked. It's unfortunate... the place has potential... but it just sucks it's not in a much better city. I said Good Day!

Spent 4 nights at the Bee's Knees. Excellent location to everything. Very comfortable bed. Clean and well stocked except for no hand towels or wash cloths. Didn't feel the need to call the property manager. Couldn't get the TV to turn off (I'm sure it was operator error) but it went off by itself around 3am. Friday night was a bit loud outside but that just means people were having fun. Husband didn't hear a thing, I'm a light sleeper. I did notice white noise machines in the bedrooms but we did not use them. Road construction on the next block but that did not impact our stay at all. Just making Savannah more beautiful than it already is. Overall, I would highly recommend this second floor apartment to anyone that visits this fabulous city!

This listing was perfect for our group of 4. The location couldn't have been more perfect for a lot of what we wanted to do while we were in town and public transport was pretty close if we wanted to get to any other part of town. Any night noise (though pretty minimal) was well controlled by the sound machine's in unit and we had the basics of what we really needed in the kitchen. The company was also super easy to work with and very responsive to any questions and requests we had. We had a great stay and have already recommended this unit to other friends looking to come to the area. Thank you!

What a delightful treasure! Clean, Cozy, and the perfect location for enjoying all the sites by foot. Loved being right in the middle of downtown. While it was noisy at night, the owners had placed white noise machines in the bedrooms. Hope to return!

We came in town for the Savannah Marathon/Girls weekend. The property is just as described, clean and well maintained. There are multiple stairs leading up to the unit door which was not a problem for us, just good to know if you don't do well with stairs. The rooms are good size, beds are comfortable. The location is right in the heart of shops, food/drink and nightlife - our only hiccup was that our entire block was closed and the entire road right outside our door step was torn up for heavy construction. The construction started very early every morning so this would have been disappointing had we been there to sleep in/rest. We were not made aware of this construction, but I will add this would not have changed our decision to stay here, it would have just been nice to know as we were completely caught off guard when we arrived late night to a city we were not familiar with. This also affected our parking a bit but were still able to find spots relatively close. The property group was good to work with and addressed our concerns. Overall, it was a great stay and we would rent the Bee's Knees again!

You really cannot get a better stay than this beautiful, cozy little place. WE had enough room for 6 people and loved that it was perfectly walking distance from everything in downtown Savannah. We would 10000% book here again in the future!!

Very clean property, centrally located in the restaurant section of the historic district in Savannah near the river. The apartment is in excellent shape -- nice new furniture and beds, well decorated, and plenty of space. Even had a washer and drier so don't bring too much clothing with you. It has two large bedrooms with ample closet space. We only used one of the bedrooms but if you have children or are traveling with another couple, it is an ideal apartment. Both bedrooms are like master bedrooms, large and well decorated.
I would recommend this place if you want to be close to the main area of the historic district. But if you seek something more tranquil, head up to the Forsyth Park area, where there are less visitors, stores and restaurants. We liked being where "the action" was occurring so we found the apartment to be very attractive. Great stores, restaurants, jazz clubs, and other entertainment options all within a few minutes walk.
I would recommend you buy a parking pass if you stay here. There is only meter parking in this neighborhood but it is only 12 bucks a day to buy a pass that allows you to park anywhere you want in metered parking for as long as you wish to stay in the spot. Otherwise you will be feeding meters every two hours.
Overall a great place and especially noteworthy for its newness and good condition.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable. Everything was in excellent shape and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Unfortunately I would not rent again (which makes me very sad) only because of the late night noise outside. That is obviously to be expected and there is nothing you can do about it. If you don't mind the street noise or are a heavy sleeper - I highly recommend this apartment.
