Overall our stay was good and the location was very good, the house is within walking distance to everything. When we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working and the office was quick to respond and resolve. We did all feel that the house was not quite what was represented in the pictures. The shower on the first floor was not an en-suite, it is public and the shower - in the closet- lacked hot water all of the time. The back patio was also a bit disappointing, bricks are upheaved making it a bit dangerous and the water feature wasn’t working so it was more a large hole to look at making it an uncozy place to relax or spend time. I would rent from the agency again but unfortunately, not likely the same home.

Location of property was great- easy walk to Riverside. Communication was great with the property manager. They were very responsive and helped me with any questions I had. We liked that the house had 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds. The house had enough plates, cups, and utensils. Some things were very disappointing that seem so easy to make better. Quality of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and trash bag were terrible. Only supplied us with 1 trash bag and 1 paper towel. We were a group of 6 that stayed for 3 nights. Pillows were so hard and ice machine did not produce ice. There was a clump of hair in 1 shower and a clogged drain in another. The ponds in the backyard did not work and made it smell bad so it was not a spot you could hang out. Overall it was pretty disappointing for the price point.

The rental met all of our needs. Quiet location, nice beds, room darkening shades, kitchen well set up and walkable to many locations in downtown Savannah. Plus, the rental allowed dogs!

We are 3 nurses who traveled to Savannah for the Andrea Bocelli concert. Our stay was from 2/13-16 2025. We stayed at this beautiful old home, after the original home we rented was made unavailable by the owners. Lucky Savannah essentially upgraded us to this property, and we loved it! We were able to walk from our downtown location, to most of the sights. We felt safe in the evening, and enjoyed great food, libations, and the culture of Savannah. Thank you Lucky Savannah, for your pleasant response to my emails and calls! My friend is recommending this property to another nurse, who will visit Savannah later this year!

We spent a week in beautiful Savannah. This house is a perfect location to all tourists attractions. We were able to walk everywhere. House has plenty of space. We did a lot of cooking in the home. The only items to be knowledgeable about is that there were lots of wasp nests on the exterior & the small water feature outside is full of stagnant water. Mosquitos didn’t seem to be a huge problem. Home is in good condition. It is in the historical district which means it is an older home. We definitely would stay here again. We were pleased with the lovely home. Everything was very neat and clean. Great area! There were a few things that could be improved:
1. There were no wash cloths.
2. The back patio which I chose property so we could enjoy outdoor space, had a fountain that was not working but filled with stagnant water. The mosquitoes we’re terrible so we could not use the space ��
I would suggest fixing the fountain or filling it with dirt and make a planter. Other than these things our stay did not disappoint.

We rented charming Charlton while we were in savannah for a wedding and we were not disappointed. There were 3 adult couples and we found all three bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable and spacious. The whole place was thoughtfully furnished, clean and very well accommodating. The location was the best attribute. We could walk anywhere in just a few minutes. The rental company was very easy to work with and very professional. I would use them again.

Charming Charlie stay for a girls weekend trip was awesome and comfortable. The place has two living areas with a nice dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Toiletries were supplied which helped. Mattresses were also very comfortable. Few things that would have helped in our stay were having an electric kettle, kitchen toaster was very janky. But overall a very pleasant stay.

The rental house was very clean, bright & roomy. It exceeded our expectations. The house was centrally located to most everything that Savannah has to offer. The management was so easy to deal with and accommodating. They were helpful and informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again.

We spent a long weekend in Savannah to celebrate Grandma's 85th birthday. The house was great and luckily had a bedroom on the ground floor so Grandma didn't have to navigate the stairs. House is located in a nice part of town and close to all. Would certainly stay here again.

This home is is so pretty and is situated in a nice neighborhood. Everywhere is walkable from the squares to the river! We enjoyed sitting out back and the master shower was delightful! I do recommend new mattresses, as all of us require better back support!

We absolutely love Savannah so it was one of the stops for my 50th birthday celebration. This house has a nice floor plan and the layout worked well for us. We just had 3 in our group so each of us took our own bedroom and bathroom for ultimate comfort. We walked everywhere in downtown Savannah from the house. It was great to be able to walk and not have to deal with parking downtown. It's time for a few updates in this house. The blinds on the first floor wouldn't come down all the way so the person sleeping there felt like people on the street could see in. We put plastic bags over the bottom of the blinds for privacy. The beds were very firm for our taste and could use a topper, same for the pillows, too firm. Perhaps provide a variety of bed pillows so people can choose what they like. We felt some of the decor was specific to the owner and felt like a better idea would be to focus on Savannah. There are so many unique and eclectic things about Savannah and a vacation rental should focus on the city's charm. Overall we had a great stay, these are just suggestions for the owner to make it even better!

This house was perfect for my family but I said to my husband we need to come back here for a couples weekend to really enjoy the downtown life. The house was perfect, but I did think it was a little closer than it was to downtown but the weather would have made it hard to walk anyway. First time in Savannah and had a great time the house was clean and charming with original features that I just adored!!

The home was beautiful inside and out, and fit our needs perfectly for our stay in Savannah during my medical conference. I was a little bit nervous about street parking in a busy city like Savannah, but we never had a problem finding a parking spot directly in front of this adorable home. The street was quaint and quiet despite being easy walking distance from the parks, restaurants, and sites that Savannah offers. I would love to stay in this home again if my travels bring me and my family back to Savannah!

The house was perfect for our needs and close to several parks for dog walking. Access on foot to historic Savannah, downtown, restaurants and night life was a breeze for our athletic family. Literally running with my daughters from this location worked so well. The only areas that could be improved are a large coffee maker and a bit of cleanup in the back patio but we did not use this area much.

Rental home was as advertised. The location was amazing, just a short drive (or walk) from river street. Check-in and out was simple, and the free parking saved us a lot of time, patience, and money. The surprise was the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom....This place was just what we needed and I would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Savannah.

We chose this home because it accommodated our grown children, their significant others, and my husband and I. Parking was convenient. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back patio in the morning for coffee. It was a walkable distance to the River area and many things touristy. Check in/out was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet.

We couldn’t have been happier with this home. It was well appointed and extremely clean. The bed linens were so soft and the beds were very comfortable. The biggest plus was that it was pet friendly and we were able to bring our small dog. This home does not show any signs of pets at all. It was impeccable. A short walk to all the attractions in the historic district. We would definitely stay here again.

House was pleasant; beds comfortable. Located a couple of blocks into a transitional neighborhood but perfectly safe. Windows are painted shut and sink in master bath is loose. You have to go through the living room to get from first floor bedroom to bathroom. Overall perfectly adequate.

Great experience. Great location, never walked to our destinations, street is a little dark at night, not a lot of lighting and several stray cats around. House was clean and comfortable for 3 couples. Biggest complaint was the master bedroom bathroom, although beautiful there was no shower door or curtain and no door to close the bathroom from the bedroom making a hot / steam shower impossible. Very drafty in the bathroom. We had no power in the master the first night but called maintenance the next morning and they came right away and fixed it.

Rental was fantastic; stayed here for a long adults only weekend. Two master suites and a downstairs bedroom with detached bath made for near perfect living/sleeping arrangements for our group.
Location was good, close to everything. It was hot, but that's to be expected in the summer.

We had a very nice experience overall. This is a very comfortable and clean house for a family visit. The location was good for us, about a 10/15 minute walk for groceries or river street, many of Savannah's squares are near by and we were able to check in early.
The only negatives:
- The kitchen supplies are so-so. Only 6 plates, nothing other than salt & pepper, pots are average. This is not bad at all, but if you like to cook you may be challenged.
- Upstairs tub does not drain well. Hopefully the owner has fixed this by now.

The home was perfect for our Girl's Trip. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of room for sleeping and getting ready for our excursions! The The layout of the house allowed for the girls upstairs to sleep without being disturbed by the noise from downstairs when others were talking and laughing. The home was also in a great location to take a short walk to The Cathedral of Saint John and catch the trolley. The only negative was that we had a minor problem with the cleanliness of the unit. When we called management they were awesome! They sent someone right away to take care of our concern and then refunded our entire Housekeeping Fee. Every person that we spoke with from Lucky Savannah was polite, caring and professional! We were very impressed with the staff! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lucky Savannah for an amazing vacation!

The house is great for an adult rental. Each bedroom has a king size bed. Walkable distance to everywhere. At night we would Uber. The only complaint is that the house is stocked very minimal. One garbage bag, no spices, etc. All the bedrooms and family room have a nice television in it but there are only a few stations since they have the most basic cable package. All in all we liked the house.

We enjoyed the house. Nice to have separate spaces to gather. Clean, very nice. Had everything we needed (I couldn't find all parts for corkscrew?) The location could not have been better. Just awesome and we could always find street parking, even when we had to change sides for street cleaning.

Great rental - great location - on the Rock and Run Marathon Course (even stopped at home for a potty break mid-race) - loved 3 king size beds - kitchen supplies could use a little beefing up - but the bare minimums were available. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Charming Charlton. Excellent location close to everything just not right in the middle of the action. Bonus for a wonderful playground just a few blocks away. When we arrived at the rental we were pleasantly surprised. The surrounding area was nice, a few older homes, not as nice but still overall very comfortable. The house on the outside definitely could use some up keep, some repairs, minor maybe. But the interior is top-notch, if you ask me, and you did. Going up and down the stairs at age 56 was not all that easy but I did it for the weekend. Had everything we needed. The kitchen was fantastic, the rooms were great. The televisions didn't get very many channels, of course we didn't come there to watch TV but late at night we didn't have many choices. The remote in the living room had bad batteries which had leaked into the remote so it didn't work. That would have been the remote for the television. It was nice to sit on the back porch. It was a good experience.

The Charming Charlton was an amazing home for a girls trip! There was plenty of room to sit around and chat, eat and have an amazing time. The location is a stone's throw away from the heart of Savannah! I would book this place again in a heartbeat!

The unit was nice and beds were confy. Good location. Parking in front of unit was an issue due to weekly street cleaning. I advised owner of loose refrig handle, master bathroom door lock broken, needed TV channel listings, no chair in bedroom and front plate on M/W kept falling off. Two couples had to sleep upstairs and climbing steps became an issue for them. The back yard needed sprucing up.

Enjoyed the charming city of Savannah. Charming Charlton was a very comfortable home with a great layout for our family: 2 seniors, 2 adults and 1 twelve year old. The downstairs bedroom had a king sized bed with nearby full bath which was great for my husband who has trouble with stairs:the other two bedrooms each with their own baths, king sized beds and tvs. While it seemed we were at the outer limit of the historical district it was not difficult getting to the places we wanted to visit.We thoroughly enjoyed Grey and Old ink House dining experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Charming Charlton house. There were 5 adults and we loved having 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. It is a 2 story house with a formal living room and also a tv room which was very comfortable. It was very clean and stocked adequately. The location was nice, we didn't walk to the historic district because it was a little cool during our visit, but you could. We didn't have any problem parking on the street in front. It is a quiet street although the houses are close together (just as they were back in the day!)

The house was beautiful! The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and bright, and everything in the house was well maintained. The living areas were comfortable, and we enjoyed the relaxing TV room being right off the kitchen for easy gathering space. Check in and out were effortless, and the area is a great location and distance to downtown.
