The location was great. The home was better in person than the photos showed - though it was smaller than we expected in our mind's eye. Perfect for 4-5 people. Three couples were a bit tight in the space. The patio was awesome. The property is lovely but is showing some wear from its usage as a VRBO. Very clean. The management company was responsive to requests and professional. We would recommend and would stay again.

Property description was overall accurate. Patio was a little smaller compared to the picture. Needed some TLC. House was great, clean. Only downside was none of the ice machines were working. Shower downstairs dripped.

This was the perfect home to put us in the mood to explore the charming delights of Savannah. The house was close to everything -- we walked almost everywhere. Cotton Manor, a lovely historic home that all four of us found to be delightful, was a gem. The decor was beautiful -- warm and inviting. We made the most of the charming courtyard enjoying coffee or wine, depending on the time of day. We would stay here again and definitely book through Lucky Savannah.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay in Savannah. We had 6 guests in the house and we all stayed comfortably. There were plenty of bathrooms and the common space was perfect for gathering. The backyard patio is a great place to relax after a day of touring the city. The house is centrally located in walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

We stayed at Cotton Manor for a much-needed Girls' Weekend this past January. We loved the space and location. I would highly recommend this house.

The property was totally as advertised. The location was walkable all around the historic district to the river. Very near numerous restaurants and so many beautiful squares. The house is well maintained, clean, linens for sofa bed wrapped in plastic for our use. Instructions for entry and exit clear. Spoke with a very helpful manager, I had overlooked the WiFi info which was clearly marked on front of booklet. We all enjoyed this house and location.

Exquisitely designed and thoughtfully appointed. Located feet away from the trolley stop, a quick walk to Forsyth Park and a healthy hike to the river front, but still in a quiet residential area. The courtyard proved a relaxing part of the day. Private and quiet. The prettiest intimate garden area I’ve enjoyed. Honestly, I wanted to stay indefinitely. Plenty of modernized appliances and overall design blended with historic pieces and architecture. Perfect choice anytime we’re in Savannah. Thank y’all.

Perfect location in the Historic part of town. A lovely and well- supplied home. However it might have been nice to give us a heads up that there was a significant construction project going on at the building next door.

This house in historic Savannah was about as perfect as one could ask for. The location couldn’t have been better. And the house itself was phenomenal! It was clean and comfortable and you actually felt like you were staying in Savannah during its heyday. I can’t say enough about the way the house was furnished and decorated. The outside courtyard was one of the best parts in my opinion. We spent many nights outside, sipping drinks and relaxing from walking around so that all day I would definitely recommend this house and we would stay there again.

It was ok. I think I expected more after seeing the pictures of the home and the reviews. The home is definitely not as large as it appears in the pictures. The lighting is also not as bright as it appears in the picture. The house was definitely well stocked as far as linen/bathroom supplies. I think the house and the furniture would benefit from a deep clean. The house is in walking distance to the riverfront which is definitely a plus. If I’m honest I must say the home was ok and it served its purpose.

Lovely historic home in the heart of Savannah. Great location. That said, a few things to mention. Cleaning crew not finished at time of check-in, delaying our entry. Prior tenant appeared to have futzed with the cable, requiring maintenance to fix. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Uncomfortable master bed, with ill-fitting sheet. Better temperature control in master shower needed. No laundry detergent, as stated would be provided.

There were four of us visiting Atlanta. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, although it would be a stretch to put two people in the Murphy bed. The location is excellent. We didn’t have a car, and didn’t need one. Property was clean, lots of amenities. We loved the outdoor space, but the cushions in the back need a refresh. We enjoyed many restaurants, and rooftop bars. Customer service was extremely prompt, the Hospitality App was super easy and informative to communicate through.

Nice furnished and updated home. Narrow steep stairs to the 2 second floor bedrooms. Well equipment kitchen and a very nice built in grill. Very nice patio with fireplace which we did not get to enjoy much do to the weather. Third bedroom is small and has a Murphy bed which is fine but we had to move the chaise lounge in order to open the bed - only real complaint. Very close to Forsyth Park walkable to all things Savannah.

Cotton Manner sleeps six. The third bedroom upstairs it’s too small to be comfortable for two people. It has a giant air conditioner it takes up space in a small room. Not a lot of places to put belongings. The bathroom is extremely small and also has no place to put belongings. Downstairs is very nice but needs attention. The outside courtyard it’s very lovely but needs maintenance. This would be a good place for two people.

Location six perfect. Updates are chic, but feel appropriate for a historic home. Super clean!
Only minuses - the kitchen (beautiful as it is) holds a slightly musty smell even after febreeze. Need luggage racks so you don’t have to fully unpack or place suitcases in the floor.

This lovely home was perfect for our family of 5 (including 2 under 2 yrs old). We used Baby Quip rentals to supply a crib, high chair and books & toys delivered before our arrival. We ordered Whole Foods staples the day before to be delivered just after our arrival. The kitchen had everything needed. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and living/dining areas for play and visits. The location was superb, beds super comfy and overall aesthetic of the house and neighborhood exceptional. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This was our first time in Savannah so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We rented the house not really knowing the location but from the description we have our fingers crossed. Turned out to be an excellent location and easily walk to everything we wanted to see. The house itself is beautifully historic. The arrival process was easy and the house was spotlessly clean! Three bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms meant everyone had their own space and the large living room dining room combination was perfect for our family. One of our favorite spots though was the outdoor patio. It has a covered area as well as seating open to the sunshine and a beautiful fountain, great for morning coffee and after dinner drinks. Any questions we had during our stay were answered very quickly through the app. We would definitely rent this house again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The house is in a perfect location, and it has parking. We could walk to all the historic sites. The rooms are all beautifully decorated. The outdoor patio is fabulous for eating meals, having a glass of wine, or sitting by a fire. We started our trip with a walking tour with Noble Jones tours which gave us a great introduction to Savannah. We toured the historical homes that were open during COVID, visited the museums, and walked through the parks and squares. We had 2 fabulous dinners out at Local 11ten and Common Thread. We took easy day trips to Hilton Head, Tybee Island, and Skidaway Island. We walked through Bonaventure Cemetery which is really lovely with the azaleas in bloom. We highly recommend staying in this historic home.

This property was loaded with southern charm. It was a great size for our family of 5. Each room was beautifully appointed. Beds were comfortable. The outside patio looked straight out of a feature article on patio design on Houzz and had a great fireplace. The location so close to Forsyth Park was really nice also.

This home exceeded expectations. It's location is beyond convenient and has it's own private parking. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, you would need your own seasonings if planning on cooking but why cook when you can walk to restaurants on river street or order for delivery. I also want to say the outdoor space is extra special with a fountain, fire place, gas grill, and plenty of seating.

We had such a fun girls weekend in this historic home in Savanah - it slept four comfortably. This remodeled home was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for our time in Savanah. We chose this home because of the nice outdoor spaces available for coffee in the morning and evening cocktails out on the patio and it did not disappoint. The galley kitchen is small but adequate for making breakfast or reheating food. Location was very nice since it was a quieter neighborhood location near Forseth park yet only 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. Also within a 5 minute walk to the grocery store which had everything we needed. It was only a 30 minute drive to the beach so perfect for an afternoon out. Only suggestion I would make is that they need to add a dehumidifier in the house with this damp southern environment but is likely typical of the area. We can't wait to visit Savanah again!

We had a great stay at Cotton Manor. Unlike some of the places we have stayed, Cotton Manor's pictures were very indicative of the what the place looks like. The outdoor area was great, the house was well decorated, clean, and well maintained, and it accommodated 5 people very well. It is very well located within the historical district, which allowed us to walk just about anywhere. Lucky Savannah provided great instruction on access to the house and stay requirements, and provided great customer service. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah!

We stayed at Cotton Manor for 6 nights. The house was spotless when we arrived. The no-contact check-in instructions were clear and easy. The living room is decorated with really comfortable sofa and chairs. The dining room table was large enough for our meals for 5 adults during this time of take-out. The outside dining and patio was just fantastic - great for coffee in the mornings and relaxed dinners too! The kitchen had wonderful appliances (Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Bosch) and although small had absolutely everything we needed and was easy to navigate. The location was just perfect for walks to Downtown and Forsyth Park. Had an issue at 8:00 pm one evening and Lucky Savannah had someone there in 20 minutes - great service - thanks so much. Will stay again.

Home was beautiful and great location. The patio was also beautiful and relaxing. Great location. We travel to Savannah often to see our daughter at SCAD and would love to return to home but only complaint I would say is that the house was not very clean as far as floors & master shower. The housekeepers may have just forgotten this time.

We found the directions helpful in how to access the home. The door with the code access leads to a very narrow kitchen, if you are carrying in bags it isn't very easy to walk through. Using one of the other doors that leads to the back yard was easier. The photos online don't show the true sizes of each space. The living and dining room were nice, the extra full bath on the first floor was very convenient. The other half bath on the first floor was very large. The stairway to the second floor was also very narrow and carrying bags up and down was not easy as the stairs are steep. The master bedroom was large and the bathroom was very nice. The second bedroom was smaller but good. The portable A/c unit was another issue, it didn't work well and required the blinds to be left open. We ended up draping a sheet over to block the morning sun. The hall bathroom was smaller but it was nice. I have used Lucky Savannah in the past and several other members of the wedding party also stayed in units from Lucky Savannah. I would use Lucky Savannah again, but might not stay in the Cotton Manor.

The home is very nice and in a nice location. About a 20 minute walk to the river. There is a park about 2 minutes away. Clary's restaurant is about a 3-4 min walk.
The outdoor patio area is cozy and has a lily pond waterfall. Very peaceful.
The master bedroom has a balcony but you have to crawl out the window to use. It was fun sitting outside watching the people walk down the street and the squirrels in the trees.
There is a cute front and side porch too but no furniture to use. We would recommend adding 2 chairs at least to the front porch.
We did have to report a few issues with the home.
1) A few outdoor lights weren't working on the patio. We also reported the string lights on patio weren't working. We found out on our own the string lights have to be plugged in by the parking spaces and not within the patio area.
2) The upstairs hall bathroom shower leaks and the floor is being damaged from this. I hope the owners repair very soon! We reported this and were brought extra towels to put on floor to help mop up the water.
Overall this was a nice home to stay in.

Overall a great stay at Cotton Manor. Great location—close to Forsyth Park, easy walk to Broughton St./City Market. Etc. Having a parking spot was a nice perk. Only complaint is that the A/C unit did not want to cool the 2nd upstairs bedroom. VERY hot weekend! My daughter ended up sleeping downstairs on fold out sofa. Also a few lightbulbs that needed to be replaced. Aside from that, a lovely place to stay as my older daughter graduated with her masters of architecture from SCAD. A very busy weekend!

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this historic home. We walked everywhere. Convenient private parking. Liked the outdoor spaces (including the upstairs balcony), the living spaces, and the comfy king bed and good-sized master bath. The second bedroom and bath had issues, however. In the second bedroom there is a portable air conditioning unit that stands in the corner of the bedroom and is vented through a window. It is noisy and the shutters cannot be closed. Thankfully, we did not need that second bedroom! I would have been very unhappy if we would have had another couple or our kids along. The toilet in the hall bath was running when we arrived. We just closed the door since we did not need it, and reported it when we left. On a picky note, the windows really need to be washed. Had two great meals just two blocks away, dinner at Cuoco Pazzo Cucina and a yummy breakfast at Cleary's.

My husband and I stayed in cotton manor with my parents for a family getaway. We cannot say enough good things about this rental. The outdoor sitting areas are divine, and tranquil. The home is wonderful. Great location just a block from Forsyth. We walked everywhere but Lyft was able to easily find us when we didn’t feel like it. The second bedroom upstairs is slightly small, but perfect just for sleeping. The master bedroom is grand! The living space was perfect. Decor was lovely throughout. We could have stayed at the rental and never left to explore and would have been perfectly happy. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent rental. One of the best rentals ever.
Location-Close to everything, trolley stop, Forsyth Park, River Front,Restaurants, museums and much more.
Parking- Valuable 2 no pay parking spaces with easy access.
Comfort- Very comfortable bedding, furniture (in door and out), small but very functional kitchen, plenty of plush towels.
Easy check in and out.
We gave the property a 5 star for cleanliness because the property itself was clean. However there were several dirty pots, pans and dishes in the cabinets. There was no excuse for this as there is a dishwasher and detergent provided for the guest. We felt prior guest had put the dirty dishes away and that was out of the control of property management. Obviously it would not discourage us from staying there or with Lucky Savannah again.

This property is beyond fabulous. The house is in fantastic condition, decorated nicely, with ample kitchen accessories, and linens. My friends and I enjoyed sitting in both the larger and smaller courtyards. We also enjoyed sitting at the round table playing card games. There wasn't a single need that wasn't met. My return flight was cancelled, and I was accommodated perfectly and easily to stay an additional night. This perhaps would have been different if someone was due in the house after us. None the less, I was very stressed, and Lucky Savannah was very helpful. I was nervous when I called into a system. But, they returned my phone call more than promptly. The location is central, and was close to everything! We had a wonderful time sitting on the window accessed second floor balcony. Many tour buses came by, and we all had fun shouting hello to one another! The one struggle we ran into was slow plumbing in one (of the 4) of the bathrooms. Other than that, I cannot boast enough about the property and Lucky Savannah alike. I have every intention of staying again.

We rented cotton manor for a girls trip to celebrate our mom’s retirement. It was more than accomendating for 5 people. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for 5 women getting ready. The upstairs bathroom did have a slow drain but otherwise everything was great. The outdoor patio was perfect for a night time glass of wine. Location was a little walk to downtown but super close to Forsynth Park. Loved the old charm of the house and would definately stay again if we travel to Savannah.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever used. The location on Abercorn St was perfect for walking everywhere. We parked the car for four days and didn't move it. The house is beautiful and roomy. Sleeps 6 although there were only four of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. Linens and towels were very nice. The main floor living area was spacious and comfortable. And, because we had great weather we spent most of our time on the patio in the rear of the house. All brick with tables and chairs, barbecue, a pond with fish and a fountain. Little lights at night. It was a magical place for a drink and relaxation after walking everywhere in Savannah. I would stay here again in a minute!!

Went for a mother/daughters stay. The house was extremely charming, beautiful original details, gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. Gorgeous outdoor rear courtyard and side courtyard. Great location, easy walk to downtown and all squares and parks. Only complaint was that we arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the lock box and then opening it when we finally found it. Clearer instructions to get in or someone meeting you there would have been helpful. Also, a book giving recommendations for restaurants, places not to miss, etc. would be nice. Overall though a great experience. Would definitely stay here again, and loved Savannah!

It was exceptionally cold while we were there and the furnace was not working correctly, the rental company had someone to the house within an hour to make necessary repairs. I wish it would have been warm enough to use the back patio because it was lovely! We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this house again if we visit Savannah!

The house was beautifully restored and was in a great location. But there were several issues. The air conditioning barely reached the second floor where the bedrooms were. There was no fan in the second bedroom and it was very hot. The sink in the bathroom by the second bedroom was completely stopped up. This was fixed the day after we called. The TV in the second bedroom did not work, and was not able to be fixed while we were there. There was extensive construction on a house directly across the street and the noise was terrible. We should have been made aware of this situation. We might have selected a different property to stay at.

We had a lovely stay at Cotton Manor, we experienced a few issues in the beginning but would love to stay again.
We were a family of 4-6 depending on who was visiting at the time. We had some issues when we arrived. The house was at 54 degrees F and the beds were cold that it took hours to warm them to get a comfortable night's sleep. The sofa bed did not exist so 2 people had to sleep on the cold floor for the first night. I called the next morning and an inflatable bed was delivered. After a few more hiccups were addressed our stay was quite nice.
The courtyard was beautiful and we enjoyed many evenings grilling and dining outside. The kids loved to watch the fish in the koi pond. The location of Cotton Manor was perfect for a young family. We could walk to grab a coffee at Mirabelle's then head to Forsyth park for a morning playtime. I loved hearing the horse's hooves trot by the house in the evenings. The kitchen was efficient and the appliances were top of the line. The household furniture was beautiful and comfortable.
