Beautifully furnished. Great location. We enjoyed Mrs Wilkes, Husk and The Olde Pink House for dinners. The courtyard was wonderful to have coffee or a glass of wine depending on the time of day. Hosts were gracious and excellent communication.

Furnished very nicely and well equipped with everything you need. Great location and good parking. Rental is bit noisy in the middle of the night from unit upstairs. Also kitchen could have used a good clean, counters were sticky with dried on bits of food.

The amenities at the property were as described. One particular bonus was the front porch with comfortable furniture, good lighting for evening reading and a nice breeze that kept it cooler. The secluded back garden space was also comfortable. I would stay here again.

Home was beautiful and met every need. Street was very busy. But that being said, home was only 2 blocks from Forsyth Park. You can catch the trolley to all areas of Savannah.

Wonderful location close to Forsyth Park. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, and get on the hop on hop off bus. There are 3 separate rooms for sleeping. There is no Keurig coffee maker only an old fashioned coffee maker. Could use a larger trash can in the kitchen, Kleenex in the bathrooms and trash cans in the bedrooms.

The unit as was advertized. We were 4 persons and very cofortable.The area and unit was quiet. As noted by other renters we were able to secure free parking on adjacent Tatnall street.

This rental worked out perfectly for us. The two bedrooms plus the Murphy bed in the bonus room worked excellent for our family of four. The house had everything we needed to accommodate our long weekend stay in Savanna. The location was also great. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Savanna. We could have easily skipped the rental car and Uber’d from the airport. A++ experience for us here.

I needed a bigger space to host friends coming to town and this was an excellent rental. The courtyard alone was a great social space to enjoy the spring weather and take breaks from the holiday crowds! Lots of seating for us to host brunch and visit!

Courtyard on Gaston was exactly as described, and was perfect for our Savannah getaway. Spotlessly clean with all the important amenities, this house did not disappoint. Additionally, the location was just a 5 minute walk to the trolley stop which takes you all over historic Savannah, and a short Uber ride away from the riverfront for those evening dinner reservations. Can't say enough good things about this rental. We will be back.

This was a very good rental. We were in town for a concert and it was an excellent location to walk to the shuttle. The place met our needs very well. I highly recommend the property. We needed some extra sheets and they were delivered within minutes, such great service. I was so impressed. We loved the courtyard area too.

We stayed at the Gaston street re tal for 4 nights. It was charming and very well kept. The three bedrooms accommodate several people and the downstairs gas a private courtyard patio. This was an excellent location for the downtown historic district. Everything was walkable and didn't need the car for the most part. The host was very attentive to us and answered questions in a very timely manner. Wo derful front porches also.

Clean and excellent location. The parking in front is metered so it will run you about $2 every two hours and you have to reload it every two hours through the meter or on an app. The office suggested we get a pass but then a nice local walking by said the parking to the right on the road was not metered so we moved our cars there. We didn’t feel unsafe at all during our stay and walked or Ubered when we wanted to go out. The sunroom is large enough for two people and has the cutest patio off the back which is perfect for morning coffee. That rooms ac is very loud and buzzes so perhaps, bring a white noise machine or an Alexa to play it. The washing machine and dryer are very loud too so don’t do laundry at night but it was a great set. The water level treasure was great too. There were plenty of dishes and pans. I do wish they would have given more than two trash bags bc we ran out quickly. I’m beds were comfy too. The only tv is in the sunroom - wish we had one in the living room but that is okay. We didn’t watch any anyways. They do need to have the cleaners wipe the doors and fans down - they were very dirty.
We felt like this would be a good quiet place for a family or a rowdy group like us. Once again, great location and super nice office staff.

This house was amazing! My mom and I came to town for a girls weekend and we had the best time. This house has the most beautiful courtyard where we could enjoy a cold drink after a full day of sightseeing. One of the best features was that street parking was always available, and the street on the side of the house allows you to park for free. We loved the location of this property because it was so close to Forsyth Park but didn’t have the business of some of the other locations I looked at. *Bonus* My mom has limited mobility and only had to tackle the front 3 steps and everything else in the house was on the same level. So she was able to get around great.

Lovely weekend with college roommates in this property. Had to give a 3 star for cleanliness because it had not been cleaned upon arrival. However as soon as I called property manager, within 5 minutes a crew arrived. There had been some kind of miscommunication. It was all handled professionally and quickly. Great location for most things in Savannah although we did choose to drive to River Street, especially when we knew we’d be after dark coming back. We loved the patio, enjoyed our breakfasts and “happy hour” while taking in the sweet smell of the jasmine blossoms. Would definitely recommend for couples or 3 people traveling together as well.

The single level was perfect for member with mobility issues. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Property was clean but had a funky smell. The refrigerator was broken which may have been the cause. Had to call for sheets for the Murphy bed even though my booking specified how many people but they were delivered quickly. Overall a good experience.

We loved staying at Courtyard on Gaston! The home had everything we needed, plenty of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, plenty of garbage bags etc. We loved having the Murphy bed too! The location was terrific, close to the park and we walked everywhere. Parking was fine too, there were always spots on the side of the house that weren’t metered. Parking in the front is metered. The only complaint we had was my husband wished there was another tv somewhere in the home since we used the extra space with the Murphy bed where the tv is for our son to sleep in.

This rental was a perfect choice. It was big enough for five of us. It was clean , beautiful and right in the middle of everything we needed and wanted to do. Also the beach was only 25 minutes away. I would strongly recommend this house

We stayed 4 nights and it was a great location to get to everything we wanted to do. After a hot day out and about, it was nice to come back to our space. Worked well for two couples - each had bedroom/bathroom. The common area were all used and enjoyed. Only request would be that if a stay is longer than 2 nights that you double the amount of bath towels you leave for each guest. :-)

We enjoyed this home. It was clean and roomy. I probably would not sleep on the murphy bed though. We were on the bottom floor and my aunt us elderly. We didn't realize you could exit through the gate until the last day. I would stay again for sure!

Charming, spacious, comfortable, clean, convenient. Loved sitting in the courtyard for coffee in the morning. Enjoyed sitting on the porch with a beverage in the evening. Able to walk everywhere from the house, only 2 blocks to Forsyth Park. Walked to Kroger for groceries. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. This is the lower flat in a house and we did hear footsteps from the upper story in the morning, but otherwise we never knew anyone else was in the building. Using the key code for access was simple and the people @ Lucky Savannah were very helpful when I did need to call. I will definitely use them again if I ever make it to Savannah again.

Love the property! Such a cute place and close to everything. We really were only there to sleep and shower. So, there was only one thing that was not 100% positive but really wasn’t a big deal. Since there was 3 of us, I was going to sleep on the Murphy bed, there were no extra bedding for it. No sheets or pillowcases. We didn’t mind doubling up, so really not a big deal. Otherwise, the place was absolutely perfect!

I suppose the perfect property for one couple and a single person who were in town on business. The rental is situated perfectly and equal proximity to historic downtown and restaurants, good parking, and then for work we were able to jump on the highway in less than a minute. The property was very clean, had all of the necessary amenities, was very comfortable, and was also very quiet considering it’s proximity to downtown.

We loved the house on Gaston. Very close to walk to everything in the historic district. We walked every day to the Riverfront as well. Quiet and private area. Easy,free parking on adjacent street.
The house is sooooo roomy and delightfully decorated---even better than the photos! We had 5 adults and so nice for everyone to have their own area and very comfortable beds. The entire house was very clean. We visited right after Christmas so it was fun to see Savannah still decorated for the holidays.

The home we selected in Savannah for our annual Christmas get away was wonderful. It had everything that we needed. It was in a good location, blocks off off of Forsyth Square. The only concern that we had was that the “sunroom”, which appeared to be an add on was very chilly. The wall heater only blew out cold air. We were fortunate to have relatively warm weather but if the temps were colder the room would not be useable. However, we never checked with management to ask if we were adjusting the heater correctly. It is a very comfortable house and we would definitely rent it it again.

The place was perfect in size and location. Although the place was clean, the dishes were iffy. We had to wash anything we used before we used it. Not horrible, but like they were rinsed but no dishrag or sponge or even a paper towel was used. The internet is useless. BRING YOUR OWN HOT SPOT! It will not stay connected and when it is connected its only got one dot. But as far as the location and such, absolutely perfect. The Old Savannah Tours picked us up with a shuttle for our Trolley Tours and they brought us home. We were two blocks from Forsythe Park where you can catch the free DOT bus. Parking can be tricky, but it worked out. We would stay again, but we would definitely bring our own wifi.

It was a nice older quaint place. Location was great for us. Just around the block from Forsyth Square. We did not have a car due to having be to Savannah parking is limited. We used Urber in the evening. We walk during the day. Great girls trip.

We had a wonderful vacation in Savannah! We are so glad that we chose to go with this vacation rental over doing two hotel rooms. The place was clean and had everything we needed plus more. Location was great. Close enough to visit the sites yet far away enough to be peaceful. Two down sides were the people above us were very noisy into the late night and early morning. Internet service was too slow to be useful and we had to just use our data time.

The only downfall was there was no parking except for street and only one tv in the house. Nothing that the company did wrong just a couple comments that would make it better! We are 2 couples vacationing in Savannah for a week. We had used VRBO successfully in other states and that is why we decided to use it here. For the money saving (hotel vs vacation rental) it was a no brainer. We probably saved between 100-150 a night per couple. But, now for the bad...the property is in poor condition, mostly outside. Inside was an improvement but only 1 TV. Our feet were black from the floors and carpets. The yard was overgrown and the paint chipping on the porch. We did not spend any quality time in the Courtyard or porch. The neighbors upstairs were LOUD...both in voice and stomping, and I mean stomping about...beware, the "floors" are thin. The rep from Lucky Savannah approached them and things improved. No cleaning supplies except for a small bottle of dish soap and a stipend of laundry and dishwasher solution. The beautiful upgraded kitchen appliances have not seen any stainless steel cleaner in a long while and the stove top was grease covered. To end on a positive,,,the property was 2 blocks from a DOT stop and Forsythe Park. We walked to Mrs. Wilkes and the downtown area. Our door code did not work at first and we waited half hour to get Lucky Savannah to answer our calls but once they did we were god for the remainder of our trip.

A group of 6 of us from all over met in Savannah to have a little get away. It was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The house was very cute, nice location-a bit further from where the nightlife happens but we were still able to walk there with no issues. Having the option of the Murphy bed was great! My favorite part of the house was sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking coffee.

This apartment is in the perfect location on the edge of the Historic District in Savannah. It was nicely appointed and roomy for our family of four. We had no issues with our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in this beautiful city!

This was a very nice house at the edge of the historic district. There are only 2 steps to to the front door which was a plus for us. Everything about the property met expectations and I would stay there again.

Beautiful place! Very clean. Four cousins came to Savannah for a girls trip. We found this place felt like home for us. Beds were comfortable, even the Murphy bed. One cousin slept on the sofa in the living room and found that comfy as well. Loved the privacy of the cute courtyard. A quick walk to the free bus. Would suggest a grab bar be installed near bathtub as it’s deep ness could be a challenge for some although the other bathroom has a walk-in shower that could be used. Quiet neighborhood though there is road noise as Gaston is a well used road. That said we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this cute place again!

We were looking for a first floor apartment with few stairs, since we are elderly travelers with bad knees, and this place fit the bill. We liked the location, on the far side of the historic district, because it was quiet. A free shuttle bus was a short walk away and it brought us within a few blocks of most tourist sites. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the apartment was cleaned. A minor issue with the television was quickly addressed. The little courtyard was charming and I am sure we would have enjoyed it more if the weather had been warmer!

This is a great location and the home is well taken care of and we enjoyed our stay. We arrived late on Friday and received a parking ticket as the street sweeping signs were not well light. So pay attention.

Perfect location to everything downtown. Home is in need of some general repairs. Bathroom door does not lock and light has a short in it. Front room smells of mold.

We stayed at the Courtyard on Gaston for our granddaughter's graduation. She, her daughter, and her fiancé joined us in the house. It was everything we wanted and more. I greatly enjoyed the well stocked kitchen when preparing meals. We had ample, comfortable sleeping areas, and the bathrooms were fully updated. Having the living space to visit with other family members in Savannah for the graduation was ideal. Lots of good restaurant options within walking distance. Parking over the weekend was not an issue. We would highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed staying at Courtyard on Gaston for our family vacation to Savannah. The house had a good layout for our family of 5 and the room with the pull down bed was great! The location was really nice and we were able to walk to everything. Parking was not an issue since there were non metered spaces right beside the house. The only issues we had: The hall bathroom was small, and was a little awkward with little privacy due to a window to the living room. Also, we did have someone who was staying above us in the artist loft and it was a little noisy for us. Other than that it was great!

Went on a girls trip and rented this little house. We all loved it! It was old, charming and quaint. There were 4 of us on the trip and we all had plenty of space. We woke and went to sleep at different times so we could stay in separate rooms so as not to disturb the others. The den was a great spot for our late night talks and visits. The living room was a quiet space for early risers. Would have loved to sit outside in the private courtyard but it was too cold. The house was clean, located in a good spot. The kitchen was perfect. The beds were comfortable. We were in walking distance to everything. We felt safe. We knew about the parking before we booked but had no trouble finding a spot across the street from the house. We all loved the fact that it was a keylesss entry. Had a question so I sent an email got a very quick response to my question. I even got a phone call in regards to my question. Can't say enough good things about this place. We are going to make this trip an annual event and will be staying there again, if available.

The hurrican had affected us in Florida and my husband's sister in South Carolina. We had planned a get together ib Savannah for several weeks before the storm. After the storm I called the Licky Savannah and there were wonderful about helping us and encouraging us things would be ready. The house was great for 5 adults, the parking was never a problem, there was wonderful park (cleaned up and safe from the storm) we walked in it every afternoon and the porch was our gathering place. W would stay again and recommend this to everyone. Thanks again to everyone.

We had a great stay in this historic home! We were very comfortable with our 3 sons; there was plenty of space. The murphy bed was great and in a separate tv room with a door that could close and a separate bathroom. The home is spacious and well-maintained. You are in walking distance of restaurants, parks, and coffee shops. We had no trouble finding street parking.

This rental was great! Very clean and comfortable. Location was quiet, in a residential area. Easy to walk everywhere we went in the historic district. The description and pictures are accurate. Lucky Savannah made checking in and out very easy with use of their app. Would def stay here again!

There were 6 of us staying at the Courtyard on Gaston. I loved that it was all on one level and there was a place for everyone to sleep as well as two bathrooms. The location was perfect. My family was visiting Savannah - a few for the first time - and being downtown in such a nice residential area was perfect for them to really enjoy their time as tourists. We spent so much time on the front porch relaxing and enjoying a beverage. The street was quiet and shaded. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare some meals. We would have appreciated a parking pass to use during our stay for the weekdays. I gave 4 stars for the property's condition because the house had an unpleasant musty smell. For me, not a big deal because I'm from Savannah and I understand what the humidity can do. But for someone with allergies, it may pose a problem. Overall, it was a fabulous stay and we were very pleased!

We loved the home stay at the Courtyard on Gaston! It was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything available to us with amenities and sleeping arrangements. The home was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Lovely home!

This property was all for which we could have hoped! Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and managed professionally. The only complaint my party had was that I could hear the ladies upstairs ALL NIGHT every night we were there. It sounded like they would pace from about 12-3 each night and I could hear every step they took. None of the rest of my party could hear them so I may be a lighter sleeper than normal. We did not complain or call this to anyone's attention as I was unsure what the property managers could really do.

This was our first time vacationing in a rental property. Lucky was very easy to contact and were very clear with instructions, and accommodated our request for an earlier arrival time. Stayed here with a party of five, liked the Murphy bed instead of a pullout couch. Plenty of space for our group, on a quiet street, never had any trouble parking. Great location overall, really easy to get downtown and literally around the corner from Forsyth. Only thing odd to us were the bathroom doors as one doesn't lock and the other is a shutter door. Otherwise, loved it and would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect! The location was amazing, so close to everything, we parked our car when we arrived and never drove it again until we left. The place was very clean, the front porch was perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. We were in a party of 5, so the three bedrooms were great! A lot of room, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The only negative was that the stove didn't work while we were there, but they brought over a hot plate and reduced the price of the rental. We really didn't miss not cooking as there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from! We would love to come back to Savannah again and we will definitely stay here!

We absolutely loved this home and location. The interior is beautifully decorated and feels like home. The interior courtyard and porch are nice, private outdoor spaces we found ourselves using more often than not. The place is perfect for 5-6 guests/2-3 couples. Parking was never an issue, and it was great to be able to walk a couple of blocks to Forsyth Park. We were seeking a more neighborhood feel than the more touristy areas downtown, and this was perfect. One issue if you're not an early riser - the front bedroom seems to be more susceptible to the noise from the upstairs neighbors, mostly footsteps. Not a huge problem for us, as we were up and ready to have coffee, but I could see it being a problem for others who like to sleep in :) Otherwise, a perfect stay! We'd move in if we could!

Cute home in nice area right around the corner from Forsyth Park. Could use a TV in the living room. The only TV is in the sunroom which we used as a bedroom so it would have been nice to have another place where everyone could watch TV. The home overall was clean but the kitchen could use a deep cleaning (some utensils, drawers/cabinets were pretty dirty, I had to wash several things before I could use them). The kitchen desperately needs better lighting as well. The showers worked great!

We recently rented this apartment when we had to be in Savannah on family business. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. It is maybe the nicest VRBO I have ever rented. The furnishing, bedding, bathroom and kitchen were all top notch. The amount of space in this apartment was wonderful - two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms and two sitting rooms. We had a small child with us and she had plenty to keep her busy just exploring this space. Even though it's only a couple blocks form Forythe Park we never had an issue with parking on the street. We were thrilled with this rental and would stay again if we ever found our way back to Savannah. Bonus - there is an adorable dog next door that we got to play with.

Very comfortable and inviting. We were able to walk everywhere, and used our rental car only to get to and from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean and well-cared for. Three suggestions/complaints: The caning is missing on three of the four dining room chairs and makes for uncomfortable seating; dish soap needs to be provided (for hand washing); the faucet in the main bathroom needs to be adjusted so it doesn't splatter water over one's clothes when turned on.

This was our 1st trip to Savannah, but certainly not our last!! We stayed at the Courtyard on Gaston & would highly recommend this rental to anyone! It was very clean, exactly as described & perfectly located. We were able to walk to everything! It had plenty of room for eveyone in our party to have their own space & not trip over each other! Wonderful location in the historic district, we were within walking distance of everything. The home was very clean & was more than enough room for our party of 5. The sunroom was a perfect third bedroom for our son. I would recommend it to anyone & we would stay there again.

I was in charge of finding our rental place for this trip. I received high praise for my selection because my wife was very pleased with how clean, stylish and spacious the place was. We were in Savannah for a wedding and needed a place that was kid-friendly for our toddler. This place fit the bill. There is a den/living room space that is separated by a door that was great for us. When our little one would wake at 6 AM and everyone else was sleeping, I'd take him in there to play while everyone else was getting some much needed rest. We only had one issue that came up. The cute pocket door for the guest bathroom locked itself when we closed it and we could not open it from the outside. They sent a handy man over in less than 20 min to help us out. The location couldn't be better. The historic district has so many shops, restaurants and parks nearby. I will stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we're in Savannah.

We loved this place, particularly the private courtyard patio and the sunroom. Very clean and nicely appointed--it had everything you could need. A little bit of noise from unit above, but not too bad. And great location; we walked absolutely everywhere from here.

Awesome location! Came for a half marathon and were close to start and everything else we wanted to do. The house is so cute and for 6 women it was great! Close to everything but far enough away that you can relax.

Courtyard on Gaston was ideally located to everything in the historic district. Forsyth Park, Mrs. Wilke's, all the squares, and several shops and restaurants. The enclosed courtyard was great for an early morning coffee or evening drinks. The home was clean but could use an update in one of the two bathrooms. It was great having a washer and dryer for use and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The staff at LuckySavannah were extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

The property is as comfortable and attractive as the pictures convey. Well-located in a quiet residential Historic District neighborhood---away from the tourist bustle on River Street,but walkable to all the great museums, restaurants, squares. We loved it!

I couldn't have asked for anything better! This home was perfect for our stay and I'm so glad we chose this over a hotel. The bedrooms were very large and the courtyard charming. The bose sound system in the front room was great! Location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to go to. Many restaurants and beautiful Forsyth park in walking distance. It was very easy to find close parking on Tattnall as well. Have already recommended it to others!
