The location of this rental was great-right on the park and easy walkable distance to everything. The building felt safe but the third floor climb was not ideal. The space itself was very clean, but very dark at night-not enough lighting. During the day is was great. The windows do rattle when you walk around, and the bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The bedroom windows are on the road and it’s very busy and noisy. The first day was great, second day a family with children moved in downstairs and not only could we distinctly hear spoken conversations, but the family allowed their children to run and scream up and down the halls and stairs and in the apartment. Every sound travels right up through the floor. All-in-all this was a fine stay, but keep in mind that this is a very old, dated building with steep stairs and very little sound control.

Modest clean 3rd floor apartment. Great for a fit couple that doesn’t Ming stairs and like to eat all meal out. Quaint outdoor patio with limited view. Forsyth Park. Is beautiful setting but quite noisy after dark.

Wonderful rental in a fantastic location. Immaculate and charming with gracious rooms. Things to note: Stairs are STEEP, so try the first floor if you can't do stairs, second if you can do some stairs and while I loved the 3rd floor (roof deck, no one above me) those stairs are a lot, but i counted it as cardio. FRONT DOOR lock is tricky, ask for instructions, BEFORE you try it. Bring your own supplies, the house has 1 packet of coffee, 2 rolls of TP and they don't give you any more so BYO, stock up on necessities before you arrive. TV's are ROKU ONLY so if you don't know how that works, well you don't get to watch TV. NO CABLE TV(news etc) at all, but so many people left their Netflix and HULU accounts up you can watch whatever you like Honestly, I loved this place, it so so sweet and was SO CLEAN (big applause for cleaning lady Michelle...amazing and more helpful than rental company) but found the rental company not too smart and not very professional. If you are good on your own and don't need "help or assistance" from Lucky Savannah you'll be fine.

We love Delia Row! The location across from the park was perfect and we loved walking to get coffee and breakfast and taking walks around the park at night. Parking was very easy and the place was great. The only drawback was some street noise at night and that other tenants in the building did not lock the main door when they left. There were no directions for locking - we just had to figure it out.

We loved staying right by Forsyth Park. The apartment was clean, bright and well-furnished. The bed is very firm as others have mentioned but I was able to sleep comfortably. You could hear road noise on occasion from the bedroom, but it was really only during waking hours, so it did not bother us. It was very hot the week of our stay, but the AC kept us cool indoors. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The condo was so cute and very clean. If you were staying for an extended period of time, there is a refrigerator, plates, cups, coffee maker, and 2 burner stove.
There were nice beach chairs and beach towels provided and plenty of pillows and blankets. There is a patio with a table and chair set. My only recommendation would be to get an umbrella for the space. Otherwise, it is far to hot to ever sit out there. We had a great weekend stay and would return!

We loved this home so much that we plan to come back every year to stay at the exact place. Its perfectly located in the center of different areas that are worth visiting or most certainly a bike ride. The only downfall is that the bed is very hard and not comfortable to sleep on. I would maybe recommend guests purchasing a memory foam cover, a comforter, or something to put down to ease that.

Nice place to stay! Everything was clean an tidy; seemed to be recently renovated. Nice view of the park out the front windows. It's a bit of a hike up to the 3rd floor, but that was expected. The only downside was the road noise, since it is on a busy street, but it was not too bad. Parking on a nearby side street was not a problem. We would gladly stay there again.

Very clean beautiful over looking Forsyth park. Nice having a small patio to sit on. Convenient having fold up chairs to take with us and small soft side cooler if needed. It's a bit of a walk to the river and shops. Parking was close by and free. Some days you might have to park a block or 2 away due to street sweeping, but, blocks are small and wasn't an issue. After a long day of walking Roku TV we didn't like,but, we also weren't there for watching TV. There were some coffee filters, paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tabs, and 1 box for single load of laundry soap. Also like management contacted us right after booking online. Little confusing with electronic lock getting in. Management happened to be there when we got there and helped us get in and had no further issue. Bed was very comfortable. There is some street noise,but, we weren't bothered by it.

We have stayed at this location many times and each time has been consistently wonderful. The location across from Forsyth Park is perfect and walking to other attractions is easy. We prefer to stay here than a hotel - more room, more homey and great views. Very nice and clean accommodations.

This place is wonderful. Directly in the middle of everything. If it had thinker windows to minimize the traffic noise and better internet connection, I would truly find a way to live in the unit year round. Everything went smoothly. Loved it!

Best stay for a short week visit. What a great property to land at after a days excursions. Quiet and comfortable with the glorious Forsythe Park out the window and just a stroll across the street. We would highly recommend this property for anyone who values rest and a peaceful stay in historic Savannah.

We love this unit. We have rented it four times. It has a beautiful view of Forsyth Park from the bedroom. The roof deck is a nice bonus. It has on street parking without parking meters. Basic network television would be a nice addition.

Rental was a very nice 3rd floor apartment in row house. Clean well kept and accessorized with a nice private rooftop space to have coffee or just hang out in. Bed is a little hard, not awful, but it’s all what you’re used to I guess. Street is busy on weekend nights so a little noisy if you go to bed early. Wasn’t bad during the week. Location across from park was nice and is convenient, mostly walking distance to main attraction areas.

My wife and I traveled to Savannah for a long weekend and loved everything about this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Property was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. We loved being right across the street from Forsyth Park. We did rent an car but could have very easily walked most places we wanted to go. The on-street parking made us a little nervous but there was always plenty of well lit parking spaces around the corner on Bolton Street. Enjoyed walking Forsyth Park, the numerous squares, drove to Tybee Island and Wormsloe Historic Site and spent time on the riverfront. Overall, we were extremely happy with the property. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here, lots of stairs to get to the apartment but it was so clean and so nice. Had local coffee to make and all the necessities that you would need including chairs and sunscreen for the beach! The windows in the bedroom were really thin though so the road noise was loud. Felt like the windows were open because of the how loud it was but we had a sound machine so that helped. Other than that the outdoor space was great and would stay here again. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Delia Row 903C while visiting Savannah. Right across the street from beautiful Forsyth Park and walking distance to everything that Savannah has to offer. The place was clean and spacious and check-in and check-out was a breeze. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Savannah and would not hesitate to book again should we ever return for a visit to this beautiful and charming city.

This unit was great for adults. Wonderful location and all the CC amenities you need. We brought our almost 2 year old and I wouldn’t say the unit was toddler friendly. It’s hard to keep their foot steps quiet on the older wood floors. Also, we went in July so very hot outside and the AC unit couldn’t keep up so it was warmer in the unit than we would have liked.

We loved this property! It was so cute and so convenient to everything we wanted to be close to in Savannah!! You really can’t beat having a view of Forsyth Park every morning! It was exactly as described and it had everything we needed and we will definitely try to book this property again, or another with Lucky Savannah. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay other that’s having trouble with the Roku in the bedroom, but the management company got back to us super fast when we messaged them about it.

We had an awesome stay. The rental was as advertised. The location couldn't have been any better. Our marriage location and pictures was at Forsyth Park. We booked the rental well before we decided to get married. So just a short walk across the park. Overall our stay was great and the space was really cool. The stairs up to the top are worth it.

Overall, this flat is amazing! Clean, well thought out, and comfortable. All the things you might need for your time in Savannah including an umbrella.
The ease of getting in and out of the front door and the secure feeling was nice as single woman on my own.
The back deck is SUPERB. This location is lovely because it is close to the natural food market and coffee shops as well it is walkable within 20-30 minutes to everything you would want to see and do in Savannah. Forsyth Park is a dreamy place by itself and to wake up and open the front blinds and lookout each day was magically refreshing.
The only downside is this: it is an old building and apparently noise travels throughout. I had a fellow below me who was no happy that I was watching TV quietly and walking around after 11p to get ready for bed and use the bathroom, etc.

The apartment was cute, and we loved the outdoor patio! Bed was very comfy, and plenty of storage for your things. You can walk to downtown and the riverfront without worrying about parking. Forsyth Park is beautiful, and lots of fun stuff going on for the weekend. I recommend for anyone who is not planning on doing a lot of cooking.

The rental was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets and pillows. The fridge is small, but with all the great food in Savannah we only needed it for lunch meat - but feezer takes a few days to make ice cubes. We didn't find the bed as comfortable as others have reviewed so we ended up trading nights of who got to sleep on the couch. But the experience, right on Forsysth, was beautiful.

Where do I begin...what an AMAZING 5 days! And what a FABULOUS rental right across the street from Forsyth Park! We had everything we needed and the condo was super clean and very cozy! The property management folks were accommodating, attentive and friendly. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner...super nice guy! We have shared our wonderful stay with our friends and next time we travel to Savannah, we would love to stay here again!

The apartment was in a good location right on Forsyth Park, walking distance to downtown and many other neighborhood restaurants, bars, shops, parks, historical sites, we didn't use the car once. Kroger grocery is straight across the park and about a block for any groceries needed. The on-street parking was free and there were several spaces on the side of the building. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and clean, the outside back deck was an added feature. The traffic noise out front was minimal and mostly non existent after about midnight. The internet connection was good which was important because my husband works remotely and needed a good connection.

This 3rd floor unit was perfect. Comfortably furnished with amazing views from the master bedroom of Forsyth. A great deck out back allows for a quick chat with a neighboring visitor or a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Kitchen had everything we needed, but please keep in mind the fridge is a mini, not a full size version if you plan to keep much in the fridge. Love this building, love this location, love this unit!

I couldn’t wait to leave this review! I’m beyond thrilled that I stumbled across this company! We booked for a long weekend to move our daughter into school. The unfortunate thing is that a hurricane decided to hit at the same time! Savannah was evacuated, causing a lot of uncertainty and stress. The staff at Lucky Savannah was beyond helpful and responsive, giving us peace of mind. Everyone was going above and beyond ... while working remotely! They took such good care of us and I’m beyond happy with their service. The rental unit was very clean, well-stocked with items you’d need, and the location was perfect! I know that I’ll be renting from them time and time again!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall were happy.
Location was good next to a huge park, parking was easy.
The rental was great, clean and comfy. However, there are a few things to comment on, like the bathtub was not clean, the shower head was so dirty. Also the dish sponge (we did not open) had mold. And the towels were musty.
If housekeeping would be on point. This place would deserve 5stars.
But thank you either way, my family and I had a good experience.

Instructions on how to find and access home were simple and easy to understand. The home was absolutely spotless - whoever cleans this place is amazing. This was hands down worth the extra money to stay here instead of a hotel. The bedroom is huge and provided an extremely comfortable stay.

As described, this is a great spot for enjoying Savannah. It's super clean and well appointed. My only comment would be to add a super plush mattress pad as the bed is very hard. I have rentals and this is a great way to please everyone - those who prefer hard mattresses and those who like more cushion. Side note, not ADA friendly as there are two flights of narrow stairs. LOVE this property and will definitely rebook. Cheers!

Fabulous location/can walk to anything and a market close by. Clean and very comfortable accommodations. Could use a few more kitchen items for cooking. The noise from the street below was a little loud at times. Forseyth park was just across the street and very enjoyable at any time of day or night.

Perfect location... beautiful park right out the front door.
Great coffee & breakfast place a short walk away.
At first we took uber everywhere, then found the free city bus
that runs all day, until midnight.
The rental place was lovely, nice kitchen, large bedroom, very appealing
artwork & well cared for furniture. Lots of extra towels & linens...
they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

The apartment was exactly as pictured- pretty and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to all of the sites we wanted to see in town. I was a bit worried about the two flights of stairs for my parents but they were easy. Would definitely come back to same spot.

We had a great stay at Delia Row 903C, the location was perfect for a 4 day trip! First, the location is great if you don’t want to be in the busier downtown scene, you literally walk out the door and are in Forsyth Park. There is a little coffee shop close by and a Kroger within walking distance to pick up a few staples. The unit was clean and spacious for two, we enjoyed the patio deck and never had an issue finding a place to park. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king size bed, there was some street noise but it didn’t really bother us much. I would definitely stay here again, we never even had to contact the management company once, they make arrival and departure really convenient!

We stay at a lot of VRBO properties and this one, by far, is EXACTLY as described with no disappointing surprises. This is our sixth stay in Savannah and we do believe we have found the place that will be our go to rental for all our future visits. Location on Forsyth Park is situated right in the middle of walking distance for downtown shopping/dining or Victorian Disctrict for some out of the way shops. Be aware there is a good bit of traffic noise from busy throroughfare of Whitaker, but a good pair of earplugs will help you sleep like a baby on a very comfortable king sized mattress in the bedroom. Folks, the pictures are a TRUE representation of the property. We were a bit worried how good the heat might be in such an old structure, but it was wasted worrying, as we were toasty. Lots of little touches like condiments, coffee/filters, extra towels and linens, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine were really nice. There also were four waters and four sodas already in the fridge. The only teeny negative thing was the mirror in the bathroom really needed to be taken down and the intricate metal work thoroughly dusted. They must change the interior shower curtain after each guest because it was spotless. I appreciate that detail. Selection of DVD’s was vast and varied. Parking was always available on the side street regardless of time of day or night. Thank you for a wonderful home base for Christmas.

Location of lucky Savannah was so convenient. We were able to walk everywhere. It is also close to a few dot bus stops that will take you around as well. Lucky Savannah was a quite place and very clean. We thoroughly enjweekend in beautiful oyed our stay and would recommend it for sure, and may even go back because there is so much to see there! Throughout or stay we did have a few questions about things and the lucky Savannah staff was very helpful and quick to get back to us.

PROS: Good price for a great location and easy walking distance to sights and restaurants; parking on side street was readily available; rental has everything you need for a weekend trip; will be one of my top choices for my next visit
CONS: Master faces a street that has steady traffic so there is some noise (compared to Atlanta it was barely noticeable); Internet was spotty and non-existent at times; this unit is on the 3rd floor with narrow stairs and no elevator (depending on age/agility could be a challenge).

We love the view of Forsyth park as well as the quietness while staying at Delia Row. Beautiful homes lined the streets. Very clean and safe. The ONLY complaints we have: VERY, VERY slow internet. My husband had to use his phone as a hotspot. Not something we were happy to do. Also, the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Mattress is not the best quality.

Nice apartment facing Forsyth Park. Clean, nicely decorated. Check in and out was seamless. I few extras in the apartment were welcome like beach towels, lawn chairs and coolers; things you would not typically bring with you when flying in to SAV. It was a thoughtful touch.

We really had a great time and all the amenities were nice w/ just a few small exceptions. Non-stick pans were all scraped up by a previous occupant? Tried cooking in them but black Teflon was flaking off into the food. Lights from road were very bright, even w/ blinds closed. Recommend drapes of some kind. We were there on some pretty hot days and air conditioning seemed to have trouble keeping up a little. Otherwise, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

I love old/classic music and I was soooo delighted to find some of my favorites not only in the living room but in the bedroom as well. I think the little touches like the classic movies, beach chairs and coolers just made this property the best and above the rest!!! Future guests should know there are narrow straight up stairs with a landing for the 2nd & 3rd floor units. So pack light! Great job Lucky Savannah, the Ellison Family will definitely be back!

My wife and I loved this place. Right across the street from the beautiful Forsyth Park. We were on the top floor which initially I thought was a challenge for me and my ever present cane but after I learned to just take my time going up the 2 flights of stairs I found it to be just fine. We loved the layout with the huge great room and the massive bedroom. More like a home than a rental. Big surprise was the deck area. Table and chairs and room to breath. The kitchen is small but adequate. Everything you need for a short stay of a week or longer is included. We even found a movie that we hadn't seen yet to watch and enjoy during a thunderstorm. Overall if we ever get back to Savannah this will be our first call.

A quaint and relaxing rental. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The town home is situated within walking distance of the historic district and riverfront. We picked up groceries in the neighborhood natural foods market. Enjoyed walking through Forsyth Park. We made the short drive to Tybee Island twice. Rental itself was clean and tastefully decorated. Pics are accurate. Minor maintenance issue addressed almost immediately using online maintenance form. Lucky Savanah app was useful. Communication from this agency was perfect. Thanks for a great visit!

The apartment was quite roomy for a 3rd floor apartment. The bedroom is huge, and the living room/kitchen had plenty of room too. The view from the bedroom is great--looks right out into Forsyth Park. We would definitely stay here again. Short walk to Riverside and downtown.

Our apartment alongside Forsythe Park was really nice. 20 minute walk to the river and the historic area and restaurants were all around us. The apartment is on the 3rd floor that might be difficult for some. And the deck is nice to get outside but there are no views of anything. The apartment is very nice and a great place to relax after a day of walking and exploring - we loved it. Forsythe Park was totally amazing with weddings, proms, soccer, road race finishes, kids and dogs everywhere!
The only complaint was that Lucky Savannah (the maintenance company) was fairly non-responsive. We sent them a question a week ahead of time and never got a response. 4 texts and emails while we were there were met with 1 or 2 responses after a couple of days. There was nothing major but I worry about what the response would be if we really needed something.
