We stayed here for four nights while visiting SCAD and Savannah. The property was great and the location was perfect and safe. The property management company was top notch.

Three long time friends enjoyed a "girls trip" stay in the Habersham House. Great location. It was nice to be in easy walking distance of Forsythe Park, restaurants , a Kroger and the DOT free schedule. I would suggest a grab bar in the shower/bath and a longer shower curtain. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with equipment.

We used Habersham House as the location to to get ready for my wedding and then to spend the first two nights as husband and wife. The location and home were perfect. I wish had more time to spend in the back garden but we were out and about. Kroger is just a block away and Forsyth just another two blocks. Very comfortable beds! Slept better here than I do at home.

The house is lovely. Had no problem with parking. We were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights during our girl's trip. It was the perfect spot for exploring the historic squares and Forsyth Park. It's only a couple blocks from Krogers grocery store. Street parking out front was never a problem, and the neighborhood is quiet. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable. It was very clean and had everything we needed. A great home away from home. Downtown shopping and dining is an easy short drive away, so if you are looking for a quieter area to stay during your vacation, I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice place to stay, very cute and plenty of room for the 2 of us.
Just on the outskirts of the nicer part of town, but walkable and the grocery store being close was nice!
Could have left more hand soaps , toilet paper etc.... Guests should not take these things and we pay a decent amount to stay so more comforts of home should be expected. But overall a beautiful site and contact with the mgmt company is great!

This row house is in a great spot - a few blocks off of Forsythe Park, with a very close grocery store and coffee shop. Walking distance to all the beautiful squares, and a quiet place to return to. Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs, kitchen is tiny but has everything you need. Very small patio out back that is shaded. Beds very soft! Would absolutely return!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house! My Mom and I visited Savannah for the first time and the time we spent at this house made our stay even more special! It’s clean, beautifully decorated and had every thing we needed! The location is wonderful with SO many things within walking distance, including a Kroger, coffee shop, and a pizza place. We enjoyed nightly walks around Forsyth Park and made memories that we will always treasure. I highly recommend this rental!

Good location that is walkable to Riverfront and restaurants. Forsyth Park is only 2 blocks away. Also very close to historic Jones St. Krogers is just down the street, but if you have a car I recommend the Publix market for better selection and neighborhood. Overall, we were pleased with this unit!

We had a great stay! The home is in a great location with easy walks to restaurants, a grocery store and Forsyth Park. The home was clean on our arrival and the check-in / checkout process was easy. The beds were comfortable. Our only negative was the lack of comfortable seating in the TV room area. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here over the holidays. The location of the property is amazing, just a quick walk to Forsyth Park and Downtown. Parking was easy and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The living room furniture was pretty rundown, one cushion on the couch was unusable and the recliner had seen better days but otherwise the space was nice. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We’d stay here again for the location alone, especially if the couch was repaired!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful and spotlessly clean two bedroom home. The two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom and laundry room. Beautifully decorated and and all a nice size. Downstairs is a spacious living room and full dining room and a great kitchen with new appliances. There is also a half bath downstairs. The only thing I would say to be aware of is the beautiful but steep staircase that might not be good for people who have issues climbing stairs or families with young children. The location was perfect for what we needed. You can walk a block to Krogers grocery store that has a Starbucks inside and its great for families of SCAD students. Its also on a beautiful and safe street. Already booked our next trip in September!

My husband, daughter, and I--Bostonians--spent 5 days in Savannah, arriving the morning of St. Patrick's Day, ignorant to the frenzy with which the Hostess City of the South celebrates the holiday (more than we do, it seems). We embraced it, found an early morning parking spot right in front of the rental (where we left it for the rest of our stay) and made use of the open container policy while watching Americana at its best. Once the parade was over, we hit the exuberant chaos of River St, where everyone in green descended for three days, but got our fill pretty quickly. No matter: we're quieter folks: loved our little flat on its gentle side street (25 min walk from downtown, so not for anyone who wants to be in the thick of things) and rented bikes (Sekka Bikes on Broughton St! next to famous Leopold's ice cream (forget suffering the lines for coffee chip...you can walk right in and buy pints without waiting)) and rode around lazily. Historic houses, wide, pretty streets, live oaks, Spanish moss, 70's sunny days, frisbee in Forsyth Park, good bookstores (The Book Lady; E Shaver), casual dining (we liked Cotton & Rye and Collins Quarter at Forsyth for brunch). Coffee and sandwiches were our staples at Mate Factor (two blocks from the rental) and The Sentient Bean. We had an excellent historic walking tour (Explore Savannah) and a less good ghost tour (Genteel and ghosts, as it turns out, and kind of boring). Scad Museum and Jepson were great. Reading Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil before arrival is a must. Fantasized about longer stays in the city--who needs snow?? The rental's bedrooms are lovely and serene, the kitchen is small but we didn't use it much; the smoke alarm started beeping but Lucky Savannah fixed it within 20 min at 10:00 at night. One criticism about the rental was the backyard...has so much potential but is completely unloved: sweep the leaves and put out some potted plants and pretty string lights and you've got a winner. :)

This was a perfect location to see all the sites in Savannah and well within walking distance. A short drive from the airport and to Tybee Island. Parking was plentiful, just be careful to read the road signs for parking restrictions on the nights the street sweepers come through.

Great walking distance to everything! Kroger was one block away to grab extras. Great lighting in the home that allowed for a modern feel while complimenting the traditional textures. First time renting with this company and they were helpful with any questions we had. Easy to reach by phone as well.
Recommend this house for a couple or even a family of 4.
Thank You!

This was our second Lucky Savannah rental during a month-long working vacation in the city. Overall, the Habersham House vibe is fresh, bright and eclectic. The house has a great layout, is very nicely furnished, and immaculately clean. Loved the local artwork on display! Dual floor heating and cooling control was appreciated as was the dedicated extra space in laundry (washer & dryer were new & clean). The back courtyard was quiet and tidy. The internet speed was outstanding, which made the lack of cable access (a critique in other reviews) a non-issue for streaming. The kitchen is small, but more than adequately stocked with cooking/dining stuff and has plenty of storage.
This location is terrific: only blocks to a grocery store, coffee shop and Forsythe Park. It's a bit longer walk to get into the heart of town, but DOT bus stops were nearby and provide free rides into the historic district. The front bedroom is street side, with some noise from cars and pedestrians--not disruptive, just part of city living. Street parking was never a problem.
Lucky Savannah's app made the check-in/check-out process simple. Highly recommend this comfortable, convenient property!

My husband and our two children stayed at Habersham House for several days before Christmas in December 2020. The house was incredibly clean and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere throughout the historic district. We parked on the street and had to move it one time for the street cleaners but had no trouble finding a spot. I had one question during our stay and got a very prompt response from the Lucky Savannah staff. My husband and I initially had reservations in April 2020, but had to reschedule due to COVID-19 closures. The Lucky Savannah staff was incredibly accommodating applying a credit that we could use over the next 12 months. Due to the change in schedule, we needed a larger rental property to include our children and they applied our credit and even adjusted our dates when a work conflict came up. The property was wonderful, but more so, the Lucky Savannah staff were lovely to work with. I will absolutely return!

We loved our stay here. We travel to Savannah almost every year but usually we stay in a hotel with our children because of the amenities. With Covid, we thought it would be safest to stay in a home. We did a quick once over clean and we were able to relax. Parking was never an issue. I would suggest that you drive to River Street if you have younger children- it is a long walk. The gate in the backyard does not work so that was the only concerning issue. Very limited TV watching options but we stayed busy and used Netflix when we did spend a night in. Overall it was a good experience and perfect for our family of 4.

This was a great find for our trip to Savannah. The location is a 10-15 min walk to All the shopping you could ever want. Maybe another 10 min down to the river front. It is also a 3 min walk to a grocery store to stock up the lovely little kitchen. The house was clean and the lay out was comfortable. We will definitely be staying with Lucky Savannah again as the app used for communication was great and so easy to use. Also, if you need a mobility scooter Mobility Bob is a company that was able to deliver one to the house for my mother and he was wonderful.

We loved staying at the Habersham House. We had no issues with the house. It was spotless. It's in a great location, about a 15-20 minute walk to the river front and less to restaurants and shopping. It was lovely to have historic Savannah on our doorstep and to be able to park once and walk everywhere as it's so beautiful and there is plenty to see and do.
We recommend the Old Towne Trolley to get your bearings and for a history lesson/background on Savannah. Go listen to live music in the evenings in the City Market. A must do is the Wilkes House for authentic Southern Fried Chicken and all the trimmings! Well worth the hour plus wait to get inside! Go sit on the River front with your to-go beverage and watch the cargo ships and river boats go back and forth. Go sit in one of the 22 squares and savor the history and architecture of the beautiful homes. We also drove out to Wormsloe Historic Site and the Bonaventure Cemetery which was gorgeous with all the azalea's in full bloom.

Home was perfectly sized for our family. It was walkable to a few restaurants and to Forsythe park, however you still had to dirive to most places. Finding a parking space wasn't an issue except for parking restrictions for street cleaning could be a bit tricky.
I recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area

We were in Savannah for a women’s get away and stayed at Habersham House. Lovely home in fairly quiet location within walking distance to everything in the Historic District. I left my window open at night and could hear the soothing trickling of the neighbor’s fountain. The only complaints our group had was there was not enough seating in the living room for us to comfortably sit and visit. Also, the dry heavy headboard on the queen bed is not attached to the bed and actually fell on me during the night one night. No harm done, but it was a pain to deal with at bedtime and during the night. Other than those things, the house was great for us. Lucky Savannah was really easy to work with and we had no trouble getting into and out of the house.

We were able to check in early at no cost since the unit wasn't occupied the night before we checked in. The house is quite lovely, plenty of towels and toiletries. Our only complaints are: only two wrought iron chairs for the back patio. Since the house can hold up to six people, would have liked at least four patio chairs. Not a single spice/herb in the house. Not even salt and pepper. I stay in a lot of VRBO and AirBnB units and this is only the second one that didn't have rudimentary spices/herbs. We didn't leave the disposable salt and pepper shaker we purchased b/c since we had opened them, based on the check out instructions, it sounded like ANY item left that is opened would be discarded. Typically we leave any herbs or spices we've purchased for the next guests. If you don't plan to cook, this negative is irrelevant for you. But we always cook a meal or two during our stays in homes. Parking was not plentiful, but we never had a problem finding a spot very close by the house. We walked to the historic downtown several times so almost didn't use our car. But it's a full mile to Bay St. so bring your walking shoes. Forsyth Park is only 3 blocks away and has a nice farmer's market on Saturdays!! We would stay here again.

Great visit, the home was large and spacious. The outdoor courtyard, though small was great for morning tea and evening wine. The fresh flowers in the dining room were a nice touch. My wife and I flew to Savannah, and my son flew in from San Diego, to spend Christmas with our daughter who lives next to Forsyth Park. We chose this row home because of it's location around the corner from our daughter's apartment. AND, we chose this row home because it seemed to be a delightful setting for our Christmas in Savannah. It's in the wonderful old historic district. The home was very comfortable, clean, efficient - a pleasant place to stay between our several activities visiting the many places of interest, and restaurants in Savannah. Also, it was very easy to use the home thru the cellphone ap that provides all the instruction necessary, including how to find and gain entrance to the home.

A perfect place to call home while you explore the historic environs of Savannah. Located close to Forsyth Park, yet on a quiet street with little traffic or noise. You feel like you a part of the local neighborhood and it is easy to meet and chat with the residents. Recommendations: Savannah's Fresh Catch Seafood for great local last minute takeout; Perry Rubber Bike Shop for renting a great touring bike (240 Bull St. -- limited # bikes. Phone & reserve. ); Savannah Coffee Roasters (215 W. Liberty) delicious Cuban coffee and croissants!; Salt Table for salts & spice blends, wines & Georgia grown gifts.

I honestly can't say enough good about this home! Everything was fantastic, excellently furnished and in a perfect location! It's located in the Victorian district, only a few blocks from Forsyth Park and made for beautiful evening walks. My only suggestion would be to clean up the patio area as we liked to sit out there, but the home itself was beautiful and historic! Another thing we really liked was the App for tips, check in and check out. It made things so much easier and enjoyable, especially since we had never been to Savannah before. If we ever go back to Savannah (not July through Sept tho due to the humidity lol), we will definitely rent this home again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The town home was very comfortable for 3 adults. The kitchen is small as is the private patio, but both were just fine for a short stay. The location is good, near Forsythe Park. Though this is a good jaunt from Bay St. and the riverfront, the free DOT bus stop and tour bus stops were only a couple of blocks away. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and pretty clean. The TV is limited and there was no DVD player. Parking was no problem through the weekend - we were always able to find a non-metered parking spot near the home. The neighborhood was quiet so no disturbances at night. Beds were OK, but not great.

Loved the neighborhood location. 3 blocks from Forsyth Park. It was a little longer walk to downtown. That was good for us because we explored new areas as we would walk different streets. Property had grocery store a block one way and liquor store a block other direction. Very cute neiborhood coffee/tea house one block away Loved the exposed brick and bright feel of the property. We arrived way before checkin time so Lucky Savannah did allow us to leave luggage. We did have to pay 35$ fee for late checkout since flight did not leave until later. We thought that could have been waived since simple to change code since they did it when we could not get into place when arrived. It took seconds. Our first experience with Uber. We used it to Tybee to bike ride. 19$. Airport $20 and 2 other times locally. All drivers very pleasant and prompt. Loved Mrs Wilkes and Pink House experience. Overall extremely happy with our mother/daughter time in Savannah

It was great except for problems with the TV and when it worked there were only a few basic channels. The maintenance guy who came to bring an extension cord so that we could plug tv into a different outlet was very friendly and helpful. The tv still turned itself off after being on for about an hour.

We had an amazing long weekend in the Habersham House. The home itself is so well maintained. It was extremely clean and well-stocked when we arrived. Coming and going was easy, just use the key pad on the door. It was really nice not to have keys to lug around with us. The location is GREAT. There's a grocery store not even a block away. Plus one of the best coffee shops in the city on the same block. We walked everywhere and never used our car (street parking was easy). Highly, highly recommend staying here. It's a beautiful home that is well taken care of. One note - there's no cable here, only a smart TV (which is great!). This was a big problem as we are Carolina fans and had to watch the final 4 game on my laptop! But wouldn't have batted an eye if the Tar Heels weren't on :) We'll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at the Habersham House for a week. The house was everything we expected. The kitchen, even though quite small, was very functional and well stocked. We utilized it quite a bit cooking meals versus eating out every night. Having a dishwasher was quite convenient. If I had to say anything negative about the Habersham House it was that the back courtyard was not cleaned before we arrived. There is a berry tree that hangs over the courtyard and the courtyard was completely full of berries, making it impossible for us to use unless we wanted to clean it. The other negative aspect was the tv. Even though we didn't spend a lot of time watching tv, after a long day of exploring the Historic District, it would have been nice to sit down, relax and watch tv. The tv, however, only got a handful of channels, I don't think there is cable in the house. If you are looking to explore the Historic District, the location is perfect. We parked our vehicle for the week and walked everywhere. Other then these couple issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Habersham House and would highly recommend it.

We explored the Historic District east to west and north to south. The beautiful 19th-century buildings ands the magnificent live oaks are glorious partners, making this very walkable city a fabulous treat. Everyone was friendly and courteous and we felt safe everywhere we went, even after dark. (Just watch out for uneven bricks.) The little Dot bus, which is free, was great to get us to the river, but we mostly explored on foot. We felt no need for a car. It appears that parking on Habersham wouldn't be a problem, though.
We loved how sunny and cheery the townhouse was in the morning, upstairs and downstairs. The combined living and dining room felt expansive and the multitude of windows throughout made the townhouse a cheery place even on a cloudy day. The only request we would have is for the palm tree in the tiny courtyard to be trimmed up. As it is now, it makes what could be a pleasant spot cramped and unusable. Be aware that the queen bed is extremely high; we decided to sleep in the somewhat lower twins in the front room. No problem because it's a very quiet neighborhood and the house is located mid-block.
Funky and delightful Mate Factor coffee shop is just a few steps down the street, the Kroger grocery store is only a block and spectacular Forsyth Park is three blocks away, making this location extremely convenient. We loved staying at Habersham House.

Very good rental experience. House is convenient to grocery, park, and parking was never an issue. Lucky Savannah staff were excellent - friendly, patient, and helpful. We arrived about 8pm on a Saturday night and had difficulty with the lock (it was our fault, using wrong combo) but somewhere was on the other side of the phone and quickly came to our assistance. I would recommend Lucky Savannah.

The Habersham House, was perfect! Great location near park and town. We rented bikes and it worked out great! The house has everything needed along with very comfortable beds. If you were planning to spent the weekend sitting on the really comfortable chair in the living room and watching football on the huge TV it was not going to happen, there were not channels on the TV. But everything else was perfect!

Great location - adorable home - only complaint was the air conditioning seemed a little temperamental --found the house to be warm at times...
