Additionally, the garden apartment offers exclusive living quarters, providing a private bedroom and ensuite bathroom for a truly personalized stay.

What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to a private garage space that can accommodate a mid-size SUV or full-size sedan. *Lucky Savannah nor the property owner will be liable for any damage incurred to guests vehicle as restrictions are clearly advertised*.

The parlor level is set for entertaining with ease of access from the living room, formal dining room and kitchen.

Boasting with natural light, tall ceilings and historic windows, the living room is the perfect place to gather together.

Situated between the living room and kitchen, the formal dining room seats 8 guests.

The eye catching chandelier and beautiful artwork tie this space together.

The heart of the home awaits - this kitchen is truly a chefs dream!

Whether you're joining together to prepare home-cooked meals, or planning your excursion for the day, the kitchen offers an ample amount of space.

The chefs kitchen features carrara marble, gas range and a large island perfect for entertaining.

Adjacent to the kitchen, guests will find the wet bar, outfitted with cocktail glasses, a beverage fridge and wine fridge to ensure a perfect glass of chilled wine.

The butlers pantry is located just beyond the kitchen, with an ample amount of prep and storage space.

At the back of the home, an elevator will ascend you to the third floor or ground level of the home.

Staircases are located at the front and back of the home will take you to all four floors of this historic mansion.

The third floor is dedicated solely to the primary suite, trunk room, luxurious ensuite bathroom and laundry room.

The primary suite offers black-out curtains to ensure a sound nights rest, a plush king bed and a smart television.

The trunk room is perfect for adults traveling with children who wish to keep them close, or ideal for traveling singles.

The trunk room offers a trundle bed with two twin beds, and an ample amount of storage for your belongings.

An impeccable walk-in shower awaits with a rain-fall shower head.

Accessed from the trunk room, the luxurious spa-like bathroom awaits.

Right off of the primary suite level, guests will find access to a stackable washer and dryer.

Head up to the third floor where you'll find two additional bedrooms and access to the rooftop deck.

The second largest suite is considered the "tree house" room, as it is perched above the tree-lined street with soaring views.

Outfitted with a king bed, smart television and dedicated work space.

The ensuite bathroom offers a large vanity, walk-in shower and also connects to the hallway.

Hidden behind the bookshelf guests will find a private oasis just beyond the spiral staircase.

At the back of the house, a charming bedroom with a queen bed is offered.

Don't fret, this guest room also features large windows with soaring views, and a smart television.

The ensuite bathroom features a tub-shower combination, perfect for children!

With the ability to be locked off from children, the rooftop must be carefully accessed by the spiral staircase.

The staircase was custom made for this beautiful mansion from original pine flooring and original iron from local iron workers.

Guests will enjoy access to a beverage cooler - perfect for sunset cocktails!

Perched above the trees, boasting views of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, Calhoun Square, and Talmadge Memorial Bridge.

Heading down to the ground level, guests will find access to the garden apartment from the front exterior.

Guests residing in the garden apartment will have their own patio space overlooking Gaston Street.

Step inside to your private living quarters, perfect for guests with mobility issues.

Just off of the kitchen, the Scandinavian inspired galley kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and is outfitted with everything you need!

Tucked away at the back of the apartment, the moody and chic bedroom offers a king bed, smart television and room darkening curtains.

Just off of the bedroom, guests will find the spacious bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower.

Out back, guests will find the enclosed courtyard/ green space, just below the walk-way that conjoins to the carriage house above the garage.

The mud room located off of the courtyard is a great place to tuck shoes and stow jackets/umbrellas.
