We had a great time! The home was spacious, comfortable, clean, beautiful and at a great location just next to Forsyth Park. Check in and check out was very easy,the garage very convenient and Lucky Savannah staff was awesome! Definitely we will stay again. We really loved it.

Vacation rental was great. Centrally located to historic district, and we walked to some of the historic location. It was very close to Forsyth Park. If we return, we would probably stay there again. It just needs a lamp in the central living area.

We loved our stay in Savannah. The location is perfect. We got a 2 mile walk done in Forsyth Park every morning, did a variety of activities & enjoyed a nice, clean, updated, comfortable townhome with attached parking & plenty of space for everyone! The staff at Lucky Savannah was helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Newer construction on the Park. Pros: Very clean, nicely decorated, security gate and private garage attached to unit. Very walkable location.
Cons: 3 stories of stairs, garage barely contained my mid size SUV because of scooter and washer dryer taking up space. We had to angle SUV to be able to open the hatch. Security Gate does not automatically open on exit so we had to re-enter the property, retrieve the remotes, open the gate, pull out, park on the street, return the remotes etc. We have stayed at enough VRBOs over the years where we can instantly tell if the owner/manager has been to too many “Maximize Your Profits on Your Rental” seminars. Very sparsely outfitted, two single use laundry packets, two dishwasher capsules, cheap toilet paper, no water bottles or welcome baskets like you used to see, much less condiments, aluminum foil, kitchen consumables. Considering the massive fees charged now, users need to start pushing back on this. I almost dropped this to 3 Stars because of it. I will next time if that doesn’t improve, although we probably would stay here again.

The house was lovely. Well appointed. Well stocked with cooking/dinning items. The TV was a challenge. There need to be additional night stands in the bedrooms upstairs. I was told that each of the bedrooms had TVs. They don’t. They should. Parking was never an issue. 3 couples had plenty of space. We will stay there again. Ft

This was our second year requesting this house. We love the location because of the quiet neighborhood and walking in & around the park. Other reasons are large bedrooms with private baths, a half bath in living area but especially a large kitchen for making our homemade thanksgiving dinner. We appreciated the new baking items but would have liked large drinking glasses. It’s a perfect fit for my family! Last year when we arrived the house smelled fresh & looked clean. This year it was clean but didn’t smell fresh. The floors needed a good cleaning because no matter which room we were in our feet &/or socks were black. I was also disappointed with the privacy gate that was broken and didn’t close. I never saw a repairman even after I was told someone would come to look at it later in the day. We are definitely coming back to Savannah next year but might be looking for a different house. Disappointed!!

We had a good time! My team was in Savannah for a conference! We each had our own space and the common areas were big enough for us to relax and to meet. The home has more stairs then we expected, living area is on 3 levels. It was clean, well cared for, and nice decor!

This clean, well maintained, spacious townhouse was perfect for our stay. The 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home was located right off Forsyth Park and convenient to walk to restaurants and historic houses. Having a dedicated garaged parking space was a huge plus. This was our best VRBO experience ever and I highly recommend staying at this property.

We loved our stay! Our family of four was in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday and to attend a concert at Enmarket Arena. We prefer staying in the Victorian District by Forsyth Park when in Savannah and this location was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which added to our enjoyment. We used Stock and Shop to stock the home and fridge with breakfast foods, snacks, drinks and they also added a few birthday decorations too! We could not fit our large pickup truck in the garage but there was parking on the street so that was fine.

We started off shaky when our rental was not ready for us at 9 pm but the office found us another place in the same area. Everything was great except we were unable to get the tv to work( had 3 remotes to use) the location was perfect!

After we arrived and worked through the check in issue with codes not working and the one bedroom not being cleaned and made up, our experience was great. The home is finished beautifully and a great location. Had a great time in Savannah and would definitely recommend this rental home.

The house was beautiful and well kept! Not one issue! Private garage with a gated entrance, felt secure, had plenty of space. Because we rented garden and main, it includes three levels, all which can be accessed on the interior. Each room had its own private full bath, plus a half bath on the middle level! Would recommend!

This home is well appointed and well positioned for a Savannah stay. Located just steps from Forsyth Park this was a great place for us, safe, secure and quiet. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and nicely decorated. If I had any constructive feedback it would be upgrade to windows that block more of the sirens and train whistles that interrupt naps and sleep.

We loved staying in this townhome. It was spotless, well appointed, comfortable beds and couch. Location was perfect for exploring Savannah. Grocery store and a great coffee shop are right across the park. Our car was safely behind a gate and in the garage. Plenty of room for four adults and two adult children.

We held our annual family Christmas trip at this VEBO in Savannah. This location was excellent for 6 adults. It was clean, in a great location, & was very well put together. My only suggestion is to have a more comfortable couch in the living room, but that is more my own preference than a conplaint. I would stay here again in the future & recommend it to others.

Townhouse was absolutely wonderful and beautifully appointed. We walked everywhere and so close to Forsyth park. The only issue we had was with early entry. We were told to call the day before and see if early entry was possible. We did this and were told for $60 we could gain entry. As we pulled up to the property we received a call from management to say that the place was not ready and we would have to wait for 4 hours. We would have planned accordingly had they not told us it would be ready. Having said that... It was absolutely amazing!

We came to Savannah for a girls trip over Labor Day weekend. Perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. Home is beautiful on the inside, identical to the pictures. Perfect location!

The home was great for the six of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were great! The only issue was that the ac dies the first night and it wasn’t fixed until the next afternoon. Luckily we had planned a day st the bed h so we left just as it was getting unbearable. The team was responsive and someone came quickly, it just took awhile to fix. If the a. Worked, I would give this place a perfect rating. I would rent from this company again for sure.

Loved the location and house was really nice. Good value. This would have been perfect but for a few logistical items that are fixable. The app gave us the wrong location of the keys for access (this caused a delay in getting in). Two of the bathrooms had no towels or wash clothes. Called for some, they brought just towels. Lastly, couldn't get TNT on TVs or any HD channel. Very nice house but couldn't watch game.

Great location. Enjoyed Saturday morning farmers market and the close proximity of a grocery store. Forsyth free shuttle was great for those of us that didn’t want to walk to riverfront. Already discussing a future return.

When arriving at the townhouse we were overjoyed at the inside. It was even more then we had expected. The bedrooms were so nice with updated furniture and bathrooms attached. The mattresses were comfortable. Loved the big sectional in the living room, enough room for everyone to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great having the half bath. Also the laundry room upstairs came in use. It was wonderful having the garage for our vehicle. We were one block from Forsyth Park which is amazing, and a couple blocks from the free bus system going into town. We chose to do walking most of the time since it was just beautiful out. I would definitely stay here again. So many great restaurants to chose from. Our top ones were the Husk, The Vault, The Pink House, Sandfly, and you have to stop at Wet Willies for a slosh drink. My family really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home and great location! Everything was nice and clean and perfect. The only negative were the sheets on the downstairs bed and upstairs bedroom (not Master) were a very strange texture and made sleeping a little hot and uncomfortable.

Myself, and a few friends were down for a large car show and this place was perfect for us! We were able to park the show car in the garage and give it a wash out in the courtyard. The house is beautiful, modern and clean. It felt like a hotel, but in a townhome format. Would love to stay here again next year!

Stayed for 4 nights at this newly renovated, wonderfully decorated townhouse. This property is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The townhouse is in immaculate condition with everything updated and new. It is exactly as pictured in the photos. Perfect accommodations for 3 couples...and the beds were comfortable too! I was pleasantly surprised to find out the garden apartment was accessible from the main floor. No need to access from the outside. One parking space is available in the attached garage and had no problem getting additional spots on the street in front of the building. The management company Lucky Savannah was friendly and quick to communicate. Location was great...with a view of Forsyth’s Park. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone interested.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Howard Grande Main + Garden. The home itself is beautiful, very clean, well appointed and well kept. Our entire family was quite comfortable and very pleased with the accommodations. With the inclusion of the lower level Garden apartment there is more than enough space for large groups. The locations is perfect, conveniently located right across the street from the park and nearby cafes and grocery. Overall we couldn’t be happier with our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying in Savannah.
