I would DEFINITELY book this property again. SO convenient to EVERYTHING no mater if walking driving or taking the DOT! Clean and so well equipped.
One suggestion, after a long day of walking and enjoying the city, it would be nice to have a hassock or something soft to put our feet up on. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Overall our experience was very positive! The staff was helpful and answered to all our questions. The house was perfect for us, located in a residential area closed to pretty much to everything! 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park, 20 minute walk to the Riverwalk and plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee places to chose from. The house was very clean, and comfortable. My only 2 complaints are: the sound of cars going by sounded as if the windows were open, I even got up to check. I understand the house is older and that might be the reason. My 2nd complaint, although it was awesome to have the extra cot in the closet, the mattress to the cot should be replaced, it had several stains on it. Everything else was excellent My friends and I would love to return to this location!

Clean, quiet, just what we needed. Perfect little get away. 20-25 minute walk to River street. Far enough from the bustle to relax, but close enough to jump back into the excitement.

The home was immaculate. The location was perfect. The management was responsive when I called with questions. We walked to Forsyth Park and down to the river front. I will stay here again when I travel to Savannah.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful elegant and very comfortable home in the historic district in Savannah. We loved being able to walk to Forsyth Park and great restaurants and return to rest and have cozy family time in this spacious immaculately clean and beautifully decorated home. Recommend highly and would return.

House was nice & as described. Worked well enough for our group of 8. Many notices throughout the house to be quiet after 10pm. Not a problem for us, just unfriendly. Also no one else to be allowed into the house. Just a bit difficult. We had other family staying in the area but did not feel free to have them stop by. House was clean & in a perfect location for us.

This cute home was located within walking distance from Forsyth square and a few popular restaurants. The two parking spots (one in the small garage) were a plus.The home was comfortable, bedrooms spacious and overall quite clean. The rental Company was responsive and prompt in responding to my questions/needs. The cons, the towels, pillows and toilet paper were paper thin. The wall in the master bedroom is quite thin too so noise taking place on the street (think garbage day!) was loud. We would certainly stay here again but would bring our own pillows, towels and toilet paper.

My wife and I stayed here with our adult son and daughter. We were comfortable in this quiet, convenient and well-appointed home. The amenities are well-considered for anyone's stay. The garage with an off-street parking spot are bonuses when considering the lack of available on street parking in Savannah. Savannah is a great place to visit and this home is a wonderful place to stay while there.

Very nice rental unit. It was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. Great location and easy access to River Street, Tybee, and restaurants. Management team very friendly and professional, quick to respond to our needs. Family came from five states and everyone liked the experience.

We recently had a reunion of dear friends from the California and Arizona and had a wonderful time. The Huntingdon Getaway was perfect! It was in a great location and very comfortable. One tip I would add is to bring Kleenex - there weren't any tissue to be found.

My sisters and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the private patio out back and the balcony off the front bedroom. The location to the river front was perfect and central to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again.

The townhouse truly looks as beautiful as the pictures. It was also very clean, which is very important to me. I loved the location as we were able to walk to everything; Foley Park, City Market, etc. check in/out super easy and efficient. We also walked to bakery and coffee shop. Truly a great stay.

Our family stayed for a Thanksgiving getaway. The place was immaculate and spacious enough for our 4 kids. It was just down the road from Forsyth Park which was nice for our boys to enjoy every day. The beds were comfortable and came with plenty of extra blankets which was nice since it was cold at night. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. The appliances all worked very well. The location was just on the outside of the downtown area so we didn't have any noise issues at all but everything was still walkable. The trolley stop was right by the park as well. The place was beautiful and we had a wonderful trip. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and quiet location. Close to Forsyth Park and many locations. Home is well-appointed and kitchen is stocked with so many things if you plan on doing any cooking. New appliances. Very well cleaned. We will definitely consider staying here when we come to the Savannah area again.

This house was perfect for the 5 of us. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked to the riverfront and into town and explored all the squares. The house was clean and roomy and looked just like the pictures. I will definitely bring my husband and kids here for a family vacation.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house for 3 nights and loved it. It was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. We also loves how close it was for Forsyth park and not too far from other attractions. Highly recommend. The company was very quick to respond when one small issue arose and they were able to assist us.

We enjoyed this home very much! There was plenty of room for 5 of us to stay here and it was very clean as well. We enjoyed the location as well. It was steps to the park. We also loved the option of garage parking to keep the car safe and off the street. We would stay again as a family here. Lucky Savannah was super easy to work with. We arrived early and they had a nice cool location to store our luggage till we could check in to our rental. I would rent from them again as well.

Perfect for our girls trip, walking distance to everything!!! Super cute, very clean place. Our only concern was the front door seemed a bit too small for the frame leaving a gap which compromised the deadbolt lock & the balcony door didn't lock & the nextdoor balcony neighbor or anyone could just climb over the rail into our side. Neighborhood seemed very safe. Would stay again

Clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and such. HVAC worked great, this is a newer house, so no weird smell also. Back porch was cute and privacy enclosed. Loved that there were two parking spots (1 in garage and 1 in front of it) because our relative that lives near was able to park by us. Our rental mini-van fit in garage but it was tight, had to put side mirrors in and everyone get out before I pulled in garage, but not a big deal. We were able to walk from the house to everywhere in the historic district. While in City Market or near the river, we could simply take Bull street all the way back to the house and have a pretty walk through each square along the way at night. Lots of stores and restaurants along the way too so felt safe in our group. We signed up for Old Savannah Tours and since we were right in the historic district they would pick us up and drop us off right at the house for our house tour and later ghost tour at the appointed time, which was a bonus.

A beautiful home that met our needs nicely. It is a half hour walk to River St. which we walked to every day. We don’t mind walking though. It’s a very short walk to Forsyth Park which has a nice playground. The only negative about the house is seating. It’s nicely decorated, but doesn’t seat 6 people while watching tv. A loveseat and 2 chairs sit only 4 people comfortably.

My wife and I come to Savannah a few times a year and rent homes. This house was our favorite so far and would recommend if you're coming in and are looking for a quiet location. The home is also located next to the park and many great restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed a one week stay with Lucky Savannah. The townhouse was exquisite. It looked like it was newly built. Very spacious, ffull of towels, pots, dishes, and utensils. Never were in need of anything.
Location is just walking distance from the Histiric District. Walking out the front door you see Forsyth Park and lits beautiful fountain just two blocks away.
Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

My family and I loved it here! The property is beautiful. Everything very clean and well maintained. The beds were so comfy. We all agreed it's location was darn near perfect. Close to Forsyth Park, Crystal Beer Parlor, Savannah Coffee Rosters, etc., far enough away from the crowds. The customer service was outstanding as well, something I really appreciate. We would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect!! Our family decided to do road trip for thanksgiving . The kitchen was nice and big for cooking. Beds were all very comfortable. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with ! Not deal breakers but another love seat in living room would make for more comfortable seating for everyone and need a fan with a light in the one bedroom . Closets where huge ! About 30 min walk to bay st, the trolly stop is just on other side of park . House was very clean ! Over all it’s was a great experience and would definitely rent again!

We took a girls trip to Savannah and stayed at Huntingdon Getaway and it was perfect. Location was great. Just out the front door to the left you can see the famous fountain in Forsyth Park. We felt safe the entire time. Walking distance to many of the squares and cute shops. The house has huge closets for suitcases. House was very clean when we arrived. We did have trouble connecting to the wifi but contacted Lucky Savannah with a phone call and they sent over the correct wifi and password immediately which was perfect. Beds are super comfy, kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, even a few extras like a tea pitcher. Would definitely recommend this house.

The general location is close to everything that’s happening in Savannah and 30 minutes to Tybee beach. The property is well maintained and has been updated but still feels very much like a traditional residence in the old south. The parking Space is a driveway shared with the adjoining property and is very tight. There is garage but the automatic opener did not work. Parking in Savannah as a general rule is very tough and mostly metered unless you use the parking garage downtown and walk. Check in was a little challenging as no code for the door was provided in advance and after calling, it took several attempts to get a code that eventually worked. Not a great first impression with your family standing in the 98 degree heat holding luggage after driving all day. The AC/fans and water pressure were great. The beds were comfy!! The WiFi didn’t work per the instructions so again had to call the support number and eventually got connected to another router with a new password. The experience overall was very goodother than the few inconveniences. The rate as advertised is about half of what you pay after the exorbitant fees that are in alignment with the area but I would rather see it on the front end as it comes across misleading. For the price it should be a seemless experience that compliments the quality of the property itself.

After a difficult start, Lucky Savannah went above and beyond to make sure our experience was excellent. They responded quickly to our initial concerns and needs and made immediate corrections. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was great near Forsyth. Although internet and cable had been temporarily disabled, likely due to COVID, we used our hot spots and rented a movie for evening relaxation.

The rental was beautiful and looked just like the pictures did. The only issue that I had was the app said that at 4pm the house code would become available which that never happened so I emailed the company asking questions about the code and could sense attitude in the email and I called and it took getting 3 different codes for one to actually work.

My family and I came to Savannah for a wedding and needed a place to stay for three days. We are so pleased that we found this little gem!! The house was a great size, clean and comfy. Just what we ere looking for. If I am ever in need for a place to stay in Savannah for 3 days or more, I have no hesitation in returning to Lucky Savannah.

The property was exactly as described and the location was perfect. We were within a 5 to 15 minute walk from places to see and wonderful restaurants.
The property was clean and easy to find upon arrival I would highly recommend this property, the location was great and we will be going back again.
Customer service was awesome quick response time and very friendly, we had an issue with original dates due to weather and the staff at Lucky Savannah took care of our requests to change the dates and provided us with other options.

Home was clean, nice and in good shape. We were advised by the Tourist Information
Store to not walk in that area in the evening. I'm not sure if that advise was accurate or not but since we were a group of 6 women, we did not walk the streets in the evening. The one recommendation I would make is to provide more than one kitchen towel. We had to use bath towels to dry dishes and we ended up doing laundry so we had enough clean towels.

Our house was great - well decorated, great location and overall a good experience. Lucky Savannah was very prompt in returning calls etc. I just hated that our WIFI was very inconsistent. We decided to come a day early and work out of the house and unfortunately, we were unable to do that b/c of the wifi. We had to make 3 service calls. In the middle of the night, the smoke alarm batteries decided to go out and we awoke to a terrible loud alarm, thankfully the bride to be had not yet arrived1

We were thoroughly pleased with this property. It was clean, supplied everything we needed and was close to almost everything. Even though we had a car, we just parked it in the garage, since parking is hard to find in town. Uber was there in 1-2 minutes..we did have issues with the internet but Would suggest to our friends!
