The location of this home could not have been better! Centrally located and within walking distance to many of the squares and restaurants. Home was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

One of our best vacations, the location was great, pretty much in the center of walking in any direction to must see areas and restaurants, bars all within .6 miles or 2 blocks down is the dot free buses .. the apartment was adequate and clean and beds very comfortable, not a lot of extras, but we had a great time. Check in and check out couldn’t be easier

Such a great place to stay while in downtown Savannah. Convenient and easy to walk to just about everything. Perfect size and location for our girls weekend getaway!

This was our second garden level rental experience on Jones Street. It is conveniently located across the street and down a couple of houses from Clary’s , where we went for breakfast each day. This place was comfortable and clean. There were a couple of small changes the owners could make to make it better. I let the rental agency know about those, speaking of the rental agency, Lucky Savannah, I can not say enough good things about them! Absolutely great to deal with and so accommodating!

This unit was easily accessible from the street and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Perfect for a small family or a couple - enough room to spread out a bit and have some privacy

This property was conveniently located on beautiful Jones St. Clary's is right around the corner. This location was perfect! Walkable to Forsythe, River Street, and all the squares. Communication was quick with Lucky Savannah. We had to check out of the property but had a late flight. Even though it was Memorial Day, they were still open and were able to store our luggage for the afternoon so we could still enjoy our day.

I want to start by saying we LOVED our stay in Savannah and the rental property was very nice and the location was perfect. Close to so many things to see. These suggestions aren't complaints but small things that we believe would make a big improvement to the property. The bathroom should have some more towel racks and maybe a towel hook outside the shower. We found ourselves having to dry towels over chairs in the kitchen. Provide a pad of paper and pen in the kitchen for writing things down and making lists. There were no boxes of kleenex in the home. At least 2 should be provided. A pair of scissors in the kitchen would be helpful. There was one fan stored in the closet in one bedroom. It came in very handy. A second fan would be helpful. The family room needs either a coffee table or end table by the couch. I found myself sitting and watching TV in the evening with no place to set my beverage but on the floor. The house comes with one packet of coffee. I would suggest one pack for each day you are renting. It would also be nice to have a small collapsible cooler in the home with some freezer packs to utilize for a trip to the park. The property description states that the parking on the street is metered parking M-F between 8:00 and 5:00. That doesn't seem to be the case. There are no numbered spots on the street that I could see anywhere, so there is no ability to pay for parking. I also read something that said parking is free South of Libert or Harris (can't remember which), and East of Abercorn. The Jones Street Hideaway is in the location that the online publication said was Free Parking. The home was comfortable and well maintained. I had several questions prior to our stay and the property management company was super helpful and very prompt with their response. We highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Jones Street Hideaway is the ideal locale for a Savannah stay. We walked to almost everything on our bucket list:Mrs. Wilkes restaurant, St. John the Baptist Basilica (gorgeous), the free bus (DOT), numerous tree lined streets, etc. Would want to stay in the same area again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Jones Street Hideaway. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Close to everything. Just a short drive to the historic district. Beautiful neighborhood to take a walk and take in the atmosphere. Right down the street from Clary’s where we were able to have a delicious breakfast every morning before we headed out for the day. I would definitely recommend staying here for your time in Savannah.

Very welcoming and comfortable. Everything was so nice and clean! The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the sites. Clary's is a great little diner across the street! Highly recommend :)

We couldn't have chosen a prettier street to stay on! We loved the lovely courtyard to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. So much is walkable from this spot. The unit was a bit dark being on the ground floor. For the most part it was quiet except for footsteps from the unit above us. Could have used more towel hooks for sure.

This is a great and clean apartment, fantastic location, beautiful quiet street.
Kitchen supplies were a little minimal, few cups, glasses etc. And, it would
have been nice to have a coffee table.

The location was perfect. Located within walking distance of downtown historic district and short walk to riverfront. Location was especially important to us because we did not drive and didn’t want to worry about getting an Uber. The rental was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend

This place was amazing, the homeowners and other guest that were renting were very friendly and welcoming. One resident that lives upstairs from the property we rented gave suggestions on several eateries and other entertainment. This was our 29th year anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better place. We will definitely book again if it's available.

We decided to make a last minute trip to Savannah. This rental was perfect for us. It is in a quiet location with non-metered on street parking. Even though it is a ground floor unit, we heard very little noise overhead and almost no street noise.
The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was adequately equipped with the exception of ice trays. It would have been nice to have had additional towel bars and/or hooks in the bathroom. Those are very minor issues though and we would definitely stay here again. The location is really great!

The property was in excellent condition when we arrived. My only complaint is that some dishes are cracked and should be replaced. Also, there could be more drawer space. But this place is in such a great location. Right across the street is one of the best restaurants around!

Stayed at this vacation property for a long weekend. Loved the location and the street is absolutely beautiful. We were able to find street parking right in front of the property and it was not metered. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. The property was not 5-star but was perfect for a weekend get-a-way. It was very clean and due to being in a residential area the street was quiet and peaceful. The A/C needs to be replaced as it cannot go lower than 70 degrees but never truly cooled the apartment down. There was no way it was 70* in the apartment. I can only image how hot it would feel during the summer months. Two bedrooms but only 1 box fan was available so one of us suffered during the night. The beds were okay but made noises every time you turned or shifted. Room darkening shades would be a nice feature to add as well. Be aware that there are people/other apartments all around you. The upstairs residents were loud but that can happen anywhere. I would choose this location again for a long weekend stay. Trolley stops are close by and helped on the second day as we were tired from a ton of walking the previous day.

Property description was accurate. The unit was in a wonderful location and convenient to restaurants, River street and downtown area. The unit only had one step down so it was easy to carry our luggage in and out.
We enjoyed the two bedrooms. Nice roomy shower and lots of towels!
Comfortable beds.

Quiet nest in the Historic District of Savannah. It close to many restaurants and public transportation. The uneven levels of floors were mot a challenge for us, but bathroom sink needs to be routed because it would not drain properly. A kitchen scissor would be nice addition to ample supply of utensils. I would recommend this rental.

Went to Savannah for my 60 th bday. Stayed 5 nights.
The Jones street apartment was a great location! So close and walkable to everything.
Wish there was a way to put some sort of small night table near the one bed. Also a second fan would be nice.
However the upstairs people were very loud and heavy walkers( stomping). If you like quiet at night like I do, stay in an upstairs unit!
We got in late at night when arriving and forgot about reading about the step down at the entry. Yeah, Watch your step!!!
The kitchen light did not work and they fixed it right away.
I am not a tours or museum fan so other than that it is just eating out and drinking.
All drinks were small and $15 bucks starting
Never had any fabulous food. It was all subpar in my opinion.
Of course I don’t eat all the “ southern fried cooking”
It all looked much better in pictures online than reality.
Though Savannah is lovely 1-2 days would have been plenty.
Blufton and Hilton-head were absolutely lovely.
I wish I would have stayed there and did a day in Savannah.
Just my opinion.

My sister and I met in Savannah for a girls' weekend, and this place was perfect for us! Located on beautiful Jones Street only minutes from Forsyth Park, the Basilica, trolley and bus lines, we could come and go easily.
We much prefer renting space rather than using hotels, because there's nothing like unwinding on the living room sofa at the end of the day, talking over a full pot of coffee in the mornings, and having a real fridge for sodas, snacks, and leftovers. (btw, the sofa is new - some reviews mentioned they needed to be replaced and they were.)
Watch out when you open the front door! There is an immediate step down that needed to be marked for safety. Plus there are a few small step-ups between rooms, so be aware. Otherwise, the area is very quiet, the beds were very comfortable, and Lucky Savannah was great responding to communications. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Our vacation rental was clean and supplied with the necessary basic supplies. If you like to walk the location is convenient. However, if you are impaired you would need a car or Uber. The furniture in the living room could be more comfortable. There should be hooks to hang towels as there was only one towel bar for 4 adults. The washer and dryer were a great asset.

We had a great stay! The property is conveniently located to be able to walk and see the things we wanted to see. Nice common space with a couch and two chairs. The outdoor space was a shared space, but also nice. If we would go back I would look to stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay. Area is beautiful, people are so friendly. The property was vert nice, loved the tables in the courtyard. Beds were comfortable, shower was nice and large. Only complaint we have is that the couch in the living needs to be replaced. Leather was wearing off and there was no padding left in cushions, not comfortable to sit on. Everything else was top notch!

The apartment was on a quiet, quaint street typical of this area of Savannah. It was a perfect location for touring the historic district convenient to walking distance to many restaurants and sights. We were able to park on the street directly across from the building without moving through our entire stay.
The unit was clean and the property management company was very responsive. The in unit full size washer/dryer was very convenient. The only issue was the torn couches in the living area. These should be replaced.

We stayed here for a girls trip. It was smaller than it appears on the listing, and is more of a basement than a garden level. But we didn't spend a lot of time there so that part was fine. It was clean and well stocked. We ordered groceries to be delivered so we had the basics. One night we were walking back from River Street in a TORRENTIAL downpour so the dryer was wonderful to throw all our clothes in. We had two complaints, It DESPERATELY needs new couches. One sways side to side when you sit in it and the other looks horrible as most of the "pleather" has worn off. And one side is completely broken, I almost went straight to the ground when I sat in it and could feel the support bar. The Pillows were our only other complaint, they were hard as a rock, I actually opted to sleep without a pillow the rest of the stay, the beds were comfortable. That being said, the location of this property cannot be beat. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It is on a quiet very beautiful street that is close to all of the historic district and it's many wonderful sights.

Jones street is a central location to everything in Savannah historic district. Jones street is one of the most beautiful streets in the area. It is a quiet, residential street yet close to anything and everything. The unit was a good value, however, for me it was a touch claustrophobic as there are not a lot of windows. I loved the size of the unit. Plenty of space for 3 adults sharing this space. This unit was a little musty also. Upon arrival we did notice cereal on the floor in the kitchen. We did not bring any food into the unit with us. The staff, from making a reservation all the way to check out was probably the most professional, courteous and helpful people I have encountered in a long time! Every interaction was a positive interaction. I loved this! The property description from the website was spot on! It was everything that I expected.

Great spot int he heart of things. We rented here and other family members down the street so it was easy to get together. It was in a great location to walk to everything, on a beautiful street with historic homes. Clary’s diner is basically across the street for breakfast. The unit itself feels a little cave-like, but that’s what you get with a basement apartment. We found it just fine for the two of us and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed this apartment. Located in the historic district, nestled among other homes built in the mid 1800’s, just being there was a wonderful experience. The streets are quiet, tree lined and a joy to walk, with small neighborhood parks all around. It was within about a 10 minute ride on the free DOT trolley to the Bayside or going the other way 10 minutes to multiple historic
homes, museums and other attractions. Clary’s, a popular neighborhood resturant started in 1903, is just a half block away. The apartment itself was extremely clean with very comfortable furniture, easy to live in with all the basic amenities, and and has a nice outdoor table and chairs set in a nice courtyard area. We really enjoyed our stay. It left us feeling like we had truly experienced Savannah.

Situated below a gorgeous "typical Jones Street" manor, this 2br condo-style lodging had all the necessary amenities. Great value for two individuals who appreciate their own space, including a cute, brick-walked, gated courtyard. Wonderful location - on the street that gave rise to the saying, "keeping up with the Joneses"!

The location of the unit in the historic district is great and the street on which it is located is beautiful. The unit is smaller than it looks in the photos. The bathroom is only accessible by going through one or other of the bedrooms, which makes it awkward if you have some sleeping in the living room.

My sister and I just loved staying at the Jones St. Hideaway. We vacation often in Savannah with our families. But for just the two of us this was the perfect place. Jones St. is beautiful, SAFE and peaceful. We entered through a rod iron gate into an amazing patio garden which was just outside the apartment door. The rental was clean, spacious and just had a homely feeling. We walked to the river everyday which was only 0.6 miles and we discovered a lot of Savannah’s history a long the way. The girl’s at Lucky Savannah were sweet, they answered all of our questions and said all we had to do at checkout was load the dishwasher and put the dirty towels in the bathroom! I truly love this apartment hideaway and am looking forward to staying here during our future sister trips .
