Fantastic location in the heart of historic Savannah. We easily walked everywhere. The house itself is also beautiful with a garden space in the back.

It was a beautiful historic home and it was lovely staying there. Horse and buggy’s would go by and transport you to another time. It was walking distance to River Street as well as Forsyth Park. There are other lovely squares in very close proximity as well. I would absolutely recommend it. The support staff was always available and helpful. We never had to worry about being able to reach them.

This is our favorite place to stay in Savannah. It is easy to access, parking is always available and the best way to relax and recharge. I love the choices of decor from paint colors to framed canvases. I will always check the availability on this property when returning to Savannah.

We've stay several places in Savannah over the years during Music Festival. This by far was the best!! Perfect location for our needs; we could walk everywhere. It was clean, beautifully accommodating, well appointed, etc. We especially enjoyed the patio.
Only short comings were in kitchen stocked with place settings only for 6. We could have used more on occasion, but somehow managed. And having to play City of Savannah "parking bingo" was not always to our benefit.

We were so excited about this visit because we have stayed in a Lucky Savannah property once before. It surpassed our expectations in every way! First of all the location was amazing. Walkable to so many places, squares, churches, restaurants , house tours shopping. Secondly the amenities, this house had everything you could need to cook, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and seating, and more than enough soap and shampoo for your stay. To me the highlight was the absolutely stunning home! Every room was so beautiful and still comfortable. A close second to the beauty was the cleanliness! It smelled like pinesol when we walked in and the wooden floors were gleaming! Everything was spotless, baseboards, bathrooms, light fixtures.We can’t say enough about this company, just stay at one of their homes if you visit Savannah!

Townhome was beautiful with gorgeous chandeliers and decorated very well. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Fabulous masterbedroom bathroom with large shower and jetted tub. Near everything you would want to see. Only problem was the renovations going on next door. Horribly loud during the day with drills, sanding and very loud music. Started around 8:00AM and stopped around 6:00PM. Luckily we weren't there much during the day. Otherwise Perfect! Host, (property management) was good. Instructions for entering were not good and we had to call "host" property management company to get in the first time. Woman on phone didn't know how to get in either but called us back when she figured it out. Would love to stay there again if next door was done with renovations.

The townhome was very clean and cozy. They even had a christmas tree up in the living room and a few holiday decorations which gave it a little extra homey touch. Convenient location and can't wait to reserve it again

Great set up and location. Things were so nice. So much better than staying at a hotel. Right across the street from a tavern or something. A little night life might be good for some. But yelling drunk people after midnight wasn't what this off guy was looking forward too.
Over all I liked the property a lot.

This is the most lovely property and a perfect setting for a stay in really reflects the personality of the area and is PERFECTLY located. Most everything was within a reasonable walking distance. Staying here is a big part of what made the trip perfect.
The management company is VERY timely with their responses and were a delight to work with. Street/garage parking was not troublesome for our 5 day visit.
I intend to stay here again in the future, even if it is only my BFF and myself next time. This property is too magnificent to even think about finding something at a lower price point for only two people. We can't wait to return!!
Having said that, thicker towels and properly fitting fitted sheets/mattress covers are in order. I travel weekly for work and expect bath/bed amenities better than your "average" hotel when traveling for pleasure. The price-point of the property also warrants/supports these details.
Luxurious Townhome on Lincoln & York is not to be missed!!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures. Spotless clean and appointed with high end and antique furnishings. The location is excellent. Quiet, but a short walk to all of the interesting parts of old town.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Savannah . It had all of the charm that we were looking for , was clean and ready for us , and in a great location in the Historic district for walking around the town . Loved it !

The location is a 5-10 minute walk to anywhere you would need to go. The interior was clean and well-appointed with all of things we needed. I'm not a huge fan of mini bottle toiletries and wish Lucky would switch to the larger shared dispensers that many hotels and short term units now use, but I'm sure they will get to that soon enough. There was a small quirk with the initial entry that required a phone call to Lucky. They were quickly able to guide and explain the issue with this unit (can't use the front door) that wasn't listed in any emails that were sent to us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were totally impressed with the townhouse. The kitchen and bathrooms were up to date, while the rest of the house maintained its historic charm.
The location is perfect! Everything in the historic district is in walking distance.

The property was meticulously clean, beautifully appointed, and in a great, central location for exploring the Historic District. The outdoor, walled seating area was a particularly favorite spot during out stay and the property had all the basic necessities to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The only disappointment was the lack of basic kitchen supplies (like coffee or sugar) but there is a great coffee shop right around the corner.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Historic Savannah. Everything you could need was there (even umbrellas). The lock is tricky at first, but once you figured it out, it was no problem. It was very clean & comfortable!! Breakfast at the Funky Brunch around the corner was great. On River Street the oysters at Bernie's & Cotton Exchange's house soup were some of the great meals we had.

When we opened the door, it was just as expected. The house was beautiful! Tasteful furnishings, comfortable furniture, and everything we need. The location was wonderful! We walked everywhere, from the river to the park. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. There is ample parking in a garage less than a block away. There was even a picture of our home city on the bookshelf! Would highly recommend this location and would stay here again if we come back to Savannah.
We did a ghost tour which was very informative and entertaining. Recommend a casual dinner at Treylor Park restaurant or The Pirates' House. If you have transportation, visit Wormsloe Historic Site.

This property was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location...the proximity to all things in downtown Savannah can't be beat! I would've given 5 ⭐️'s across the board except for the following reasons,
1-Gnats and small triangle shape flies in the home
2-Only one dish towel
3-No paper towel
4-Patio in disarray

The townhouse is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and perfectly located - not too close to the boisterous downtown activities, but not too far to walk to get there. The atmosphere of the house is calm and relaxing and it is well stocked with most of the items needed for a home away from home. The only criticism that I have in that area is that the kitchen could use more wine glasses. Items like more dish towels and a dish sponge would also be useful for those who would rather hand wash a few dishes instead of running a mostly empty dishwasher.
We will absolutely try to stay here again if possible.

Has a great time. Beautiful house, easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Parking is a bit tight, city garage is 2 blocks away. Had a great walking tour with Savannah Dan.

From making the reservation to checkout everything was perfect. The house on Lincoln and York met the description exactly, if not better. All the furnishings were top quality and extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better for us, walking distance to the River, City Market, Forsyth Park and even to the Kroger grocery store (although we did take the free city bus back with full grocery bags). We stayed two weeks and other than a one day trip to Tybee Island, we didn’t need the car at all. We chose to put our car in the Lincoln Street garage for our stay but noticed that there were usually street spots within a one block radius. The house is across the street from a popular restaurant and bar (17Hundred90 - wonderful food!) where the evening ghost tours make a stop, so there is a bit of street noise but it was never bothersome. The lock box for the key is challenging to open but once you have the keys you are fine. Communication with the lucky Savannah office was quick and easy (we had a problem with the thermostat the first night and someone was there in less than an hour) and their office is only a few blocks away if you need anything. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay in a house that felt like a home. PS - Funky Brunch is just down the street for a great breakfast/lunch with fresh squeezed orange juice, and if you want you can get a “hot” table where you make your own pancakes!

We couldn't have been happier with the house. It was just as nice as the photos, clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to everything. The only little downside was the street noise but if you sleep easy like me or bring ear plugs it isn't a big deal and it does seem to quiet pretty early. We had a little trouble with the front door lock and had to call for advise and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay here again if I am back in town.

My wife and I have rented lodging all over the world. This is the nicest place we have ever rented in terms of the quality of space, furniture, cleanliness and it was beautifully appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The Lucky Savannah management team was great. They saved the day, after regular working hours when the cable went out by dealing with the cable company, so we could watch a World Series game. There were a few deficiencies that could easily be corrected. The nonstick frying pans were worn to a point where they we’re no longer nonstick. There were no steak knives and no potholders. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nicely furnished and clean. The only downside was the ability to hear people outside talking as well as the neighbor through the shared kitchen wall.
But overall we would stay again.

Beautiful home in a great location! The house was just as advertised, and perfect for our 4 person getaway (2 couples). We loved the charm and character of the house, and how spacious it was. And the little patio garden was probably my favorite part! Seemed like the location couldn't have been better - we walked everywhere. Definitely would recommend :)

This is a great property. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. There is a nice little court yard in the back. You can see a shuttle pick up from here. Is within blocks of everything. There is a bar across the street. The walking tours can be a little loud at night. Not much can be done about that. The movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil wouldn't play in the DVD, only mentioning that so management will know. Overall we were extremely pleased with this rental. Loved Savannah!

We come to Savannah every summer for our anniversary, and aside from our honeymoon place, this has been the best place we've stayed so far. It's conveniently located so you can walk everywhere. The home is beautifully decorated,has a lovely courtyard, and has a great master bath with a roomy shower and jet tub. The only trouble we had was in trying to enter the front door. The lock is very tricky, so we ended up using the courtyard entrance mostly.
