We come to Savannah on a regular basis but usually stay in a hotel but when I found this place by our favorite park, it was a no brainer. The place is small but is ample for two people. It is was clean and decorated nicely. Having a personal parking spot is a major plus considering the amount that hotels charge for parking. The location is prime because it allows you to walk to many locations and having the park across the street and the weekly farmers market on Saturdays provides for fresh produce and other items. Some reviews stated that some electrical outlets did not work but there are a couple of outlets that are controlled by a wall switch.

Savannah is a beautiful place full of history. We met some wonderful people. Do the Old Savannah tour. Map out your time here. Do the cemetery tour do not use the company that has the gift shop they are very rude. Go to the History museum it is great. We had a wonderful trip made many memories was blessed by the trip.

This apt was in a perfect location just across the street from Forsyth Park. It also has a designated parking spot that was behind the unit. This was very important as parking is at a premium. The unit was clean and had plenty of towels. The rental agency was quick to respond to any questions we had. The bed was decent but could use new pillows. My husband and I walked everywhere we wanted/needed to go except Tybee Island, of course. After walking many miles each day, we came back to the apt to relax. My only issue was that the only place to sit was one couch, and it was terribly uncomfortable. It needs replaced. Overall, we had a great trip and I would rent from Lucky Rentals again.

The location of this rental was wonderful! We were able to walk to almost everything. The DOT had several pick up and drop off spots near us. The rental was very cute! It was small but there was plenty of room for two people. I wouldn’t suggest that you bring any additional guests with you. There are not a lot of restaurants close by so be prepared to walk a bit or drive. Having our own parking spot was fantastic! The outlets need to be checked out by an electrician because we had quit a bit of difficulty plugging in all of our chargers, etc. we enjoyed our stay!!

Bathroom floor could use a deep cleaning. There was a bit a a urine smell in that room. Overall a great spot and easy to work with company.

The rental was clean and everything was in proper working condition. The decorative theme was contemporary and functional. It was centrally located and the parking space was an additional plus. I do think both area rugs could use some attention in that both have an edge that is rolled up and quite the tripping hazard.

PARKING DIRECTLY BEHIND VERY HANDY AND i WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN ABOUT AND HOUR EARLY (BEFORE 4PM) AS MAID WAS VERY EFFECIANT. aLLrooms very c lean.

We enjoyed our stay. It is right across the street from beautiful Forsyth Park. This 1 bedroom was perfect for 2 people for 4 nights. The king bed was very comfy.

Loved the location with walking distance to many desirable locations. Right across the street from Forsyth Park! The apartment was clean and comfy. We did have trouble with the outlets as some didn’t consistently work, there were no potholders for the oven, and only one washcloth was provided. Having additional pillows would also be nice for future guests.

Overall it is a nice place and very walkable. Forsyth Park is across the street and we would walk over and sit by the fountain and relax (and people watch). Couple of issues included a dead ant on our stack of towels when we got there and several of the outlets didn’t work or only 1 plug worked. It was nice but would probably stay elsewhere in the future.

The location was great! We were able to walk almost everywhere. Description of property was accurate. The size was perfect for 2 people. Nice and very clean. Only problem was one of the lamps in the bedroom was not working. It was something other than a light bulb. I would definately stay again. ONe suggestion is to make the address on the outside of building was hard to see when you have never been there.

My daughter and I went from Wed. to Sat. in April. This location is PERFECT - literally across the street from Forsyth Park, which is within walking distance to everything. The place was immaculate and well appointed with all you might need. We did not cook anything, but the kitchen has everything (although I didn't see cooking knives anywhere - but I wasn't really looking closely). Perfect size for 2 people, and very reasonable price compared to similar properties. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location - right beside Forsyth Park! This unit was so clean!!! Cleaner than any hotel you’d stay in! It was also so quiet! We never heard a single sound from neighbors or the streets outside. The best part is that you have your own parking spot! Look no further; this is where you want to stay!

Property was in fair condition. Missing a few items like ironing board, no broom or mop to clean up accidents or just mud tracked in. also would have been nice to have a few dish towels. the bathroom had mildew in the shower so I cleaned myself and left the cleaner. I was disappointed needs a fresh coat of paint and the sofa sunk in. I think your cleaning people could do a better job. Loved the location and access to downtown. The size was great. Needs some work.

Fresh, Clean & Convenient!! Everything was ready for us on arrival. Although a number of units are being remodeled, it was not an issue. The contractor was polite, helpful, and quiet. Parking was very convenient. Safe & quiet neighborhood. Everything was within 1.2 miles, so we walked everywhere. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts at Clary’s Cafe a few blocks away. Found walking around Savannah to be safe & easy-no hills! Our room was newly refurbished with brand new Whirlpool Washer & Dryer, Range, Microwave, Refrigerator & Dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen Items. Bathroom was fresh & bright with large tiled walk-in shower. New flat screen TVs in living & bedroom. Bedroom has X-Thick KingSize mattress-Very Comfortable!! A few outlets did not work, but plenty did. Beautiful neighborhood directly across from Forsyth Park & Fountain. We would definitely book here again!!

It was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels to use throughout the week which was appreciated. Had an issue getting the living room tv to power on but they responded really quickly with instructions to flip the switch by the front door to power on that outlet. There were a minimal amount of the basics needed for basic cooking while staying, except we couldn’t find any knives other than a butter knife so we had to get creative sometimes. I can understand why, but it was a downer to have to go buy even just basic salt and pepper/ garlic powder. We’ve had rentals before that those were either provided or just left behind from previous renters. I totally understand not allowing actual food to be left, but basic spices would be nice. The washer and dryer were on the smaller side. Not a huge issue but we had to buy laundry detergent too. There was one pack provided for one load of laundry, but we book rentals with laundry so we can go home with clean clothes. We had to do it in several loads because of the size of the washer. Again, not a huge deal just something to be aware of that you’ll need to buy detergent also if you do the same. Would be nice for this to be provided. The designated parking spot in the back was tricky sometimes depending on what the other cars were that were parked next to us. It could be more like a parallel parking situation in a tight spot as opposed to a quick pull in and out. My husband was able to maneuver but just an FYI to keep in mind. I would have struggled myself! Overall it met our needs for a week in Savannah. No issues checking in and out, the front door code worked without issue, and the management company was responsive. It was nice being so close to Forsyth park and a few restaurants. Very pretty area.

Perfect spot for a single person or a couple looking to explore Savannah! The location was perfect, and all of the directions I recieved were very clear, and easy to follow. I highly recommend this location, especially if you are looking to walk the majority of your trip. :D

This apartment is in a great location. Enjoyed walking to favorite shopping areas and to Forsyth Park. The unit was small but very comfortable. There were units with tables and chairs between the back door and the parking lot so technically someone could have sat there and enjoyed coffee but not the best spot but this unit really has no place outdoors attached to it. The "patio" is really more like a strip of concrete and it was covered in an inch or so of dirt and the area was littered. It is a unit in a row of units, many that were in the process of being remodeled. Lots of back patio doors were open with workmen going in and out when we were there. The kitchen area is quite small as is apparent in the pictures. Some pans will not fit in the small oven. I wish there had been some directions on the oven- I sent pictures of the dials to others trying to figure them out. There really is no dining table per se but we managed eating meals seated on the sofa. The shelf attached to the wall was where we stacked our groceries. It felt a little like glamping at times. Water pressure was good. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a long weekend or stay in Savannah. Parking in back can be very tight. One day a very large truck parked in the space behind us and we had a car in spot in front and would not have been able to get the car out. The truck left and we dreaded its return and possibly getting stuck but lucky for us the truck ended up only being there for a few hours. It could be a difficult place to park if all spaces were full. It was quiet and well-furnished. I would rent it again.

This was our first time in Savannah and really weren’t sure where to stay or what to expect. But this apartment was way more than we could have imagined! Clearly updated, very clean, on-site parking and Forsyth Park merely steps away. I was in contact with the rental office more than once and they were very personable and professional. I definitely will stay in a Lucky Savannah property when we come back, and we will be back!

Loved the location, a few things would make it perfect. Drainage needs addressed at the back of building, during a heavy rain water was coming in the sliding doors, fortunately we were there and able to move our belongings and pull back the carpet which was getting wet. It dried out quickly once rain stopped. Electrical outlet access in the bedroom was difficult to find plugs. Suggest installing surge protectors to the night stands. Area rugs need taped down, corners are curled up causing tripping hazard. Everything else was nice, would definitely stay again.

My mother and stayed a week in this rental in Savannah. It is close enough to the major sites to be convenient and is literally across the street from Forsyth Park which makes for beautiful walks to the fountain any time of day. The apartment was spotless and had all that we needed for a short stay.

Lynwood was our 6th vacation rental with Lucky Savannah over the last few years and was another consistently great experience. This location was wonderful - so close to Forsyth Park, yet walkable to almost everything. We drove to the River area, but walked to the shopping, restaurants, and everything else in the historic district (and we are older!). The free and private parking is a big plus in this location. We were able to park, enter the flat, and then carry our things inside through the back door, just steps from the car. The spot for this unit can be a little tricky if the lot is full, but for us, it worked beautifully. The flat itself was immaculate and comfy. The kitchen area is small, but for two people, we managed just fine preparing a few meals. We really appreciated the lack of clutter in the decorating. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. As it was cold on this particular trip, we would have appreciated another blanket, but we always travel with an extra so it was fine. The heat worked well, though. This was another "A" flat from Lucky Savannah.
