Situated in the Starland District, you'll be in walking distance to so many outstanding venues, restaurants and bars. Don't fret, you're only a short Uber drive downtown to the action, and a quick walk over to Forsyth Park.
Beyond the quintessential southern exterior of these side-by-side bungalows, you'll step into a totally different vibe inside. Each bungalow has been completely renovated and furnished with cheery and posh decor, rich colors, and a selfie wall in each - bachelorette certified! The open floor plan in each is truly an entertainers dream, as you'll have plenty of space to spread out, gather together, play games and never feel separated from the rest of the group. Whether you're whipping up your "famous" cocktails, or preparing a home cooked meals, you'll have everything you need in the well-equipped kitchens.
Each bungalow features a theme, The Benjamin and The Beverly, both inspired by fun design aspects. Collectively, there are four bedrooms between the two bungalows, all fitted with plush queen size beds, and plenty of space to store your belongings. You'll also find extremely spacious full-size bathrooms in each, featuring elegant quartz dual vanities, an ample amount of counter space and shower/tub combinations.
Out back, the true oasis awaits - Bamboo acts as a privacy barrier from neighbors around and you'll forget you're even in the city! The deck is equipped with a fabulous pergola that can be open or closed, to keep you out of the sun even on the hottest days. Whether you're gathered around having a morning cup of coffee, an evening glass of wine, or grilling out, everyone will always have plenty of space.
What is parking like for this home?
Non-metered Parking - This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.
