The home was well kept and very nice. Most important, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the space to hang out and sitting in the front porch. It’s an easy walk to downtown and so nice to be close to Forsyth Park��.

Oakview Manor was perfect for our group of 4 college friends in their 60's. The location was a quiet street with free parking, yet we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, well furnished had wonderful beds, great air conditioning and we felt safe and comfortable! Management was wonderful, and although we had no issues, they checked on us!

Oakview Manor was nicely located in the historic northern section of the city. Restaurants, tours and sqaures were easily accessible on foot and free parking was equally easy on the street. Quiet and comfy. The shabby chic decor wasn't to my taste, but the house was immaculately clean and the beds comfortable. Everything we needed--toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, basic kitchen supplies, including laundry detergent and coffee! was on hand. The porch could use a table to rest a coffee mug or cocktail glass. One of the bedrooms upstairs had a small porch off of it but without any furniture. Guests should be aware that one of the showers upstairs is a clawfoot tub which is slippery, so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Could use a rubber mat in there! Well managed by Lucky Savannah who were easily available by email or phone.

We had a wonderful stay at Oakview Manor. The location by Forsyth Park was perfect. We walked to the farmer's market Saturday morning and then enjoyed the Savannah Symphony on Saturday night. We were also within walking distances of shops and restaurants. The property was as described and the layout was great. The seating in the family room was a little tight for 6 adults, but it wasn't a problem. We loved the porches for coffee in the mornings and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lucky Savannah was very responsive to my question about an early arrival. The only thing I would mention for others is that the 2nd bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower. If you are traveling with older adults, stepping in and out of that might be difficult. I highly recommend this rental, as well as Lucky Savannah, for your next trip.

The property was just as described. The location was perfect to several cafes and Forsyth Park. The area was beautiful and the house was clean. The only thing that would be a little better is if it was stocked with basic condiments. (Salt, pepper etc... The upstairs Master Bed was off track but I did let maintenance know and they were very prompt responding to all questions. I would definitely stay again,

Although a 20-25 minute walk to Bay/River Streets, this place did not disappoint in the slightest. We all really loved the interior and the kitchen appears to have been updated semi-recently too. The upstairs and side patios were also nice to be able to pop outside on. The bathrooms were nice and one of them featured a nice walk-in shower. Super easy getting in and out and the area itself it quiet and seemed nice!

Loved our two nights in Savannah! Would love to go back soon. The mattress in the master bedroom was amazing! Enjoyed the history and the beautiful trees and walking to Forsyth Park. Getting in and out of the house was secure and super easy.

Lovely house, close to everything. The mattresss were top notch and we all slept well. I would request that the pieces be cleaned and a few more towels would be preferred. there is a small leak that came out of attic door with a heavy rain I thought you might want to investigate. All in all an enjoyable stay.

House is great, It’s a little hike to river street if that is where you are wanting to be but still walking distance. There is a note inside about being quiet after 10pm and being inside and not on patios. The neighbor to the right is not very friendly and one evening at 9pm while we were sitting on the porch getting ready to leave, came outside and was very ugly to us. We were a group of 30 and 40 year olds not youngsters, so that was disappointing but he never came back out after that. Great place, would recommend staying here and we would stay again.

Six longtime girlfriends stayed here for a weekend getaway. This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. It was within walking distance of several things we wanted to see. If we got tired of walking we took a pedicab or hopped on the trolley!
The house was very clean and beds super comfortable but there were some issues with the electrical. Porch light didn’t work, ceiling fans on porch didn’t work, fan in the master bedroom shower did not work and some of the outlets were coming out of the wall. This in no way effected our stay there. We would definitely rent this house again or another property owned by Lucky Savanah!

It was a lovely home but not kept up to the best. The shower leaked and broke through the ceiling and we had to call maintenance on my wedding day. Also the deck upstairs was unsafe to walk on from the loose nails and nails sticking up

The house is located within 2 blocks of Forsyth Park. Very good location to walking most all the popular Savannah areas. We felt safe and the house was in good condition. AC worked well. Our only comment was that the house had limited items for use. One roll of paper towel, only a few rolls of toilet paper, limited towels per room for a weeks stay. As well, no paper plates, napkins or plastic cups. The lighting inside the house is dim---low watt light bulbs, especially in the bathrooms. But the house is well maintained and comfortable. Our coffee pot had been broken when we arrived and we asked to have it replaced. It never was replaced during our stay. Even if it had been we only had a single bag of coffee to use. I have stayed in many VRBO properties where the amenities were much better.

The house was easy to find, near all the action but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The house was very clean. Two items that were a little bit of a disappointment was one the out door furniture was not very comfortable and we could not figure out how to work the fans on the kitchen deck. Also the musty smell in the house said MOLD and caused my Aunt and Uncle to suffer with their allergies.

It is only two blocks from Forsythe Park where you can enjoy the gorgeous park with your family. Trolley stop at the park to head into historic downtown. The house is a great place to stay to enjoy Savannah.

Oakview Manor is on a quiet street, very close to the park. There is a parking space in back that is not advertised. We also parked on the street in front of the home with absolutely no issues.
The home is large and had plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Overall it was clean and had plenty of space. Living room furniture was comfy and the dining room had plenty of extra chairs for around the table.
We did try to reach out to Lucky Savannah twice through the Hospitality App. the way is suggests. We did not hear any response. The bedroom with the porch has a glass paneled door. The curtains and blinds were totally gone from that door and there was no privacy. Anyone in the homes surrounding Oakview Manor on the backside could see right in if they looked. Also, the sleigh bed in the master bedroom sounds like it is going to break in half anytime you move a muscle in the bed! The other issue we had was the sheets on the queen beds would not stay on. It was almost like the sheets were for a double bed. During the night they would come off constantly!
Other than that, the home was great and we enjoyed our Savannah stay immensely.

We loved the location -- close to Forsyth Park and an easy walk to all the historic sites and museums. We had a slight glitch with the toilets -- but a plumber came within half a day to fix. Also, the very sppacious kitchen mysteriously lacked pots. There was no way we could have cooked much more than coffee and toast!

We all loved the location. Perfect for walking the historic area. The house was spacious and comfortable. For 4 women. The street was quiet and parking was easy. We felt safe. The only things that could use improvement: lighting was poor in the dining room where we play games. Also could have used a few more basics like hand soap in the downstairs bathroom, condiments in the kitchen , a Keurig would have been nice. Overall very good experience and we love Savannah!

The cute, clean yellow-sided house was accurately described and pictured. The location allowed us to walk to downtown easily and/or take the free DOT transportation. Forsyth Park, which is beautiful, was about two blocks away and just perfect for a morning jog. We walked to the coffee shop, The Sentient Bean, every morning. I would definitely recommend this property!

This home and the services provided by this management company were top notch. I run a management company in TN so I am a tough critic. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of supplies. We had a maintenance issue that was corrected about 20 minutes after I called. This property is a good walking location to to the historic district and felt very safe.

Five ladies of a certain age travel regularly as a group. Our trip to Savannah was delightful due in part to the Historic home we stayed in. It had plenty of room for eating and wine drinking - the porch off the kitchen was delightful for coffee. Our only complaint was the limited supply of cookware (no med saucepan? Dishes to heat up leftovers in microwave?) and the old fashioned tub. We all showered because we were unsure we could get in and out of the tub! Delightful location - walking distance to everything we needed to see (except the beach!). A grand time was had by all.

This was the perfect rental for a long weekend celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Once we parked we didn’t have to drive anywhere for the rest of the weekend, with the exception of a trip to Tybee Island. The house is within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, and historical spots in downtown Savannah. The house was equipped with plenty of stuff to feel like home. We were able to cook multiple meals and not feel like we needed any thing that wasn’t provided.

We had a great stay in this Savannah house and cannot wait to go back and visit. The house was actually better than the pictures. It was a great location to walk to a lot of the sites. We loved everything about this home. There were six of us (my husband and I, and four teenage children). There was plenty of room, and always parking available right in front of the home. We enjoyed sitting on the various porches, or hanging out in the well-appointed kitchen. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. It was 90+ degrees, yet the A/C kept the home cool. We would definitely stay again! We loved this home and the city of Savannah (as well as Tybee Island).

Fantastic period house with everything you need for a great stay. House is big and comfortably accommodated the 5 in our party. It was in a great location with free on street parking so once you get there you do not need the car again when exploring the town. It is an old house but very well maintained and everything works. We had a problem with the bathrooms when we arrived but Lucky Savannah sent someone to sort it for us within a couple of hours. We stupidly left something at the house but Lucky Savannah (Jade) helped locate it and arrange for us to get it back. Loved our stay here and did not want to leave!

We stayed at Oakview Manor for a girls weekend getaway. There were three of us, so having three bedrooms was perfect. The shared bathroom has a claw foot tub which was perfect for having a soak, but it was a bit “fussy” for showering. We all used the shower in the master bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens and towels were of average quality. There were plenty of pillows. We ran low on hand towels so we did a load of towels, but we could have gotten by as there were plenty of bath towels. The living area has a comfy recliner and a not so comfy sofa and one side chair. The HVAC appeared to be very new, but the bedrooms tended to get hot around 1 or 2 am even when the thermostat was set on 72. We did not use the dining room. The kitchen was perfect for 3 or 4 people to eat at the bar. The one big issue with the kitchen was the lack of light. It didn’t appear that the overhead fixture had a bulb out, but there was not enough light to prepare a meal if it was evening or overcast. Breakfast was the only meal we prepared so it wasn’t a show stopper, but it would have been really difficult to see to cook if we had wanted to prepare dinner. The kitchen has above average appliances. It is well stocked with cookware, dishes and glasses. The location is good...close enough to the sites without the crowds and noise. The neighborhood has a mix of vacation rental and resident owned properties. We did not have any problem with the on street parking. We used Uber on several occasions to go to bars and restaurants and paid $6.50 per trip. Overall, this was a good option for us and I would recommend it. The rental transactions were smooth and were handled quickly and professionally.

Access to the home was easy and it was clean with very comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did have 2 very minor plumbing problems which the staff took care of. We had a fantastic stay in Savannah. Cottage was perfect. Great location and really nicely set up. We had a minor problem with the blinds in the bathroom and were incredibly impressed that they were able to sort this out so quickly. They were also super responsive and accomodatIng when we asked if we could check out a little late. All in all a great experience. Would definitely go back to Savannah and would definitely rent with lucky Savannah again!!

Six of us stayed here during the Rock n Roll Marathon weekend. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location as all sites were within a mile. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable although the towels could be of higher quality as they don't seem to absorb water!

This was a great house a few blocks from Forsyth Park and a 20 minute walk to the main street in town. The house was clean and laid out nicely. It was an overly hot weekend in Savannah and the house had some issues with the bedroom AC but Lucky Savannah was very responsive and helpful in getting fans and temporary AC units to help cool it off while they fixed the AC. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and there was plenty of available parking on the street. The house has all of the cutting and cookware available but there aren't left over spices except for salt & pepper so bring anything else you might need.

We wanted to find a wonderful place to stay for a sisters getaway in the Historic District and Oakview Manor was perfect. It is very close to Forsyth Park or we just hopped in the car to enjoy the attractions of Savannah. It wasn't easy to find 3 bedrooms where one of them had twin beds and looked comfortable, and this house was perfect for 4 sisters. We were so comfortable and I think everyone agrees we should come again. Thank you.

My family and I recently stayed at the home for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time there! A great amount of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. Loved Oakview Manor. Only problem was that AC did not work upstairs very well and Saturday night was sweltering. Master switch upstairs kept tripping off. Perhaps units need to be upgraded to handle the load. Brooke was very helpful. Sure was nice to have access to her by phone 24-7.

I originally booked hotel rooms for a weekend couples get away and decided to see if any houses were available. What a lucky find to get this house on Tattnall! Perfect for three couples in a very quiet neighborhood. A lovely walk to Forsyth Park and a close stroll to many beautiful streets. The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed gathering in the kitchen in the morning for breakfast and playing games in the dining room at night. We could get to town via car in around 5 minutes and it would have been an easy walk, but the weather was a little uncooperative for that. We always found street parking, but it would have been nice to use the private parking in the rear. Not sure why that was not available. All my communication with the rental company was via email and text and was simple and convenient. We had no problems at all, so no reason to contact them. I would stay here again next time I come and would recommend it to others!

This is a beautifully restored house with lots of character in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district a couple of blocks from Forsyth Park and within walking distance of the riverfront. We have stayed in many VRBO houses and the property manager LuckySavannah was simply excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving at Oak View Manor to find the property to be spotlessly clean and very welcoming! The location was spot on to allow us convenient access to everything whether by walking or by car. We loved this gorgeous home right in the heart of beautiful historic Savannah. The rooms were airy and spacious and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was comfortable and pretty, light filled and an easy walk from everything. We could have stayed much much longer. The house is much larger than it looks in the street view pic. Savannah itself is one of the most beautiful cities I've been in anywhere in the world. What a treasure. Loved it.

Beautiful, cozy, historic Savannah home. It slept 6 but was large enough for 12 people to sit down at the dining room table. The kitchen was easy to cook in and large enough for many cooks:)) It was a great experience. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and Brooke took care of it right away. Great service, great house and perfect location for anyone visiting Savannah and wanting the complete Savannah experience.

This was my first trip to Savannah and I could not have been more pleased with the rental and the service I received from Lucky Savannah. The Oakview house was just as it was described, it was clean and we loved it. The location was close to the park and although there was no driveway to park our cars, we had no problems finding a place to park and we had three cars. Uber was amazing, fast service and inexpensive. We walked every morning to the local coffee shop located across the street from the park. We had 6 ladies staying at Oak View Manor and it was perfect for us. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

Parkview manor was a great place to stay, lots of room for a family to relax after touring Savannah all day. We walked downtown and to river street day and night and always felt safe, the house itself was very clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again if ever visiting Savannah.

Very nice home. Well maintained and clean.
Had a little problem with the entry code on the first day but the agency helped fix the issue
