After reviewing hundreds of listings, this apartment was chosen for the excellent location on Monterey Square, at least four comfortable seats in the living room and dining table, two full bathrooms and pretty decor.
Street parking availability is not a problem. (A reduced rate dashboard pass is available from the Bryan St Garage). Any questions that we had were answered promptly by Lucky Savannah, even outside of business hours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The apartment was absolutely spacious enough, very clean, and more than I expected! The location was perfection, quiet and close to the beautiful park. I would definitely book again if staying in Savannah

We loved staying at this property - 2 couples, stayed for 4 nights. The location is perfect for walking to Forsyth Park, dinner, and touring the nicer historic areas - far enough away from the overly touristy areas. Parking was never an issue. Purchased visitor day passes from Mobility & Parking Services (at Bryan Street garage) and most of the time were able to park in front of the apartment. The kitchen seemed to have all of the necessary equipment (although we didn't prepare meals while we were there). Only suggestions we have would be to update the curtains / rod / rings (including shower) throughout, as they are rather worn and / or non functioning. Also providing folding luggage racks for each bedroom would be inexpensive, but very useful.

My 18 year old daughter and I loved this apartment! The setting is perfect, as it is directly across the street from one of Savannah's beautiful little parks. It is a quiet location, but within about two blocks walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. It is decorated in a very modern fashion, which was a nice surprise from most of the traditional interiors do you find in Savannah rentals. Everything was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the master king bed is not as comfortable as I would've liked it to have been – – it is really more like a futon mattress. The back porch has nice seating for two and is open to a small courtyard. We will definitely stay here again!

The property lived up to expectations. It was well appointed and maintained. It's in a beautiful and convenient location. All was great except that neither bed was very comfortable.This did not detract much from the enjoyment of our stay but if you are a finicky sleeper it might. Another small complaint is that we were asked to take the garbage out at the end of our stay. Around back to the alley. That should be cleaning staff's job in my view. That being said yes I would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Parlor House. There was an issue with the fuse causing the washer to work but we figured that out quickly. The house is beautiful and we loved our stay. The only thing I would recommend is a small dresser in the big bedroom and a full-length mirror. We would definitely come back to stay at this rental.

Only time spent in the house was sleeping g really. The main bedroom stayed pretty warm compared to the rest of the space. Also the main bed was pretty pathetic. A box spring would help a lot, instead of having a thin mattress on top of the slats. A single cup coffee maker would have been nicer. Overall the stay was good. The proximity to Forsyth park is great and the streets are lovely.

My family rented the Garden and Parlor.
Overall very nice. Nice location. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchens. Coffee makers are traditional (not k cups). You can hear the neighbors above you but not too bad (could get loud with certain guests I assume). Wi-Fi is a little slow and not great in the back bedroom. Parking on street was fine although be cognizant of street sweeping nights which start at 12:01 AM on the day, and only 2 hour parking sessions allowed M-F 8am-5pm. Stock the kitchen for breakfast if you’re an early riser - most places open at 9am for breakfast weekdays and 8am Fri/Sat.
Areas in need of TLC for the management company: windows and patio/deck need a power wash and cleaning of chair cushions. Mirrors need to be windexed. Shower curtain liners should be replaced more regularly- ours were torn or soap-scum/mildew upon arrival, but Monike arrived within the hour to have them replaced (thank you!) Garden: front bedroom has no place to store/ unpack clothes - no dresser, closet or rolling rack so you either live out of the suitcase or use the storage in the back bedroom - a rolling rack would be nice. Parlor: Front bedroom light near bed has no on/off switch - must plug/unplug it. And upon arrival the unit had a bad smell - like cooked food that lingered, but it stayed all week.

We invited our son, his wife and 18 month old son to meet in Savannah. We came from New Jersey and they came from Houston. Nice not to have to host in one of our homes and be somewhere new and rich w culture, entertainment, history and good weather.
Only regret is we didn’t stay long enough.
There is a lot to do in Savannah itself and plenty to do in surrounding areas.
Location could not have been better and the parlor apartment was spotless, efficient and beautifully styled. We wanted for nothing.
It helped that we rented a car, parking was a breeze....get the park Savannah app on your phone and you won’t even miss a beat taking care of meter parking.
We’d go back again for sure!

The Parlor apartment was exactly as described and was fully satisfactory, with two reservations (one of which is likely beyond your control).. Most urgent: master bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced immediately .A less urgent frustration was the intermittent noise from rear neighbor's ac unit prevented us using the lovely porch. (also, please wash the windows! such a pretty park view clouded with grime)

The apartment is very well located, clean and spacious. Great for a weekend in Savannah. Parking is on street but easily available. There are about 7-8 steps up to the apartment, no issue for us but if you're not super mobile important to be aware of. Internet wasn't very reliable so wouldn't recommend trying work from the apartment.

We were blown away by the service we received from Lucky Savannah. We had to reach out three times and each time they were there within the hour. Their promptness was incredible - including one request which I sent in at 11pm not expecting a response until morning and was answered within minutes. Lucky Savannah, can we buy an investment property and have you management it please? :) The home is in the best location - walkable to everything. We also found parking out front each day, and one day we just had to feed the meter every 2 hours until we were ready to leave which is easy to do if you download the app and pay by phone. The two pieces of feedback I would say was that we couldn't walk in the house barefoot without our feet getting black - not sure why, but we had to rinse our feet in the tub before getting dressed each day. Otherwise the home was spotless clean. The other was that the wifi signal was really slow. I gave up trying to work (probably for the best) and just used my hot spot as needed. Overall we would stay here again because the home is just adorable and so visually appealing with its decor and cozy. It made our first trip to Savannah a memorable one.

This rental is on the bottom floor and right in the middle of everything. It was clean and comfortable for our group of four with two bedrooms and two baths. Parking was easy to find within steps of the rental. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!! We contacted the property once during our stay and they very promptly responded.

This was a great place for a girls weekend! The master bedroom was beautiful, and the space was very well decorated in general. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and spent most of our time walking everywhere. Only suggestions I have would be to upgrade the mattresses and clean up the porch a bit. It was so dirty outside that we didn’t sit out there. Also, the queen bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The king was better, but the opposite- too soft. Highly recommend updating! Overall, great stay and if those 2 suggestions were remedied, we’d definitely be back!

We -2 couples - enjoyed our stay at the lovely rental that sits across the st.
from the park. It’s a short walk to a nice selection of lunch and dinner places
and 15 min walk to the water front. We brought our own bikes to explore, so the rental is in the perfect location- away from the crowds but close enough to everything if you enjoy walking and biking.

We rented the Park House Parlor for a babymoon with our friends as we are both expecting babies this summer. The location was perfect and walk-able to so many great locations! House was very clean and furnished well. The little balcony was a great plus too! Only snag was that we were granted a late checkout but the door locked on us before the checkout time after running out to get coffee. The rental office was a bit difficult to get a hold of a person to unlock it.

This property has all the amenities you could need, and the interior is beyond insta worthy, but none of that compares to how perfect the location is. Your windows literally look right onto THE most BEAUTIFUL square. I couldn't get over it. There's just no feeling like walking out the door right onto the square.

The location of Park House Parlor is absolutely perfect. It is centrally located and in walking distance to so many great restaurants and parks. The property is nice however the rental is located on the bottom floor of 3 story building and the noise from the upstairs and those coming in and out is quite high and disruptive.

I can't say enough good things abut this VRBO! It is absolutely adorable and the location is fantastic. It's only one block from Forsyth Park and it sits on a beautiful square. The pictures really don't do it justice and they don't include the cute porch on the back (off the master bedroom). Lucy Savannah was very accommodating to a few simple issues I had and I will rent there again soon. I really wish I lived there but that just gives me more incentive to visit agin. Rent the "Park House Parlor" you won't regret it!

What a lovely home and perfectly located right across from the beautiful Monterey Square. Love the decor and furnishings, a modern mid century flare. Just a short walk to lots of shopping and fine eats. The weather was quite perfect allowing us to venture out to the River Walk, lots of retail therapy at City Market, and a fun trolley tour around town! After a long day, enjoyed relaxing with a nice glass of wine and a few competitive games of Scrabble. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend!

My 2 daughters and I stayed here together and it was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us. Location was great. Kitchen was well stocked but there is no microwave which we thought was a little odd. Property was clean and extremely easy to access with the coded doors. The living room furniture in the photos is no longer in the unit. The furniture now is actually more comfortable but still very stylish.
Only complaint is that the building is old and can be loud. When people are staying in the upstairs unit you can hear when they come and go quite distinctly. You can also hear them walking around in the unit. This didn't affect our stay but if you are a light sleeper it could get annoying.

This is a newly renovated property and it was just amazing. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The unit is very modern and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect. Lucky Savannah is a great company to work with!

Great location - within walking distance to all of historic Savannah. Spent half a day just picnicking in Forsyth Park. Good size apartment for four adults and the balcony of the master bedroom was a nice place to hang out in the morning. Very clean, easy check in and check out process.

In a nutshell, The park house parlor is an excellent two bedroom venue to spend time in Savannah. Extremely centrally located and beautifully equipped. Will stay here again.
