If I could say one word about this place to sum up my experience it would be Charming. It was such a cute and quaint space with a full functional kitchen and a cute and spacious outdoor courtyard. The location was very nice, close to the park and the coffee shop across the street which I went every morning. The free street parking was very nice and the location was close enough to pretty much walk everywhere. I had a little trouble getting in to the unit when I first arrived and the staff was very nice and helpful and answered my call right away. If I ever come back to Savanna I would love to stay here again!

The cottage is attractively furnished and decorated and was a charming and cozy place for my family (my partner, my son, and myself). It’s very private and quiet: you have your own brick-paved courtyard, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee at the outdoor table. The place is clean and looks exactly like the photos. The staff was supportive and responsive: we arrived in the dark and initially had difficulty finding the cottage and also getting into it (our door code didn’t work), but Candace at the front desk patiently guided us there, over the phone, and provided a new code. A few complaints: the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable, but the mattress in the foldout couch was in bad shape: thin with the springs pushing through. After the first night, my son chose to sleep on the couch cushions rather than the mattress. We would have liked a few more supplies in the kitchen: such as filters for the coffee maker (a complementary package of coffee is provided) and reusable shopping bags for grocery shopping. Otherwise, the kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice little cottage.
It has everything you need with exception of washer and dryer.
Water in shower was only warm, not hot.
Furniture is very low to floor, makes getting up difficult for older people.
But works well and very clean. Cooling works great.

Property was nestled in behind a home and had a lot of privacy. The home had a few imperfections but that is to be expected. There are only two things I would suggest the owner look into, 1. The dishwasher would never kick off, 2. The water in the shower does not get hot. Other than those two things this was the perfect spot and made us felt comfortable and safe.

The place was very clean, only 4 bath towels were there for the 2 of us for 3 days. No face towels. The water heater only gave warm water, my wife likes hot. It was advertised with a washer and dryer, there was none. The door code was wrong & it took detective work to find the right phone number, that was quickly resolved though. There were 4 units at the address but ours was not marked which was confusing especially in the dark.

Very nice cottage, quiet, a little faded but really charming. The bedroom is well decorated with very comfortable bed. We can’t use the table in the living room such it is inclined but we settled in the garden and it was perfect.
Parking is easy , the neighbourhood is great and one can easily walk anywhere in the city.
Excellent value for money.

This cottage was a perfect fit for our Savannah stay. Walking distance to everything, yet private and quiet. A courtyard space for eating and relaxing was an added bonus. We look forward to coming again.

I will say that we chose to visit during the busy St Patrick’s day and knew prices would be somewhat increased. We paid double what we normally pay for a 4 night stay. The description said street parking available but did not say that we would have to find other arrangements due to a parade (even as far back as we were). So the car was several blocks away and my spouse has difficulty walking post surgery. The cottage was cute. Needs a dresser in the bedroom because we had no place to put clothing except on the 4 hangers in the closet. There was a small wicker like unit but it wasn’t for clothing at all. Don’t sleep on the couch or the sofa bed...it’s bad. The cottage was nestled in between a lot of houses but we liked it was free standing and not on the basement. We were given 4 towels and 2 face cloths for 3 people, 4 nights. I called for more and got 4 towels and 2 clothes. I went to target and bought some. Kind of a hassle. Responded quickly when we could not get in with the access code upon arrival, late and about parking and towel request. This was an older building so of course some issues we expect and I would stay here again if the price was much lower and we had enough face cloths to use. I was thinking we got a queen bed but it was regular...don’t remember what it was supposed to be at this point. Rental fees have increased so much in the past few years, we are considering hotels from now on and we are in Savannah several times a year. We checked and rooms were much cheaper even during this busy time of year.

The location is perfect. I was able to walk to a grocery and a coffee shop. The cottage itself was the perfect size as well. More space than a hotel but not overly huge. I would stay here again.

The location was great. The house had a musty/sewer smell. There was only 2 towels, no tissues and one thin blanket for the couch. Location was amazing and outdoor patio was cute.

This cottage is super cute and quaint. The bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t. Location is great if you want to stay in a quieter side of town, it took us about 35 mins to walk to the downtown area. We did not have a problem with parking but the street can definitely get full. We did run into an issue with not having certain linens and previous guests sheets were still on the sofa bed but guest services responded right away. We had three people stay and it was a little tight so if you have more than two for a longer trip, you’d probably be more comfortable somewhere else. Overall, we’re satisfied with our stay.

We rented this charming cottage for St. Patrick’s Day. While it is within walking distance of Forsyth Park and the parade, parking can be troublesome. The cottage only has on street parking and the streets are closed for parades. We ended up parking (with permission) at the dialysis place across the road.
The cottage has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. The living room is comfortable but the “kitchen table” is a drop down barely perfect for two people.
The kitchen and bath are up a step and while the gallery kitchen is well supplied, bring a step stool with you. The cabinets are tall and all of the glasses, mixing bowls, toaster, etc were above 5 feet in height.

It was a fine place to stay while we visited Savannah our first time. Perfect location, right next to the park and a block away from coffee/breakfast place. Not in the very touristy area near the river. We basically just slept there and took breaks between walks and other things we did. But it was well-supplied for cooking, washing dishes, laundry, etc if we had needed those.

Our only complete is that there are very few channels on the cable, maybe 10 channels. Otherwise, we’d stay here again!

Had to have maintenance come and get heat started on day 2; climate controls are very confusing; could only access local channels on TV; On the plus side, a quaint cottage on the edge of Forsyth Park with good parking, very nicely remodeled.

Location, location, location is so true. This small cottage is a perfect location for Savannah and a great layout of space.
I made original rental agreement with the owner then Lucky Savannah took the payments. Little did I know how much work Lucky Savannah staff would have with this rental. Immediately saw Lucky Savannah would handle anything that came up... they did , most professional and caring.
Next time I plan to spend months in Savannah I'll contact Lucky Savannah for the best place. My stay could have been awful if I had to rely on the owner. He did not address issues on a timely basis and was not truthful when I asked questions before my rental.
Instead, I had a pleasant outcome as Lucky Savannah staff was right there- fixed what they could quickly and encouraged me to speak up if I had any concerns. I felt like I was a guest of theirs.
I love the want staff stays informed on all guests through their "front desk" position. It didn't matter who was assigned to my rental, everyone knew the history and was ready to handle my needs.
If I was still working an executive manager, I'd want everyone of the Lucky Savannah to work for me. I hope the property owner knows what a great job they've done, especially he has let many issues just go by.
My evaluation of the property reflects the owners failures and nothing to do with Lucky Savannah- they overcame every challenge promptly and with the personal touch.
Housekeeping was not Savannah stay so it was adequate but not as clean as a guest would want. Dirty pillows, torn shower liner, dust piled on door frames, any vent, Rug edges definitely showed it had not been cleaned for a while. Stained mattress cover was another surprised and the laundry is gross. Again, all these solved efficiently and quickly by Lucky Savannah staff. Couldn't replace laundry but brought fresh linens every week. Lucky Savannah removed the trash when the owner locked the ga

The rental was fabulous and quaint. The biggest downside for me is that I am quite short and there are 2 obstacles with that: 1- several of kitchen cabinets are quite high/hard to reach, 2- the side of the bathtub is tall as tub is deep making it harder to get in tub.

The cottage is quiet, comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient to everything downtown. We had a couple minor maintenance issues upon arrival but when we called the office they sent someone immediately to fix them. Everything at the cottage is according to the pictures on the Internet. The only negative we had was that the outside furniture was not usable. The bench was broken and the cushions on the chairs were not in good shape. Overall we are very happy with our stay.

The cottage was clean and very nice. It was a little difficult finding parking and locating the property the first time. Our maps kept trying to send us to the gravel road behind the property. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable in the cottage. However, we did have two stray cats that came up to the front door several times. They would meow and sit right in front of the door. This was rather irritating especially when we were trying to bring our luggage inside or leave for dinner.

Everything was excellent. The only detail that we wished for was something to cover the glass on the entry door at night, since our daughter was sleeping right there on the sofa bed. (We remedied that by stacking the sofa cushions in front of it!) Great location with easy access to the park, free DOT shuttle, and good restaurants. Quiet area and felt safe.

The place is very nice in general, great location, easy to park. I would come back. The only problem was with the laundry area, it is outside the unit and was extremly dirty, as if someone had been working construction on top of it. The next day it was cleaner, but the top of the washer was rusty, so we didn ´t want to use, even though it was needed. We had to look for options to do our laundry.

The cottage house is very cute, cozy and clean. Location is great. Being in Savannah is always a good feeling. There's always parking on the block so it's easy breezy. We walked to Cottin & Rye for dinner on our first nite which is just south of the historic district, but close to the cottage and worth exploring.

This was a great location for us as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, except for the rain! The cottage had a musty smell to it, however, and because of that, we were glad we didn't stay there except to sleep. Be aware that it wasn't possible to take the trash out to the alley as requested because the gate was locked. I let them know and I guess it wasn't a problem. The kitchen is set up okay, had everything we needed for a light breakfast. There is only one outlet so had to take turns with the coffee maker and toaster.

The Parkside Cottage was spotless and decorated very nicely. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. We walked through the park every day to go to the water front for lunch, dinner and evening entertainment. There is a cute little café close by to get coffee/breakfast every morning if you don't want to cook. Staying at the cottage allowed us to 'live like a local' and enjoy everything that Savannah has to offer.

Loved this cottage! We parked our vehicle and didn't have to start it again the whole time we were there, everything was within a pleasant walking distance, although we did take the free bus a couple times to save time. Had a lovely relaxing time.
Only downside, we did see a few insects inside, a pest control service would take care of that.

This was the perfect place to stay! My sisters and I surprised our mom for mother’s day and took her to Savannah. Upon arrival we saw how picturesque the cottage was and all of us were thrilled! It was beautiful. The cottage was a great size for us four and had all the amenities of a home. It’s within walking distance to Forsyth Park & we enjoyed walking up to Riverstreet, seeing the squares and area along the way. We were able to park our car outside of the cottage & leave it all weekend. After walking one evening we got tired & took an inexpensive Lyft. The cottage is close to Riverstreet and all the shops on Bull street. Also, the app we received with our confirmation was very helpful. We were able to know the dining and activities in the area. It even has a built in map. Having the app along with a dreamy cottage made the stay in Savannah perfect!

This cottage was perfect! My Husband and I stayed her with my parents (4 adults) and it was a good size - a little cramped for 4 adults that arent family but it end up just fine for us (we are a really close family lol)
The Kitchen was very convenient, and the bathroom was very nicely done.
We were steps away for Forsyth Park where we had a great workout and enjoyed the Farmers Market on Saturday morning.
We will definitely stay here again if its available.

I love the location of this little cottage. There's a court yard you can enjoy with two seating areas and a BBQ. The unit is hidden back off the street. Plus right off Forsyth Park and on edge of historic dist. I enjoyed being closer to where real people live and not up near river tourist frenzie. It's a easy walk to all the touristy places, plus there's trolley stop for both orange and white companies just at the corner, and the free trolley too. Many wonderful rrestaurants to walk to - not all in the historic district. Cheap and easy to bring fresh low country boil back to the house to eat at home. Negatives: smelled very musty and I was glad this did not set off my allergies and asthma, very loud AC, NO W/D, Have to move chairs around if more than one person wants to comfortably watch tv and only basic cable so nothing is ever on tv.

This is a great little cottage, private, quiet, and clean. The high ceilings give the cottage a much more spacious feel inside than you would think from the photos. Charming Forsyth Park area.

The accommodations are nice and updated. The rental is very small but enough for our family of 4. No washer/dryer. Location is good and close to grocery store, Forsyth park. Quick drive to everything else in town. Parking was a challenge on weekend nights with street cleaning, we did end up getting ticket because we couldn't find parking anywhere else. Biggest complaint is noise from ac unit, its LOUD.

Lucky Savannah was very professional, and all email and text communication was reliable and easy to follow. Cottage is located in a pretty, private backyard behind a well maintained Victorian. Located half a block from the SE corner of Forsyth Park, it is not technically in the historic district, but it is a pleasant walk through the park or a short two minute walk to the nearest DOT free shuttle bus that runs from 9 AM - 7 PM daily. What it lacks in some of the convenience of being in the historic district it makes up for in being away from noisy crowds and expensive parking meters. There is a good coffee house one block toward the park, but most of the restaurants will be a hefty walk. We love walking and Savannah is lovely, so it is hardly a hardship for most guests, but for those in wheelchairs or with walking limitations, you would likely want to get in the car and drive. The inside was clean and tastefully decorated. The AC worked great. The bedroom had a very quiet ceiling fan, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with nicer than average soap etc. and had more than enough clean towels. The kitchen was very nice with great appliances and granite counters. We have few suggestions for the owner, none of which ruined the stay. Have a few games and some DVDs for rainy days. The outside sitting area was very charming and inviting at first glance, but it turned out the furniture was very dirty and had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. In defense of Lucky Savannah, we did not call them to give them an opportunity to clean it, but we really wanted to do so first thing in the morning when it was cool and figured by the time they would have come by, we would be busy doing other things. It's a lovely yard, and we would have liked to have just say down on a whim. Also we found the coffee maker and coffee but no filters. Overall a nice choice and a pleasant stay.

Nice, cozy 1 bedroom. Good location, quite. Only suggestion would be to get new area rugs for the living room and bedroom, the ones in the apt were extremely rough on bare feet as they are more of an exterior rug. A nice soft area rug in the bedroom would be better.
