This home was beautiful. It was in a very good location walking distance to many things. There was free on street unlimited parking. It was on a beautiful residential street, on one side but it was on a busy street on the other side, and was a little noisy at night. There was garbage in 2 of the 3 the bathrooms when we got there and used toothpaste container under the vanity in the master suite (not sure if it was cleaned between guests) despite this I would stay here again the location was pristine.

Philips House is a lovely and roomy old home. Nice antiques and enough seating for at least 6. It had a very strong cleaning smell when we checked in and kitchen, bathrooms and usable surfaces clean. However, there is so much furniture that it all wasn’t dusted and seating stained. Paint a bit worn too. When we checked in the sink in the main bathroom upstairs had blue tape over sink and faucet so we didn’t use it. The next morning, Saturday, I contacted Lucky Savannah and a very nice man was out within an hour and found nothing wrong so we were able to use it. The beds were comfortable, but the two twin beds really noisy. Window covers are shutters so don’t completely block the light. If you like total darkness to sleep bring a sleep mask. Great there were lots of places to put bathroom things and belongings. Cute coffee shop at end of block and grocery store 2 blocks away. We would stay there again.

This home was convenient to local area and walking distance to stores and shops. Personal parking spot was great. Home is historic in nature, but it seemed it had not been rented in a while, it needed airing out. We purchased air fresheners ans placed throughout home. Twin beds sqeaked a lot. Master BR was very warm in comparison to other BRs (very cold). Master shower seemed mold buildup around shower glass and drain area. I showered with my slip ons. No TVs in guest BRs only in Master and Living Rm. All BRs are upstairs, so take note if elderly or disabled ones cannot climb stairs.

This house is in a great location to walk through all of the squares to get to River Street and all of the shopping/dining places. We had 5 people and could have slept 1 more super comfortably. We will definitely keep this house on our list to stay in again when we visit Savannah. We had a late flight home and were able to store our luggage at the rental office on Liberty Street. They were so nice!

It was just one the edge of the historic section of Savannah. Big house with lots of space. It was on a busy street so you can hear the cars each night and morning. We walked the whole city but it was a ways from the River Front

The Phillips House was a lovely, comfortable spot to visit with friends and see Savannah. It’s a short walk to Forsyth Park and other attractions. Property was as described and was very clean. Property managers communicated in an easy manner. Enjoyed the Mate Factor Bakery at the end of the block - wonderful baked goods served by friendly people.
Parking spot on property is priceless!

Beautiful home with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient to downtown and Tybee Island. Grocery store in walking distance. If you have elderly along, the stairs would be difficult. Otherwise this rental is excellent for all family to enjoy. Beautiful furnishings and kitchen is quite adequate to meet family needs.

We rented this space for St. Patrick's Day weekend for 6 girls on a bachelorette party, and it was perfect! It was spacious and clean, and we had a really great time. Special shout out to Jamiyla from Lucky Savannah who helped us coordinate an early check in, and then stayed on the phone with us while we figured out the issue with the door pad. My only regret was forgetting to stop by her office on the day of the parade to say hello and thank her!

We are 5 adult ladies that rented the Phillips House. We were pleasantly surprised by the house. The furnishings were great and comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. It was fabulous to have 2.5 bathrooms to share between us. Also having laundry on site.
The staff a Lucky Savannah were so great. One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain, and they came right away and replaced it.
The house is located walking distance to Forsyth Park and the DOT buses. So getting to the Historic district was super easy. And at night you can use the Downtowner app for free transportation within the city. We didn't have a car but there is onsite parking.
The house is close enough to all the sites but far enough away to be very quiet. Being close to Kroger's was also great.
My only complaint (and it is so small) is that the twin beds are very high up. I had to use a bench to get into bed. lol (and I'm 5'5") I would be concerned for small children and/or anyone with mobility issues.
We had a great stay at the Phillips House and will absolutely book it again for our next visit to Savannah.

I booked this VRBO in Savannah, GA for a weekend get together with 2 of my sisters. The house was very nice and in a great location. I was disappointed that the code I had been given for the door did not work upon arrival. I had to call the Lucky Savannah company, and they quickly sent someone to the house who got us in with a new code. It was a minor inconvenience but should not have happend. The claw foot tub with shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms bathrooms was pretty but unsafe to shower in (hard to step over the high edge with nothing to hang on to, and the floor of the tub sloped making the footing precarious). All 3 of us ended up using the shower stall in the master bathroom.

We five friends from various points in the U.S. met in Savannah and chose the lovely Phillips House to stay in. It's been beautifully restored and is convenient to the historic Savannah treasures. The DOT bus ran along Forsyth Park, just 3 blocks away. One rainy afternoon we built a jigsaw puzzle and watched the movie based in Savannah, Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil. This house had everything we needed!

This was a very attractive, pleasant, clean, well-located house for our 2-adult-couple Savannah weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and private, the kitchen was relatively well-appointed (need more low-ball drinking glasses), and the parking was terrific. The living room furniture and arrangement were not particularly comfortable or conducive sitting around and talking/visiting (one of the goals of our trip) -- better furniture, an additional sofa, and the removal of the large cupboard for the TV would help a lot. The company was responsive and extremely professional. The app was helpful and they allowed us to store our luggage in their office downtown before the rental opened. Highly recommend!

Our group of friends stayed here in early December 2021 and found the home to be charming, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s in a convenient location in historic Savannah and walkable to conveniences like Kroger/Starbucks/cafes, plus also Forsyth Park and other spots of interest. We loved our girls weekend away at Phillips House. The home is beautiful. They kitchen is well stocked. We loved relaxing in the living room. Having a parking space was really helpful. The beds were comfortable. I would say this is about 20-30 minute walk to the heart of Savannah’s tourist district near the waterfront. We enjoyed being a few blocks off of Forsyth park. We would stay again

Great location, parking space was a nice bonus. Kitchen was small but functional. Twin beds in bedroom upstairs are LOUD!! Street noise is pretty loud too but we had earplugs so it did not disturb our sleep. Would stay here again just because of the location.

Great! You need to upgrade the tv and put them in each room. We were not able to watch movies and share our video during our group meet-up. That was very disappointing because TV aren’t that expensive. You need to upgrade your electrical outlets. You charge a lot for 3 days surely you can afford to update theses things

We really enjoyed our time in Savannah and the location of the rental is what made it perfect! We were able to walk and rent bikes so that we did not have to use our cars the entirety of our stay. There were a couple minor safety things I noticed that weren’t make or break for me but thought I’d let someone know for the future... There was rust in the tea kettles, I’m glad I looked. Also they had a tall bench positioned up against the banister making the railing come just below the waist of my 2 year old if she were to stand on it. Luckily we caught that and moved the bench right away, so if anyone with kiddos stays that’s just something you may want to move aside as well. Also the water pressure in the showers was very low. Other than that the place was super clean and comfortable, I highly recommend staying here. So sad I left our lunch box with food packed for the road in the freezer hopefully it was found and thrown away before the next guests arrived �� so sorry!

I traveled to Savannah with girlfriends for a bachelorette party and we stayed at this amazing home!! It was beautifully decorated, clean, vintage, and gave that old “Savannah home” feel. Literally less than a mile from incredible restaurants, shops and the beautiful Forsyth Park. A. charming well equipped House. We were in town for the NOGS Garden tour. We had lots of family join us. The house accommodated our group of 7 adults in comfort.
We rent homes so that we can entertain as if we were in our own home. This house fit our needs perfectly.
Location was great during the week we use our cars only twice.

The house was beautiful and the location was excellent. The house is walking distance to the Dollar Tree and Kroger. The interior of the house is fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and utensils necessary to prepare meals. The 2.5 baths came in handy with 8 people staying in the house and all were well stocked with the necessary toiletries. The only downside was the street noise that came through the walls. I did email the management company because there was nothing connecting the TV to the cable box so we couldn't watch TV down stairs. They were not able to get out with a new cable before we left. The coffee pot was also broken which they said would be replaced by house keeping the day after we checked out. They did take these issues seriously, we just left before they had a chance to resolve them. Over all, I highly recommend this house if you are heading to Savannah, you will love it!

We stayed here for my bachelorette and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was extremely clean and beautiful. The incredibly tall ceilings made the home feel extra spacious which means we never felt cramped. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for 4 ladies. It was a quick/cheap Uber to everything. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah. Working w Lucky Savannah was a dream as well; every time I had a question, they were very quick to respond and extremely friendly.

My two grown daughters and I planned a trip to Savannah, since one of them is named Savannah. We fell in love with the house. It was well appointed, very comfortable and filled with antiques. While relaxing around the house, we felt as if we were living in the 1920's. Even better yet, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to the grocery store, to the famous Forsyth Park and into the downtown area. Our week was wonderful and Savannah now holds a special place in our hearts!

We had enough room to cook together, eat together, and get ready without being on top of each other. It was also in the perfect location. It was a great house and easy distance to Forsyth Park. We stayed over Rock n Roll marathon weekend. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the start line and 5 minutes from finish line. The house accommodate all of us well. The only negative thing I can say it sits on quite noisy street and bedrooms windows are right along the side of the street. It felt like the cars and ambulance will drive to our house. Also the neighbors had a party every night so between the car it made a challenge to get a good nights rest.

The Phillips House was exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and the historic charm was comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Kitchen had all items we needed for cooking. Use of the Pedicab service is a need to drive!
Best place to eat brunch-B Matthews, dinner Jazz'd Tapas Bar and Rocks on the River. Best tour is Old Town Trolley Tours. If you're looking for something fun...try a scavenger hunt with Trek Savannah...we had a blast! Thank you to Lucky Savannah for all of these recommendations!

The house was nice and had plenty of room. My only complaints are that the air vents did not work in the master bedroom or in adjoined bathroom. After we checked in we didn't want to call and have people come work on the house so we made do. The other is the coffee table was so wobbly I was afraid it was going to fall apart at the slightest bump and we'd have to pay for it. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Our group of 8 girls stayed at the Phillips House for a long weekend in June for a bachelorette party. The house was amazing! It was even more beautiful than it looked in pictures, we had more than enough room to spread out while some of us rested and others stayed up to chat. The location was perfect, we were within walking distance to the grocery store, little cafes, and Forsyth Park (where we got to see the SCAD New Alumni Concert) The off street parking was a HUGE plus- just not having to worry about finding a parking spot or getting a ticket was so nice. Also- the staff from the rental company were a huge help! I received several reminders of my check in time, how to unlock the door using the passcode, and check out information, also the guest portal was so easy to use and very convenient- we were going to the beach one day and they pointed us in the right direction to be able to rent beach towels and umbrellas. Next time I'm in Savannah I will 100% be staying at the Phillips House again!

The home was beautiful! Very clean, comfortable and tastefullly decorated. Well equipped too. Kroger's and Dollar store right around the corner but you would never know, nice neighborhood feel, bit of a walk to get to the river area but very safe and pleasant, passing by many lovely homes. The park is huge and a very short walk also. Parade started right nearby too! We had a party of 8 and never felt crowded, no bathroom issues.

Loved everything about our stay at THE PHILLIPS HOUSE. There were 6 of us and it was perfect. House was immaculate and so beautiful. A+.. Thank you for sharing our home with us. This was amazing! Clean, beautiful, quiet, very short walk to the grocery store, pedicabs will take you on a beautiful ride to the downtown area, and you're within walking distance of bakeries, parks, and historic sites. Lots of street parking (mind the street sweeper signs). Wonderful bedroom setup upstairs. If you open all the doors, you can see in every room and make it nice and social upstairs, too. Easy to get to, easy to use. If you plan on cooking every meal, you might want to bring an extra pan and/or pot as well as butter and oil. (Salt and pepper are there.) Plates, silverware, cups for a full house and pantry for food. Chairs for 8 people. We spent most of our time at the large dining room table. Bath towels (bring extra if you'd like more than one) and linens provided. Beds are super comfortable with lots of pillows. Drive to Tybee Island is short and easy. Drive downtown, also short and easy, but, again, I highly recommend the Pedicab service. Amazing stay! We will definitely be using Lucky Savannah again :).

The home looked just like the pictures on the website. The home had so much character and it was very clean. Everything that you needed for your stay was there from bathroom and bedroom linens to a fully stocked kitchen. All we needed to bring was food. The home was very historic just like the homes that we saw on our tours of Savannah. Our stay was very enjoyable. We were in walking distance of the Kroger grocery store and the Mansion on Forsyth where you could get public transportation to anywhere you needed to go. We never moved our car until we left on Monday. Overall I would rent this home again when I am in Savannah. The management staff was very courteous and professional prior to our arrival in Savannah and during our stay in Savannah. I greatly appreciate the helpfulness of the management staff.

We had one glitch upon arrival, the door code we were given was incorrect. After a phone call and a few minutes standing on the back porch, it was corrected.

We rented this property for 5 days over New Years. Our party consisted of 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The house was in a great location and everything was easy to navigate from this location. A Kroger's market was about a block away which was very convenient. We drove everywhere but it would be an easy walk to most sites from here. The combination lock on the door was also very easy to use and much better than a key.

What can I say? The house was perfect in every way. Excellent location. You can take the Dot, but you can also walk anywhere since the Phillips home is so conveniently located. The home is beautifully furnished and everything you need is there. The staff at Lucky Savannah went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. The check in and out could not have been easier. There were 8 of us and we were all very pleased with our experience. We would definitely vacation at the Phillips house again!
