Great location. As others have said, a bit difficult to find the entrance. Lots of remote controls which made it difficult to find just the normal network channels on the tv. Directions for each remote would be helpful guidance. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with a wonderful view . You are in the heart of it all. So remember that with the noise. Parking is a little tricky. The balcony over looking the street and river is a wonderful bonus . The only things we had problems with was the TV and the entrance was in a alley and needed more lights

Rental was beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We love staying on River Street and this did not disappoint. One comment I would make is to state that there is no door to the bedroom. We traveled with our children and did not know that when booking. We didn’t realize the lack of privacy there would be. Also, the bedroom carpet could use a cleaning. Other than that we had a great stay and would book again if it is just my husband and myself.

This unit is located in a great location! The view of the river from the porch! A great place for coffee in the morning, or people watching during the day and night. The unit is very spacious and well equipped. The entrance is a little hard to find in the alley. The bathroom is huge...only drawback is the shower is tiny. There is plenty of room to rearrange and expand the shower, so maybe in the future it will happen. The haunted tours in the evenings has a loud noise that you will hear under the unit, but it does not run all night. Other than that, everything is great. Will rent this unit again.

The location of this rental was perfect! The kitchen and living area were very clean and well-kept. There were kitchen supplies and plenty of cleaning supplies, and the space was well-decorated. Our main concern was that the ceiling of every room (even the bathroom and bedroom) had exposed sprinkler heads EVERY 8 or so feet in a grid. The ceilings were low enough for me to accidentally brush the exposed heads when I was taking my coat off, and I’m 5’6”. My poor boyfriend (over 6ft) had to duck in certain areas to avoid hitting his head on one of the many sprinklers and potentially flooding the whole rental. I wish it had been mentioned in the description, or that the owners would at least put safety cages around the sprinklers so a stray arm doesn’t cost an unwitting tenant thousands. Once we got past the crouching aspect, we loved the spot! It is right on River Street and near all of the fun restaurants and late-night bars. Our other critique is that the shower head had visible mold on the bottom half- something that could be wiped or soaked off, of course, but not something you want to think of running through your hair on vacation. Because of the MANY uncovered sprinkler heads and the moldy shower head, I would not recommend this spot to friends. However, I think it is a perfect place for very careful (or short) guests!
P.S.: the pipes in the bedroom are disconnected from the ceiling, so if the sprinkler above the bed is smacked by a pillow or something that whole place is gonna be soaked!

Location, Location, Location! 2nd floor with balcony overlooking Bay St and the Savanna River in the heart of the Historical District. Great restaurants, shopping, live music and people watching. The Condo is perfect for a couple's get away. Lucky Savannah was great as the management company. Their app works great for everything from access instructions, to where to go, to check out.

The best thing I can share with you about the quality of this rental is that I am already making plans to stay here again!! The apartment is so very comfortable and well appointed that we truly enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen has nearly anything you could need in order to prepare meals; the bed very comfortable, and the soaking tub was so relaxing. But...LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The balcony, where we sipped coffee each morning was the perfect place for watching the ships on the river as well as the folks walking along the street below. The entire historic district is easily explored on foot from here, and river boats and trolley stations are close by. We’ll be back!

Canceled our stay at The Marshall House when this came available on VRBO. Saved money, the unit is so spacious and very nice. Would definitely stay here again. The ghost tour noise from below, while noticeable, was not even close to a deal breaker.

I was pleasantly surprised at how large this unit is. About 1200 sf. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. One couldn’t ask for a better location. I had my 81 year old father who I care for, and my college aged daughter. While she and I did the touristy stuff, my father was able to sit in the balcony and enjoy the huge cargo boats passing by. I also think he made a few new friends chatting with people passing by below. All in all it was a great stay. Only gripe is it is hard to locate the door. I took pictures to assist others with this but can’t find a way to attach them.

We loved our stay in June on River Street. The location was perfect. Close to so many restaurants, bars, and shops. Live music at numerous places. Easy walking distance to so many places. The condo was perfect. Clean and lots of room. We didn't utilize the full kitchen but it seemed to have everything you would need. The balcony was perfect size for 2 people and lots of good people watching from there. The ghost tours come past as night but we honestly never had an issue with noise. The woman who helped us with check in was wonderful. So polite and nice. My only complaint would be the shower, it is a bit small and I am not a big person. Thank you, we will be back!

The loft is a little tough to find at first but it is in such an amazing location! Everything is so close to walk to and the balcony is so much fun to sit on in the evening and people watch and even talk to people! But the location!! City market is a couple minute walk away and river street is right there for breakfast in the mornings or anything you could want! I know when I go back to Savannah for another vacation this is the only place that I will be staying!

Our vacation experience was nice. Trying tk find the spot was extremely challenging as there are 5 different homes woth the same number on the same street. Even with descriptions ot didn't help. Once inside, it was lovely. Beautiful views of the river and in a great spot. Weekend was a little loud from the clubs but ultimately we enjoyed our stay

We had such an amazing stay here! The apartment was right on river street and had a cute balcony that you can rest and have coffee in the morning. The air bnb was beautifully decorated with all the amenities you’d need. We love being able to walk everywhere. It was a few blocks from everything, we walk the entire time and loved it.
My only wish is that they have a better direction to find the Airbnb. If you’re coming from the airport, you could just put “Earth Bound” river street and it’ll take you to the best spot. The entry to this air bnb is behind this store. there’s a small alley on the right side that you’d have to walk up to get behind then you can find your air bnb door.

This is a great place to sit on the balcony and people watch! We had more fun sitting out there.
The place is lovely. It’s very clean and so pretty. We were very comfortable in it. I was worried about parking, but it wasn’t an issue. We didn’t use our car until it was time to go. We could easily walk to Forsyth Park and all the restaurants and shops we wanted to go to.

This rental was awesome and better than we expected! It was well stocked, clean, and check-in and -out were effortless. Also, we really enjoyed being on River Street and walking distance to any restaurant or activity in the area. Balcony is 5 star. As some have commented, the ghost tour downstairs is a little loud, particularly starting Thursday and Friday nights from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am (we were not there on Saturday night). It sounded like they do some type of jump scare explosion on a sound system about every 30-45 minutes but we were either already out to eat or up and awake anyway - really not an issue for us at all. Also, it’s not that hard to find if you read the directions provided by the owner. If there was parking thrown-in with the rental, it would be perfect. We sincerely enjoyed this place and wish we were back already only after a couple of days home!

This was our first time spending any time in Savannah. Beautiful city. Our rental space was perfect. So comfortable and clean. Had all of the amenities that they said they’d have. Such a great spot. Great view from the balcony of the River. We’ll definitely be returning

Great location. Comfortable bed/furniture. Had everything that we needed. Parked in parking garage about 2 blocks away for $18/day. Directions to the apartment were confusing. May consider adding a simple map of the Factors. Great location to people watch and watch the cargo ships coming in and out. Hueys is about a 5 minute walk up Riverstreet (for beignets that rival N.O.) was a great balcony breakfast each day. Would recommend!

The property is extremely nice and love the location. Can sit on balcony and see the River and sites. Parking is bad and if you have any difficulty walking, this property may pose a problem. It did for us. The noise downstairs was certainly a problem at night until midnight- it was loud. It was a trolley stop- ghost house?

Perfect location and convenient to stores and restaurants. The apartment was furnished nicely and had everything we needed. Noise wasn't a factor at all! The alley was convenient for loading and unloading the car. I recommend buying a parking pass for the length of your stay. It's well worth the money and you can park in one of the spots on Barnard St leading down to River St. Everything is walkable except the grocery store and it's about 2 miles away. Can't wait to come back!

The rental was amazing, with a stunning view of River Street and the Savannah River. The property was large and spacious. We will stay here again if it’s available! The rental says it has a pull out couch as it’s listed to sleep 4 people but there were no sheets, pillowcases, or blankets for it. We messaged the after hours number on the first night and never received a response (WE WERE THERE 5 NIGHTS) luckily we only needed the couch that first night but, the lack of response was not ideal. The patio furniture was a bit too large for the smaller balcony space.

Overall the place was great. It is a nice size for two people with a wonderful view of the river. The location is convenient for walking different places. The main negative was noise...I could hear the people above me walking around, I could hear person upstairs playing loud movie that shook the walls and worst was group of guys who shared neighboring balcony where they partied loudly late into the night. I sent message to front desk during my stay, but didn’t hear back.

2 Daughters and myself for 4 days. I slept on sofa pull out. However bathroom sits off bedroom so very inconvenient for me. That said great location on River Street and we had a great time because there is so much to do in Savannah.

We loved this rental! It was in a great location, great parking, and well stocked. The only complaints we have were 1. It should be mentioned that the haunted tour downstairs is very loud in the evenings. We first thought our neighbors were watching a loud movie until I remembered the haunted tour I did years ago that stopped in that particular building. It didn’t bother us, but should be noted in the description or somewhere so people are at least aware! And the second thing was the parking description didn’t make sense. We circled twice until we understood where to park. Including a picture or map would be extremely helpful! We will definitely stay here for all future trips to Savannah!

Loved the loft. Very comfortable and affordable for location. However, new buildings across River St. obstructs your view up the river and trees block the view down the river. Very disappointed in that, but that isn’t the owners fault. It does need updated pictures to reflect the actual views. Rebeca at LuckySavannah was awesome!

River Street Lookout is my new favorite place to stay in Savannah. I visit at least 2x a year and this place exceeded all of my expectations and more. The location is superb, I loved watching all of the activity on River Street from the balcony with my morning coffee and my evening wine. It was such a comfortable and a cozy home. Kitchen was stocked to the max. I could live here year round! I will be back. This is my new favorite rental. Five Stars!!
