We had a great 6 day trip to Savannah and wanted to be nearby historic Savannah. This location was great with off street parking, a front and upper back porch and a little backyard area. It had everything we needed to sleep, cook and relax after our time out for the day.

We always stay in a rental when we visit Savannah, and this was our best experience yet. It’s a great downtown location, parking included. The interior is spacious, clean, comfortable, and attractive. All the locks felt safe and secure. The kitchen is large with plenty of counter space, full sized modern appliances, and all the basic dishes you need for cooking at home, even baking! The bathroom has a 2-sink vanity with usable counter space. Ample closets; laundry on site. And many of the lights are on dimmers, which I love. We will book this address again.

Stayed at this 2 bed 1 bath with 4 adults and 1 dog, and there was plenty of room. Beds/furniture was comfortable and there was a wonderful back porch & fenced back area for the dog. The unit was extremely clean and welcoming for our group. Our favorite part was location being right by Forsyth, plenty of restaurants & coffee shops. I would fully recommend working with Lucky Savannah, specifically staying at Southern Comfort Too!

Scenic and desirable location featuring stylish furnishings, sleek hardwood floors, and ample natural light.
We found numerous bike paths and dedicated bike lanes near the home, which helped give us the lay of the land.
Pet friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the host was responsive.

We stayed in Southern Comfort Too for 5 days in the middle of October. The pictures are accurate, it is beautiful! The location is perfect, not too far to the action, but far enough for it to be quiet. The bathroom was very modern, and the water pressure was very good. As I have seen in other reviews, the toilet paper holder falls to the floor when you use it. Also the towel rods in the bathroom are very loose. Hope they get fixed for other users, Lucky Savannah. Everything was clean.
The parking was a major bonus! We rarely used the car, but when we did it was nice not to have to worry about parking.
Loved that it was pet friendly! We love to travel with out fur babies and it was a comfortable place for them. The courtyard was a bit overgrown, but the back porch was a nice place to sit in the evening.
We did have an issue with the code to access the unit. We had received two different codes days apart. When the most recent code didn't work we had to dig up the other code, which worked. I hope Lucky Savannah gets this straightened out for others, it was a bad way to start our vacation.
Overall, we loved the rental! We would highly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed at this property for a 60th wedding anniversary. We had been to Savannah a number of times and this was by far the best place we stayed. The house was very clean and in a perfect location. We especially like the private parking in the back, which I think is hard to find in Savannah. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a great 8 nights in southern comfort too. Only minor comments I would make are that the walls are very thin being an old house so you hear everything in the adjoining apartment and smell everything they cook. It wouldn’t stop us from renting again.

This property was very nice. Large rooms, nice kitchen, renovated bath, and a nice large deck on the back which was our favorite spot to spend time. Great location. Walking distance to the park, shops, & restaurants. Coffee shop and grocery store just around the corner. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay in Savannah! Was celebrating my 32nd birthday with partner, sisters and dog. Plenty of space for everyone. The place is super cute and decorated perfectly. Comfortable and cozy but not cluttered. Close to everything- we walked everywhere! I would definitely stay here again!!!

We rented Southern Comfort Too out for a bachelorette trip. Upon arrival, the codes that were in the app for the front and back doors of the home were not working. I went online and called Lucky Savannah and it took the lady on the other end about 10min to find out what the correct passcodes were. Upon getting into the house, we heard a dog barking from a door in the downstairs hallway. We immediately knew were were not alone in the house. What our rental guide neglected to tell us, when I was on the phone a month ago booking the place, was that Lucky Savannah rents out the downstairs unit as well. This would not have been a huge deal if we had known ahead of time and if the residents on the floor level hadn't had dogs that barked at everything. When I called about this issue, the lady that answered wasn't very helpful and acted like I should have known that we didn't get access to the downstairs unit, even though it isn't thoroughly explicit in the description.
Other than the shared home surprise and the waiting period to get into the home, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and design aesthetic throughout the house.

Perfect location, great layout & space, & incredibly proactive staff at Lucky Savannah. Minor issues were attention to detail; dusty front door with pots & bare dirt / dead plant + kitchen cupboards in dissarray. Notwithstanding, we had a great stay - perfect for what we needed. Thank you.

i stayed at Southern Comfort Too with my mom and two sisters. The property and space were beautiful and charming. The neighborhood is lovely. It is located a shot walk from Forsyth park (which hosts a Saturday farmer's market) and is right in the middle of the SCAD scene. There are lovely shops, cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
We had a small issue getting our code initially, and in getting the wifi info but we were assisted promplty. We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely, restored apartment. In close proximity and walkable to all the sites restaurants and parks. Comfortable, quiet, clean, simply and tastefully decorated. There is a Kroger less than a 5 minute walk.
Sweet outdoor space in back and in front. Communication was excellent too! I would highly recommend.
Our only issue was the bedroom doorknobs either fell off or one door locked and it took awhile to figure out how to get door open at 3am in the morning

We really enjoyed Southern Comfort Too. It is comfortable with lovely decor in an ideal location especially if traveling with a dog. The second floor unit requires entering either thru back & walking up a full flight of outside wood steps or entering thru the front into a private foyer up the inside flight of steps. It is well worth the walk up. The second floor back porch is also lovely with a small table, rocking chairs & day bed. We enjoyed being close to Forsyth Park for dog walking & people watching. Saturday farm market on nice day is a must. Also, it's easy walking distance into the historic district. Beds & bedding is comfortable, kitchen was adequately appointed although could use some nice wine drinks. Highly recommend this rental & would most definitely return when visiting Savannah in the future.

Beautiful place, great location, super clean, amazing management. The only problem: there is an another vacation rental below which is setup in what is obviously the first floor of the same house as yours. Only a door separates you from the people in the other unit. Zero insulation.We were lucky that the unit below was empty for 4 out of the 5 days we were there. They arrived on the last day, adults, kids, and dogs. OMG the noise. It is not the regular noise sometimes you hear when you are in a building, this is like having an entire family staying in a room in your own house, only you never see them because their door is closed. It is so bad that I would recommend you check with the management company to see if somebody else is renting the other unit while you are there. If they are, I would not recommend staying here. That last night was THAT bad. But when it was just us in the house, it was awesome, among the best rentals I've experienced.

Beautiful home in an amazing location! Only issue was that if someone rents downstairs you can hear them very clearly from the living room.

The house was Very clean and it looks just like it does in the pictures. It did not disappoint! There was lots of good light, lots of great rooms and very well located.

We loved our stay in this home. Beautifully renovated with comfortable beds and couch, large fridge and dishwasher, nice bathroom with double vanity, lots of storage space, nice shower. The historic vibe of the home is maintained making it feel very special. Everything clean, labeled, and well lit. Getting in and out of the house was very easy with provided door codes. 2 parking spaces out back were perfect and enough room for 2 large vehicles. All the basics were provided - paper products, dish soap, and bathroom towels and toiletries. We especially enjoyed the furnished porch overlooking the courtyard out back. Very comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for our happy hour glasses of wine!

It was a very nice place and convenient. Parking in rear was great asset. Big complaint -- NO TV instructions are there to figure out what is available or how to navigate for any of the TVs. Didn't need it a lot, but should be a standard info sheet available. Back deck was a real bonus.

The location of this property is perfect if you want to be near Forsyth Park. This apartment has the charm of an old house, but is beautifully renovated and decorated. It is also very spacious and has great private outdoor space.
The main drawback for us was that they allow pets and the renter below us had not one, but two yappy loud dogs. It really put a damper on the peace of the neighborhood and property. Our apartment also had the smell that a dog had been there before us when we arrived, though it was very clean.

Perfectly located.. family of 4 with a 5mon old puppy. Very walking friendly. We walked to Forsyth park and dined outdoors at Collins Quarter. We walked to Fox and Fig and had amazing Vegan food. To my pleasant surprise there’s a liquor store 2 blocks up where I found artisanal Mezcal from Oaxaca, that I was trying to buy online for Christmas gifts, so kudos to them for carrying it! The unit was very clean. Lots of towels and travel size toiletries was a nice touch. It is a renovated historical home so you can hear outdoor noise. If you are a light sleeper, like my kids, then travel with a noise machine like we do (i.e. barking dogs, trucks). We found parking in front of the home to be more convenient than parking in the back. Overall, I highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Southern Comfort Too. It was nicer than it even appeared in the pictures. Plenty of space and located on a quiet street. The courtyard was nice for our dogs and we could walk them to the park in just a few minutes. We did Oliver Bentleys Historic Dog Walk Tour which I would highly recommend as well.

We had a wonderful time in Savanah. A great city and a great place to stay. The house was really clean and comfortable with everything we needed which made our stay more enjoyable. The management was very helpful and professional. The information on the app was easy to follow which made finding the house and check in and out a piece of cake. Thanks Lucky Savanah. One tip for the owner or management: While we were out for the day the thermostat would default or adjust itself to 78 degrees. This was not a problem for us. We set it down and the house soon cooled down some but unless someone likes it that way you could save a lot on your heating bill if the thermostat was set lower.

Property was wonderful. 3 issues.
1. Dishwasher housing was not fixed to cabinetry so it wasn't sturdy. Hard to open the dishwasher door.
2. Palm fronds inside the courtyard gate need to be pruned. Had to bob and weave to get to the home.
3. Had to call Lucky Savannah twice at check in to get the front door code. Never emailed to me.

We stayed in Southern Comfort Too as a quick girls getaway. The house was beyond our expectations. We had everything we needed and then some. The decorations were classic modern and all new. Everything worked and every room was spotless. It was a beautiful home with easy access and close to many of the beautiful parks. Perfect location, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood and excellent customer service. In the future I will only book through Lucky Savannah.

This was our first visit to Savannah and we loved it. The house was perfect. Beautiful furniture, beautifully decorated, very clean and perfect location. Wished we could stay for longer. My son loved the basket of toys. Thoughtful touch. Recommend getting some oven gloves. Everything else was there though. Also recommend an extra lock on the outside bedroom door leading to the balcony. Hesitant to let my daughter sleep in there alone. Too easy to get access from the outside. The external door in the kitchen could do with an extra lock too (high up) as my 3 year old son could open it too easily and escape! I can't have the only child that does that right?
