Everything about 37 Price earns 5-stars. Perfect size for a romantic getaway. Just two blocks to E Bay/River St; one block to Broughton. Easy walk everywhere! Private garage parking a super plus! However, it is a little tricky to get your car into. Anything bigger than a small SUV, I don't think you'd fit. The bed could have been more comfortable. A new topper would do the trick. We are looking forward to staying here again!

You can't beat the location-- close to the river, shopping, restaurants. The layout makes it feel so spacious with great light. Pull out coach is a bonus for space. Lots of closet space and full sized W/D is great. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located very close to downtown, it is well equipped except for the TVs I feel they should more “updated” specially the bedroom TV �� t is so small it is not usable. One warning will be that the Burrito restaurant next door receives a Food supply truck every Mondays and Thursdays around 5am and parks right next to the bedroom window and you can hear everything from the Diesel motor running to the loading and offloading for about 30 minutes so be warned.

“The Price” rental home was wonderful! I booked the property last minute, and the team at Lucky Savannah was extremely accommodating and helpful. This was my second time renting a property from them, and it was a great experience both times. Highly recommend the property and the team at Lucky Savannah!
“The Price” property is perfect for walking everywhere. The free parking place in a garage is a huge bonus in Savannah! I parked my car when I arrived and didn’t move it until I left 3 days later. The property was exactly as described (except it’s a little further than one block from River Street but still close). It was very clean and updated. The garage is underneath the house, so be aware that you’ll need to climb one flight of stairs to access the home.
I walked to a different coffee shop every morning. (The property is actually located right next to one.) Enjoyed “Ms. Wilkes” restaurant for lunch and “The Olde Pink House” and “Lady and Sons” for dinner a couple evenings. Also, I enjoyed a bike tour (right next door to the property) and a carriage tour.
The whole weekend was so enjoyable! I look forward to visiting Savannah again and will definitely rent from Lucky Savannah again.

The location is perfect to experiences Savannah. There are inside stairs to get to the carriage house, which was not a problem for us. We love that everything was within walking distance and felt safe walking even at night. The garage does not work for low profile cars as the bottom of the car will drag. The bed is a form mattress which we didn’t care for. Overall, we enjoyed this rental.

Property was convenient for walking every where. The garage was perfect for the car. By backing in to the garage we did not have a problem as others have mentioned with the car's bumper dragging. Property was immaculate and very comfortable. Property manager, Lucky Savannah, was very easy to work with and provided great customer service. Would definitely work with them again.

We use short time rentals a lot and found this place to be laid out perfectively, in a great location and even had a garage to park our car. The air conditioning worked great and our experience there was very enjoyable.
When we asked for a couple more towels they virtually immediately brought some out to us. They even took the time to text us to make sure everything was fine.
We would certainly consider staying there again. If you enjoy walking (like we do) the place is in a great location. There are parks all over the place and the city and people were very welcoming.

My husband and I went for a quick trip to Savannah for his birthday. This spot was everything we could want or need. The location was perfect and had everything you would need for a couple of days or 30. Lucky Savannah rental was there for any needs or questions and quick to respond. It even had a one car garage as a bonus. We will most definitely put this place as a rental again!

We could not have asked for a better location conveniently located within walking distance to historical Savannah. Having an enclosed parking spot was completely invaluable, but make sure you pull in and out slowly so you don't scrape the bottom of your car. The property was decorated well and had almost everything we needed. A Keurig coffee maker and some provided coffee would have been nice though. Also, as great as everything else was... the bed was absolutely horrible. It sinks in the middle and my husband and I had to fight all night against the slope. The second night he slept on the couch and I slept in the valley of the bed. Please, please get a new mattress.

We found the apartment exactly as described. It was spacious and just a short walk to the river front which was great for doing some shopping or looking for a place to grab lunch or dinner. The garage was an excellent option for us as we had a car. Wish every rental had one. The management staff was excellent to deal with. I was having some phone issues, and they went out of their way to make it easy for us upon check-in. A big thanks to the staff. I would definitely stay at Lucky Savannah again and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for someplace in Savannah.

The location is great! Walking distance to many great places, close to River St. Place was clean, the couch wasn't as bad as others have commented. I found the bed quite comfortable. The shower knob is kinda confusing, you have to pull out on the whole knob out to turn water on. Overall, it was a nice quiet place to stay and enjoy Savannah.

This is a nice place and great location. The overall stay was great and this was perfect for our needs. The garage is small, but it was nice to have a place to park. The entire unit is very clean and comfortable. There are a few things that would make it a perfect place. 1. new mattress - the bed sinks in the middle and is not comfortable. 2. the sofa is old an worn,time to update. 3. there are 2 big pots by the front door that has hundreds of cigarette butts in it. Please clean out or remove the pots as there are no plants in them.

Great place for two. A one car garage allowed us to park our motorcycles off the street. You could walk everywhere in the historic district and downtown. Clean and well stocked. Regular coffee pot a plus. Quiet neighborhood especially at night.

The apartment was well stocked with the necessities and was in a great location. Some tings, sofa, mattress are dated and nearing the end of their lives but the overall comfort is still there. The garage was great to have also. This is a walk up apartment on the second story though the steps did not concern us during our 6 night stay. We are walkers so location on the north end of the historic district was not an issue for us, we touched every street in Savannah.

We came for the weekend to celebrate my brother and his new wife. The Price was perfect for my husband and I. Having our own parking in the garage, and being able to walk everywhere was important to us, and The Price delivered. It was clean, well maintained, and in the perfect location. This property is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Having a garage for our car was very important. Had a little glitch getting in but that was taken care of with a phone call. But that is where I will end my positive remarks. We stayed at this same property before and it was so clean, everything looked nice but this time I was so disappointed. The couch is so worn out, dirty and broken down. The baseboards are disgusting throughout the entire place. The mattress is very lumpy and definitely needs replaced. The bathroom, the toilet paper holder was broken and the absolute worst was the mold on the shower curtain. The kitchen is supposed to be fully equipped but that had a lot to be desired. Very few utensils and I wouldn't put a piece of bread in the toaster. The faucet was so loose we had to figure out how to get it shut off. With all of that being said I called the office, they were sending someone the NEXT day to fix the faucet and shower curtain. Do you want to shower with mold? They fixed the faucet but housekeeping was to come with the shower curtain. Well they didn't and I received a text saying they could come the next day, that didn't work for me. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I have a race in Savannah next April and was planning on using this place but I am definitely looking into somewhere else unless something is done differently. I would never recommend this property to a friend.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I. Great size for two people and great location. Close to all the downtown attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. We couldn’t use the garage because my car sits too low for the pitch at front of garage. However we were able to find plenty of on street parking.

Great location on the east edge of the historic squares only two blocks from Bay St. and 1/2 block from Broughton St. Our car was needed only for more distant trips (Re. Tybee Island and south of Savannah). The garage was a great benefit. However, a low clearance might have problems getting up the short steep ramp into the garage without scraping the undercarriage. We have a Hyundai Sonata and it barely cleared.
The facilities were well maintained and clean. Everything needed for a week stay was available.

Everything was perfect for our Anniversary weekend in Savannah ! Location, parking, everything !! We will definitely be back. Yes the couch and bed need to be upgraded, but... we visit Savannah every December and this was the best place so far to stay. WE WILL BE BACK!! We did get a bit confused on the location, but it was also dark when we got there. After seeing it in the day time, we realized how many times we walked by in the past. It's perfect!!

Very cozy and clean, the perfect location to visit Historic Savannah. We parked the car on Saturday and didn't pull it out of the garage until we left on Wednesday. Everything was within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable but the couch was not, worn down a bit. And there was only one hand-towel, probably just an oversight. Other wise everything was great. It is on the second floor and no lift, so not good for handicapped.
Perfect for one or two travelers.

The Price was the perfect place for our trip and just the right size for 2 people! It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially nice to have the garage for the car. We parked on arrival and didn’t move it until we checked out! It was also nice having a full size washer and dryer.

This home is located in the middle of everything riverfront Savannah. We didn’t have to drive at all. Everything was within walking distance. The home was nice and cozy. The only bad experience I had was the garage. It is in a really awkward place. Also if your vehicle sits low Please don’t attempt. It was Scraping so bad. We decided it was a bad idea. It was a parking garage near by so that’s where we parked. The first spent only 20$ then the next we where able to get a spot in front of the home. All in love it was a good stay. I did forget the mention that the bath tub was backing up and a load of dirty linen was in the washer.

Had an amazing time! The location and the house were perfect! Getting into the garage is a tight squeeze but by the end of our stay we had it mastered...just glad we didn’t have to park on the street. Has some trouble with the door code but management was there quickly to let us in!

First had problems getting in - code sent to us was incorrect, then when we reach rep to help it took about 5 different codes for them to find the correct one. Unit had no WiFi - call about the problem - but the person we talked to just read off a script. Turned out someone had unplugged the router. We don't watch TV on vacation or we might have noticed it sooner. Kitchen was not well equipped for cooking or even eating. There were 2 forks and 2 knives and about 5 tablespoon and no teaspoons. Had to handwash everything between meals because we were not going to run dishwasher with 4 items in it. We look for places with full kitchens because we usually do breakfast and lunch and only eat out at home. Also parking our car in the garage was very difficult. Trash cans on other side of alley limited the turning radius.

We really enjoyed our visit to Savannah and were very happy with The Price. Perhaps the best thing about the restored carriage house was the location. It was very convenient to most everything. We found Savannah an extremely walkable city, and managed to get to most things we wanted to see without having a car or using public transportation. And The Price itself was comfortable and had most everything we needed. Found the kitchen especially useful. The washer and dryer, too. Would love to return to Savannah and would enjoy staying at The Price again.

Rental was clean, spacious and nicely updated. There were a few maintenance issues (burned-out lights, dishwasher didn't work), but an email to Lucky Savannah yielded a very quick response and their maintenance team was on-site almost immediately. My wife and I had a great time, this is a nice little place. Close to everything, but not in all the noise. It was nice to have a private garage to park in, but some vehicles might have trouble getting in it. Before I begin this review, it’s a full flight of steps to get into the apartment. Not a complaint just trying to be helpful. The small bungalow style apartment was cozy cute and filled with amenities. Huge bonus was the garage, but the garage door opener is super loud and directly below the bedroom. The location of this carriage house could not have been more perfect. You are a few blocks from the river and downtown shopping. You can walk everywhere you want to from this place. The garage was great since parking on the street can be tricky or you have to pay for it. The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. Lots of linens, soaps and such.

The room was just as described. It was clean except for one roach on staircase. The bed was ok. They provided plenty of towels. The location is great. It is in walking distance to a lot in downtown. The parking is kind of difficult. If you have a car the garage entrance is too steep. They provide some 2x6 boards. The alley is small also trying get in garage. If you use the maps app on phone it will take you to the apartment one block before. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed a lovely three night stay at the cozy carriage house. The apartment was immaculate! (I have high standards!) The kitchen was well stocked for two people. Bed was comfortable. The garage was a bonus... Some other guests have commented it was difficult to maneuver. We have a rather large SUV and had no issues. We have family in Savannah and will definitely rent again.

First, let me state...We loved The Price and our visit to Savannah and if we ever find our way back will likely stay here again. It provided all we needed for rest and relaxation after touring, eating and walking all day!
Now the negatives:
We arrived after check in time after being on the road 8 plus hours only to find the previous renters are still in unit, it was obviously not cleaned and we had not been notified.
After contacting the company about this I was reassured it would be cleaned thoroughly and ready for us shortly. I was also promised a night and cleaning fee refund, which I have yet to receive (first of May trip).
We were notified within an hour that the unit was clean and we headed that way, only to be met with the previous renters still loading up and upset with us.

We've been to Savannah numerous times and enjoyed staying in this carriage house the most. It's walking distance to River St., City Market, Broughton St., etc so it's in a great location. It was very clean, which is important to me as I'm immunocompromised. The bed was comfortable and having a garage was nice. It is a bit of a height difference pulling in the garage for the bottom of the car, but we had a standard sedan and managed just fine. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property has everything you need and the bed was very comfy. Location was perfect and is within walking distance of River St and the downtown shops and restaurants. The parking garage was definitely a bonus and will fit a small SUV. Only thing we would change is adding a lock on the door into the garage. (just a personal preference for extra safety while you are sleeping)

The Price Street Carriage house was perfect for us! It is the perfect location for a couple if you are visiting Savannah. Very Convenient and walking distance to both River Street and Broughton Street as well as all of the Squares throughout the city. We parked our car (Dodge Ram 1500 pickup) in the garage and mostly walked everywhere. The garage definitely can fit a midsize or small truck at most. Loved the garage access to the unit on the one day that it rained so that we can go in and out without running through the rain. Completely stocked for the most part with the exception that it was missing a wine opener which we gladly donated to the kitchen accessory drawer :) We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Savannah! The property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay but the property had some issues. We could not take a hot bath or shower as the water was only lukewarm at best. We could not get our car into the attached garage as the slant going into the garage was so great that it scraped the bottom of our car badly. The bed was not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi never worked.

Stayed here for a long weekend, and it had everything we needed. It was very close to so many things, walking distance. We only used the rental car to go to Tybee Island. Other than that we walked to everything. The place was clean, but the ceiling fans needed to be dusted. The couch was had some spots and was well worn. A newer couch would've been nice. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. This place is perfect for a couple because it is small. There are stairs which weren't a problem for us. We would stay here again.

As others have stated the mattress is old and needs to be replaced. My wife took the bed and I had to sleep on the sofa (sofa bed mattress is not usable) The garage was not accessible for us as the Toyota Corolla would scrape the bottom of the car. Therefore we had to park a few blocks away or park in the nearby ramp for an overnight fee which can add up fast. We thought maybe these items would have been addressed but they haven't been. Seems like an easy fix when total charges and fees came to $150 per night vs the $84.25 per night fee before management fees, cleaning fees, property fees and taxes

I really loved our stay here but it came with some disappointments and slight inconvenience that could be improved on. First, the good: convenient, pleasantly decorated, stocked kitchen, clean, everything worked. Now the improvements to make it better: had a big issue getting into garage without damaging the bumper to my full size Azera (build up the entrance), shower needs a sign how to turn it on, no handles on cabinets with flat doors, bed is tolerable but just barely. Everyone was great to work with and I would like to come back if they will have me after this review.

A few minute walk to River Street, this apartment is all you need for your stay. The garage was great to have, although there is street parking if you prefer. Please note that it is a tight turn and squeeze to get into the garage, so if you aren’t good at that kind of thing, rent a smaller car and that should help. Also stay to the left when pulling into the garage if you have a low car or you will scrape the bottom of your bumper. The apartment itself is super charming with the brick entryway. This small apartment had everything we needed. The bed was ok, comfortable but not one I’d want to continue sleeping on forever. But it worked for our stay. The Air Bnb staff was super quick to respond and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay last minute due to a long flight delay. Thank you so much!

Came to Savannah for a mother/daughter get-a-way. This little unit was was clean and well decorated, spacious for 2 people and had everything we needed. The parking was convienent but there was also parking on the street most of the time which was shaded. The neighborhood was a little off the beaten path so it was quiet but still close to restaurants, shops and bars. River street was just a 5 minute walk away.
We were emailed all of the information we needed before we left our house and felt very well prepared to enjoy our home away form home.

Property was very clean and well kept. It was a bit tricky getting the door codes to work, but a quick call to Lucky Savannah helped us through the kinks. Biggest issue was the bed. Please replace the mattress. It was very uncomfortable and sagged towards the middle; very difficult for 2 sleeping in same bed. Otherwise, the location was amazing and it was perfect to have a garage to park your vehicle and walk everywhere you wanted to go. So convenient.

My daughter and I came to Savannah for spring break and could not have picked a better rental company or a better short stay. (Amanda was super responsive when I couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on!) The location is perfect-blocks to the river, walkable to nearly everything. I appreciated not having to look for parking-the garage stall is an added bonus. The apartment itself is adorable and perfect for 2-4 people. I’ll definitely try to book this place again when I return to Savannah.

This is a great little apartment in a very convenient location. The cons are well documented in previous posts- the apartment is over 2 garages, one for your use and the other belongs to another apartment. The other apartment dweller keeps strange hours so the garage door is going up and down when you are trying to sleep. The garage that comes with the apartment has some challenges- a steep slope and tight turning radius to get in/out. I have a Subaru Forster so the grade was not an issue and my car fit but not by much so a bigger SVU or pickup would be out of luck. The bed and sofa are somewhat soft and saggy. The apartment was spotless and once we parked, we did not need our car for the rest of our stay because the location was ideal. Perfect for a couple. Plenty of linens, a full kitchen and washer/dryer for extended stays. Check in and check out very convenient. I would like to know when we will be returned our damage deposit, that was an extra fee when we booked.

The property is in a great location in the Historic District. We walked everywhere and left the car in the apt's garage. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, paper towels, etc. The one drawback were the area rugs in the living room & bedroom. They're worn & dirty. Too bad because that's the first thing that you see when you walk in; not a good first impression. And yet the rest of the place is very clean and well maintained. I would change out the sofa for the same reason. Other than that, I would stay there again. Staff were very helpful when we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency. Great restaurants in Savannah. Kayak for healthy lunch/dinner. Grey, of course - just a couple of examples. Didn't get to others on our list due to early departure.

Centrally located in the historic district. Could walk to everything. Parked car upon arrival and never used it since. Rental was clean with no issues at all. Lucky Savannah was very helpful with advice from restaurants to entertainment.
Would definitely stay again and use Lucky Savannah.

The accommodations were fine but very small for more than two people. The bed was very comfortable, the sofa was not. It had the traditional metal bar that hurts your back. The location was good, the rooms clean. The call staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The rental was in great shape, cleaned will and had everything that we needed. The location is great as it's quiet in the neighborhood, but close enough to all of the shopping, restaurants, River, Bay, and Broughton streets. It was very comfortable and had everything that we needed while we were there. Our only complaints were concerning the parking spaces and the internet. The internet hardly worked. It was offline more than half of the time and when it was online, it was crawling. I think Comcast needs to make some repairs to the equipment outside or replace the exterior cabling. The parking spaces were my biggest concern. The parking space for us had such a steep incline that the bottom of our car scraped going in and out quite roughly. It needs to be addressed. The other space, which is under the bedroom, is for another house. That's fine except we had people opening the garage door at 450 and 6 in the morning, which woke us up. That's not Lucky Savannahs fault per se, that's just rude people, but still needs to be noted. It wasn't every night, but to be waken to the floor rumbling and motor churning at 450am is less than desirable on your anniversary vacation. Overall, I think it's great. If the internet got fixed and the parking situation was addressed, it could be the perfect rental. Sorry for any typos, reviewed on my phone.

This second floor 1 BR rental is as described on the web site. Very clean and comfy unit. Has TV and WiFi. Also secure garage for 1 car. May need to put some planks pieces down in dip between alley and garage entrance to keep car from scraping on the bottom. Not a problem, just a caution. Close to River front, Pirates House, and many other restaurants and historic sites.

My husband and I recently visited Savannah and had the pleasure of staying at 37 Price. The location was perfect, just steps away from Bay Street. We were able to walk everywhere! The home was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The reservation and check in/check out processes through Lucky Savannah were convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely adorable place. We had some challenges with Hurricane Matthew but the staff was so accommodating in circumstances they had no control over. We loved The Price! It was so centrally located. The garage was a little challenging for our vehicle but staff helped in every circumstance! Brooke was absolutely wonderful! Thanks so much for an awesome experience!

The location was ideal a perfect walk to restaurants, City Market & Riverstreet. We even walked to Forsyth Park! The Price is probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in & is perfect for two people. Also the private parking helped seal the deal for us. I would recommend this great little place to others but, first I would have to mention ONE thing that needs to be addressed, THE MATTRESS. If you and the person you are sharing the bed with are OK with rolling to the middle then sweet dreams!

Overall it was very good. The only compliant would be the shower needs a new head desperately. And also, there should be a disclaimer about the garage. Not sure anything but a truck or suv could use it. There's a very steep hump to get over to use the garage and my wife's car which has average clearance could not even get close to being able to get it in the garage. This was disappointing because the only reason we chose price this trip was for the garage. We've stayed many different places in savannah and most have good locations but like I said we were excited not tonly have to leave the car out in the elements all week. Just a suggestion that may help others not have to deal with that same issue.

This condo was very clean and I loved the modern decor. Was just right for two people and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. Walking to River Street was a breeze. Although the bed is very soft it was comfortable and we didn't have any problems with it. Plenty of extra pillows and a summer quilt provided in addition to the heavy comforter was appreciated.
Although having the garage was a plus to not have to park on the street, we want others to be fully aware that "no, there is nothing the owners can do to improve the entrance to it", it is very hard to get into as it is in a very tight alleyway against other buildings closeby and the front of your car will scrape unless you are high off the ground. Also wouldn't recommend a very large vehicle, as it is quite narrow.
The only recommendations we would make to management would be to include a couple of baking pans in the kitchen and that we agree with some other reviewers that the cabinets are somewhat difficult to open without any type of knobs.

This place is clean and has everything you need for a long weekend in Savannah. Very quiet and private. Walking distance to everywhere. Also, the garage parking is a bonus (use caution though... our car bottomed out). Compare the cost to any hotel in the downtown area and it simply cannot be beat. Plus, you're not at a hotel with little privacy!

The carriage house on Price Street is simply adorable. It is beautifully decorated inside and is quite a cozy space, perfect for two. The bed left a little to be desired, as it is a double bed and seems to have a slight dip in the center. Despite that, it is still fairly comfortable. Those not familiar with the design of a carriage house need to know that the living space is on the second floor, accessible only by a flight of stairs. The location of the property is ideal. We were easily able to walk the few blocks to the Bay St/River St area. Also one block in the other direction is Broughton St, which is the main shopping area. Uber drivers and pedi-cabs were everywhere for when you get tired of walking around. My only real complaint is the garage. It is very narrow and short and the incline to get into it is ridiculously steep, making the garage truly unusable for most cars. This is unfortunate, as it is obviously super appealing to be able to park your car safely in a garage during your stay and not have to worry about parking meters and street sweepers. I drive a new Honda Accord and despite bringing homemade ramps with us (after reading prior reviews) and backing the car in, we still ended up with a scraped muffler tip and a gouge down the underside of the driver side. Obviously not ideal and somewhat upsetting/frustrating. Unless this gets fixed, I would strongly urge you to park your car elsewhere. Overall a wonderful stay.

First off, the location of this property is perfect. It provides easy walking access to anything in the Savannah Historic district. Having a garage in the area is great as well. The property was clean but the hot water handle on the bathroom faucet was broken and the tub didn't drain very well. The mattress offered very little support and my wife and I woke up sore every morning. Besides these fairly minor issues, the space worked well for two. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked dinner a couple of nights with no issues. When we inevitably return to Savannah, we'll certainly consider renting The Price again.

We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We could walk to most attractions within Savannah, but were on a quiet block near several squares. The apartment is well equipped and the garage is a plus. It is very tight and would be difficult with a large vehicle. Great support services from the group managing the rental and the app was very helpful for checking in and out.

Perfect space for my husband & I during our week trip to Savannah. Welcoming & spotless when we arrived. Having a garage was so convenient as we didn't have to worry about the meters, or which side of the street we were supposed to park on for street sweepers. The house was closest to The Pirate House & River St, but everything in Savannah is within walking distance. The full kitchen was perfect, & having a washer & dryer in the unit was a treat! The only con was the bed ... super comfortable when you initially laid down, but the dip in the middle caused some slight difficulties in sleeping through the night without tossing & turning to get away from the sunken center

The best location, we could walk to everything. The fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer were very convenient. Plenty of storage space also. We also loved being able to secure our car in the garage. Our only complaint is the mattress is in need of replacement, we both rolled to the center which was not very restful.

Just a few notes for management: I had read in a previous review that someone had trouble finding the garage opener. Same here. Please update your app with the correct location. For the record, it is hanging from the garage ceiling. I could not find a wireless one anywhere. Also, consider changing the wifi password. It was very slow and barely worked. The password was quite predictable so maybe changing it would prevent neighbors, etc. from using it. All in all though, this was an amazing place to stay! Thanks Lucky Savannah!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at the Price. The location is excellent, 5 mins to the River Front and 10 mins to City Market (walking). The car parking space is a huge bonus and Savannah is a very walkable city.
The apartment is extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated. Good facilities are provided and a very comfortable bed. You have everything you need for a pleasant stay - we actually had to force ourselves out a couple of nights as we were so comfortable just lounging on the settee. We had an issue on arrival with the garage door opener not being where it stated on our instructions so had to call and be advised the opener had been removed so would have appreciated the updated information being given to us but this didn't spoil anything.
We will certainly stay at Price again when (not IF!) we return to Savannah. The location alone is the winner for us. We looked at numerous apartments in the area and were really glad with our choice. Savannah is a wonderful city which as I say, we will return to.

This is a beautifully furnished, clean flat to stay. Cleanliness is important and it was very well maintained.The location cannot be beat, we walked everywhere. However this is advertised as a Queen bed and it is a full, and an uncomfortable full at that. The AC kicks itself off in the middle of the night so you wake up sweating and trying to get it back on half asleep. The other issue was the garage. While it does have a garage that is a bonus, there was no garage door opener and one was rigged hanging from the ceiling and the panel was open, that was a pain to have back out, get out, go in close the door, go through the front of the house and then leave. Same process when you get home. Unless these things were fixed I probably wouldn't stay here again. Although we do plan on trying some of the others for rent in the future, they staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Nice location, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc.
Garage was very nice to have (no need to scramble for an on street spot) Be advised that a sedan will scrape a little when entering and existing. Take it slow and you should be fine (we got our Honda Accord in the garage with minimal scraping).
Electronic door lock (no need to carry a key)
Washer and Dryer (they even supply two laundry detergent packets!)

The Price location is perfect for being within walking distance to many locations within the historic district. You can reach Riverstreet in a matter of minutes. It is also conveniently located to several shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The house itself is very clean and well-maintained. The combination door lock adds a great degree of safety as well. My only real complaint would be that the attached garage is a bit cramped. I was still able to place my car inside, but if you have anything bigger than a compact car, expect to take a few tries. The garage remote is also a little finicky and sometimes doesn't want to work. Hopefully maintenance can take a look at it. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to others.

My husband and I are from the Pacific Northwest and we have always wanted to visit Savannah Georgia. A friend of ours suggested . The house itself was in the perfect location which was close to the historical area of Savannah, allowing us easy access on foot. The house was very clean and appealing to the eye which is important to us. It was a home away from home during our stay there. A real convenient feature of was the app one downloads onto your cell phone which provided all the information needed concerning the rental. Whenever I emailed or called their response time was within minutes and the staff couldn't be more kinder. The highlight of our stay was when luckysavannah arranged a meal for us at Mrs. Wilkes restaurant. Our time in Savannah and our experience with was absolutely superb and would highly recommend to anyone going to Savannah Georgia! receives 5 star in every category!

This was the perfect location for our stay. Having never been to Savannah before, I took the advice from your staff that this location would work for us, and it did. Our family/friends stopped by and they too love the location. Expect to hear from us again ~ especially my son who will be visiting Savannah often. Suggestions: sofa needs to be replaced ~ it is broken and sits horribly. Also, the tub drains slowly (we didn't have time to let you know). You could use more plates and glasses. BUT, we truly enjoyed your carriage house.

This rental is nicely decorated, clean and perfectly located; it was within walking distance to everything. It was a very comfortable place to come back to at the end of a long day sightseeing. Love the Check In/Out procedures!! Only a few minor complaints: Upon arrival we found the air was not working, contacted management who immediately resolved the issue. Apparently the breaker had been turned off by last renters due to the air that is constantly beating down on you in the bed and sofa. A simple deflector would solve this issue. Bed was a little soft for us but better than if too hard. Lastly, a private parking garage was a selling point for us but if you have a low car it is very difficult getting in and out without scraping, a small SUV would have no problem, question if a full size truck would even fit, but no worries to us since we only took it out twice during our stay. Light in garage was disassembled and for safety purposes needs to be operational. Otherwise this is a great place and we would stay again if the air flow could be deflected!

Pluses: Convenient location. Garage. Clean and spacious.
Negatives: Bed too soft. Large flat screen TV is low def and has no guide. No garden or outdoor area. View of alley with garbage cans. Cheapest toilet paper. No Tissues.
