Very happy with this rental. It is perfectly appointed with anything you could use. FULLY stocked kitchen/dining supplies- nice quality glassware ect. Comfortable space for 2 couples. Located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all the top sights. Flat easy 10-15min walk to the river. Lucky Savannah was excellent, very easy to work with. We had 1 minor concern about using the heat system. Maintenance was out in under an hour, and it was a minor fix. Highly recommend both this unit and the company

Great location, nice space. We enjoyed the outdoor area in the back
of the house. The stairs were very steep and having only 1 bathroom upstairs in the bedroom wasn’t ideal but we made it work. We would have appreciated a few extra blankets in the home. Best part about this home is the location. Across the street from a beautiful park. The tour trolleys and horse drawn carriages pass by frequently which is fun!

Excellent experience staying at this property. Very clean and well kept. Great location. Loved having 2 king sized beds. Stairs are extremely steep. Kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again!

The pictures couldn’t adequately capture the splendor of this house. Of course no actual dogs came with the property, but the hang as portraits in just about every room. Too cute! The brick fireplace separates the kitchen from the dinning was such an added touch! The bedroom and bathroom were pretty much equal in size, only one ensuite bathroom. The other full bathroom is down stairs. Anyone with stairs problems be aware of towering stairs leading to the bathroom. Older homes! The location was walking distance to everything. We parked and nerve drove again until we left. Hosts were accommodating and clean up instructions simple. I would make this my ongoing spot for travel to Savannah!

This rental was perfect! As described, clean, fully updated inside, comfy beds. Best part is it is one block off Broughton so everything was walkable! This was a last minute trip planned for us and we were not disappointed- everything was perfect! Savannah knows how to celebrate 4th of July and the fireworks were outstanding! We will definitely book this place again in the future!

Very nice place. Kitchen was the first I’ve ever found to be fully stocked for cooking. Very comfortable atmosphere and not much street noise. The only thing I would advise is add blackout curtains to the entire upstairs. Only because from sun up to sun down it gets direct light even with blinds closed and it caused the air unit to struggle a bit up there. It wasn’t bothersome as we spent most of the day out in town, but it would make a world of difference in terms of utilities.

Very satisfied, however would recommend full length mirror in each bedroom (only 1 bedroom had one). A possible suggestion after staying at another air b&b is to provide some coffee & tea pods.

The place was exactly as described, very clean, the beds were large and comfortable, there was a beautiful small park right across the street. The only downside was the parking was on a meter that you had to pay daily at 8 am (or we just couldnt figure out how to work the system properly). The Lucky Savannah group is very friendly as well!

Super comfortable, convenient, great open space and nice little courtyard to enjoy morning coffee. The location is fantastic!
