We chose to escape the cold, snow, and ice this winter in Savannah.
Our rental was in a great location in the historic district. Our days were spent walking around the city and discovering it's history and charm.
It worked out to be the perfect respite from winter.

This rental was the perfect place! Two couples & each had their own room & full bath, all upstairs. A half bath down stairs. Location was ideal. Parking was tricky as the “parking in front” was more “parking close to the front”. Only 2 spaces available. The Savannah Southern charm was oozing from this property! I would definitely rent this again!!

This house was perfect for our time in Savannah! Very clean. An easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go- we parked and did not move our car until we checked out, so we were able to feel like locals. Kitchen is well-stocked and the whole house is maintained to a high standard. A few activities we did while we were in town include: river street, railroad/children’s museum, Forsyth park, city market. We did not have to contact property management during our stay, so I cannot comment on that experience. Overall, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Teagan Savannah. Location was good (on a bit of a busy street, but only during the day), cleanliness of the house was top notch, kitchen was very well stocked, house was bright on the inside and very quiet. Some suggestions to improve the guest experience: some where to hang a few coats inside the front door - either a coat rack or some hooks on the wall, basic condiments (salt and pepper containers were empty, and no sugar), a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms, a chest of drawers in the front bedroom instead of the cabinet, small clothes drying rack to hang dry laundry. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and would definitely stay here again. The staff were very attentive and responded to my inquiries very promptly. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. All in all, our Lucky Savannah experience was amazing!

I was very satisfied with the 4 night stay we recently had at the Teagan Savannah. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. Everything was in very good condition. We walked nearly everywhere within the Historic District that we wanted to go from the Apartment. We were across from an elementary school, but that didn't bother us. In fact the street was closed in the next block so it was actually very quiet even though students and parents came and went each morning and afternoon. Would recommend to friends and would stay there again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Teagan Savannah. The house was comfortable, clean, and had a lot of charm. We were worried about the parking (moving the car due to the street sweeper), but it wasn't difficult. We were able to park across the street. The house is on the edge of the historic district, and we walked to nearly everything. We could have walked to the River Street area, but we were tired and didn't want to walk back late at night, so we drove there. Overall, we really enjoyed both the house and our time in Savannah.

We had a really good experience. We had no problems at all. The air was nice and cold. The beds were very comfortable. There was three bathrooms and a spacious kitchen to cook in if you chose to. We had no problems at all with parking. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is close to downtown.

This is the first time we have stayed in a Lucky Savannah property. We usually stay in B&Bs. It was a lovely experience and enjoyed having space to spread out and feel at home. The cleaners were finishing up when we arrived a little after the 4 pm check in time, but the home was nice and clean. We enjoyed visiting with neighbors who live nearby. Highly recommend this property as well as Lucky Savannah in general.
Parking at this location was difficult at 4 pm and in the mornings due to the school across the street and parents picking up and dropping off their children during these times, plus construction of a large building nearby, but we were able to find parking on Jones St.
The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The couch in the living room could be better, but for the time we were there it was sufficient. The overhead light in the front bedroom needs to be fixed, but we didn’t use that room so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

This cute little place was so wonderfully remodeled. It had modern bathrooms and kitchen yet was almost 150 years old. They kept the old floors. It was a Perfect place for us to stay and visit the historic downtown Savannah.

Our trip was primarily for my child attending a Summer Seminar at SCAD. Location was very convenient with less than a 5 min drive. Off street parking was readily available and was able to get good practice with parallel parking, �� just pay attention to time of street sweeps. The house was great with a well stocked kitchen to make our breakfast and occasional snacks while there. We could probably have easily prepared a dinner there, but we took advantage of dinner out in Savannah. Each bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletry items. The trash cans are located on the side street rather than the back of the house as stated in our check out directions. Very comfortable stay there and would look to rent again when we return.

We did have a issue with downstairs air not cooling properly but 1 call to management and it was handled within an hour. Great location to to Riverwalk/ downtown. We came down here for a girls trip and absolutely fell in love with the house. The location was perfect and it truly felt like a home away from home. We were easily able to walk to most of our destinations and the walk itself was gorgeous! The amenities made it easy to prepare food at the house and we loved that there was a dishwasher.

We had a wonderful experience with both the property and Lucky Savannah rentals. We had to do a quick booking swap a few months before our trip and Lucky Savannah was helpful and gracious. Wow and amazing stay in this beautiful home in Savannah! All the furniture was comfortable and especially the beds. House is updated but still has the old Savannah charm. Walking distance to everything but the neighborhood was quiet which is exactly what we wanted. We did however, take Uber's back home at night just to be safe since it was dark. Can't say enough good things about Lucky Savannah! They were all wonderful throughout the whole rental process. Answered my questions quickly while I was researching the properties. And you can't beat their concierge service! Flowers and chocolate covered strawberries were awaiting our Mom in the rental home when we arrived and started celebrating her birthday. You can't go wrong with Lucky Savannah and Teagan Savannah for your stay! THANK YOU! We hope to return in the future!

We spent the weekend in Savannah and rented this house. It was clean and about 20-25 minute walk down to River St. The staff was very accommodating. We called for extra blankets and they responded right away. The beds were comfortable and it had plenty of dishes, glasses etc. I would stay here again!

The property was in an extremely convenient location. It provided an opportunity to walk to any venue in Savannah and the property and homes surrounding it were beautifully maintained. It also was an easy and convenient place to have a vehicle in that parking was free. We could drive to Tybee Island in 30 minutes. The house was spotless and decorated so tastefully. The rooms were large and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were so clean and spotless and we loved having two full baths and a half bath for 5 girls. We felt safe in the property at all times and would highly recommend this home. When we contacted the property management they were very friendly and helpful.

Nice place for a wedding weekend. We had lots of errands to run and parking is such a mess in savannah that we were really happy to be able to park on the street just outside. It’s a nice house. You might have a hot water issue with 4 or more to shower.

Great location, great staff! Plenty of room at the home.
However the owner of the home scheduled a realtor to show the house well we were staying there. The realtor entered the home using a code and it scared us; as someone unknown and unexpected entering the home was scary.

Lovely home. We stayed with our adult son and it was nice to have the 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was functional and well stocked. The living and dining areas were perfect for us and we enjoyed unwinding at the end of the day together and discussing what we had seen and done. Only thing missing was a bath mat! Tiny thing but would be nice for them to supply one. Overall super place to stay. One street over from Jones street and it was a fun walk. DOT buses run close by if you get tired of walking.

The stay at Explorer’s Haven was the nicest experience of the 4 days we stayed in Savannah. If you enjoy the charm of the past, you will adore your surroundings. Parking is the only complaint with the facility and the entire city. But we do plan a return trip in our future and hope this home will be available again for our visit.

The house was perfect for two couple, each of the two bedrooms with its own bathroom. Two of us are antique lovers, and the house is full of them. We enjoyed the historic district and being able to walk practically everywhere. When we did need the car, parking was free. The neighborhood is quiet and across from an elementary school. We did find a broken glass in a cupboard which we threw away.

We loved the house as it was super cute and as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The room that faces Broad St. is very loud with cars that pass by and hit all of the potholes. Also the air conditioning in that room was fairly loud. Some drunk guy named Bobby tried to come in the house in the middle of the night uninvited but we had the door locked and he walked away upon discovering this. All in all it was a nice weekend.

We stayed in Explorers Haven for 3 nights in late November. The house was very clean, charming and comfortable. We had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place. The only glitch we had was the door code was wrong, I had to call to get a new one. I would also highly recommend Savannah it was awesome!

Five girlfriends spent 4 nights at this lovely row house. It was such a great place to be within walking distance of everything we did. We visited all the squares and loved eating at the Pirate's car needed. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

The house was everything we expected and saw online. It's very well decorated and comfortable, very charming although it is on a busy street. I would recommend to management that they provide tissues, more bathroom hand towels, a general purpose spray cleaner, and kitchen dish towels. There was only one small terry cloth towel. Light bulb over the stove is burned out. And small bowls for dining. Other than these minor things, I would rate this home and our experience excellent.

It was generally fine. Clean, convenient, quiet. No problems that would interfere with our stay. We could never figure out how to turn the lights out in the dining room. It would be welcoming to provide filters for the coffee maker since we had to buy a whole package.

The Explorer's Haven was a quaint old home. The home had everything we needed and was well furnished. The location was really ideal. If you look on a map it seems as though it might be far away from the downtown area of Savannah but it wasn't. It was within walking distance to just about anything we wanted to do. Parking could be a problem, we didn't experience any issues, but I can see where that could be a problem since the property doesn't have any onsite parking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and we did not have a bad meal. I would stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for 4 people. It definitely was conveniently located. We had just a little trouble with the thermostat, but was handled quickly by the housekeeping manager. We did have to get Uber to get to the grocery, but other than that, we did well walking or taking the trolley. The staff is outstanding and did all they could to make our stay the best.

The location was convenient to everything. Plenty of room and clean house. I was surprised to see a crock pot. It was easy to get it started then go out and have dinner when we got back. Everything we needed was in the house including a washer and dryer.

Three friends and I went on a girls trio for a long weekend. The house was wonderful! Very cozy...had everything we needed and close to a lot of fun shops and restaurants. Clean..quiet and beautifully decorated!!

fantastic trip to Savannah, even though the trip was for my sons wedding, we did stay a week an explore Savannah. The town was easy to get around in, we had a very comfortable stay in our home. Quick walk to downtown, a very safe neighborhood and a beautiful home.

The property was just as it was described online. The house was beautiful, cozy and well furnished. The location was easy to find, not too far from River Street and parking was easy to access. I would highly recommend this rental!!

Our stay was wonderful. My family thouroghly enjoyed the Explorer's Haven. Everything was neat and clean. The area was quiet. We had to request linen for the downstairs sleeper sofa. They were delivered promptly. Lucky Savannah is on the same street as the house so that was a plus. The location is very close to Riverfront. Only a $5-6 Uber ride when we didn't want to drive. Parking was a little tight but we made it work. We will definetly pick this rental again.

The stay here was actually great, but here's some heads up on the property. Only the downstairs was a/c. Upstairs was a loud, portable unit that cooled very efficiently in 90 degree weather (real feel 100+). The neighbor lets out an adorable outdoor cat everyday (bonus). The stairs are very! slippery. I had to wash dishes and pots before we used them for stuck on lipstick or burnt food. The home is beautiful, clean, bug free and the beds are comfortable. The sofa bed was okay, too. We traveled as 2 adults and 3 teens. It was walking distance to historical sites and River Street. It was an easy drive to Tybee. We felt safe. Antiques filled this beautiful,historic home. Even the living room chandelier was stamped as an antique. Lovely stay. Don't go East on foot: sketchy, boarded up area. Stagnant water in yard decorations. Bring bug spray if you want to sit out. "Slam" downstairs bathroom door to close. No maintenance or management issues to report. Easy checkout. Parking was convenient on street. We would stay here again. TV in every room and wi-fi was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Of course, it had some Southern Savannah charm. I did think it showed better in pictures. The beds were great and the app was awesome. We were only a $5 Uber ride to anything we wanted to get to for the day/evening.

Really nice although I am not sure what that unit on the landing was for? A/C unit? it was very loud. Other than that, the location was great and within walking distance of everything. When I called the rental owners for extra towels and an issue with the upstairs sink, they were very nice and quick to respond.

Lucky Savannah was phenomenal! The housekeeper noticed a problem with the a.c. before we arrived. Management called to alert us and sent a tech right over. The house was more beautiful than in pictures and had EVERYTHING we could possibly have needed. It was in walking distance to the wedding venue and a quick I Uber tothe riverfront activities. We will definitely use this again!

Explorer's Haven is a wonderful home away from home - located on the edge of the historical district in Savannah. The place was immaculate and very well furnished. Great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would stay there again. Great for two couples.

We had a great time. The townhouse that we rented was the best place ever. My wife and I have stayed in other rentals, but none like this. The home was superb, clean, close to all of the Historical Sites at walking distance. The staff is great. They were very helpful to answer our questions when we arrived. This is a home I would recommend to stay any time of the year. And of course we will stay again in the future. The townhouse had everything you need. Just bring your clothes and you are set.

My husband, baby, parents, and I enjoyed our trip. I liked the location of the house. We would walk between .25-1 mile to restaurants. It was a nice, quiet area at night.

House was lovely, but had some maintenance issues. One of the tics in the bedroom did not work, only part of the screen came in. The roof was leaking I the same bedroom. And there was a cracked toilet seat in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Aside from that the house was beautifully furnished and in a pretty good area.

We had a great time in Savannah! This house was quite lovely - just as nice as it looks in the photos! We have three teenagers, and the house was perfect for us. We started our days with some sightseeing, and ended with a nice meal out. In between, the house was big enough to let everyone unwind and relax. The house has a nice kitchen, living room, and dining room. It was much better than getting two hotel rooms.

This house was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in Savannah! We had a group of 5 girls for a birthday weekend and it was more than enough room for us to be comfortable. It is a $3 Uber to Riverwalk or a 15 minute walk, which was very simple to navigate. I have no real complaints about the home, but if you are staying here be sure to bring extra towels and blankets! I was a little surprised that the beds only had a little bed sheet and no extra blankets. Other than that everything was perfect- I'd love to stay here again and I would highly recommend this house and Lucky Savannah rentals.

Our stay at the Explorer's Haven was a great experience! The home is very cute and gave us the quaint Savannah feeling we were looking for! We went for a girl's trip - 5 of us total. We felt like we had plenty of space. We had some minor issues with getting the house to cool off, but it didn't bother us too much and it definitely didn't hinder our good time.

Explorer's Haven was a perfect place to feel right at home in Savannah for an end of summer get-at-way. My wife is an elementary school teacher so we wanted to take a little trip before she started school again. Her cousin who is like her sister and her husband joined us. We found Explorer's Haven to be perfect. It was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed fixing our breakfasts in the well stocked kitchen. It was quite hot and humid in Savannah, so it was nice to be able to tour, but come back to relax in the beautiful townhouse. Interestingly, the elementary school across the street had justed started, so we enjoyed watching school children each morning (the crossing guard was quite friendly and my wife even went tot he school and was allowed to look around). We will be looking forward to a return trip to Savannah maybe in the Fall or Spring.

We had a great weekend stay. Home is beautifully furnished with antiques that accent the time period of the home. Conveniently located to the historic district attractions and Tybee Island. Had an issue with one of the electrical outlets but management company was easy to work with and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

This row house was so cute! Loved the way it was decorated too. It had basic amenities like toiletries and even Cofffee filters. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serve ware to make it easy to make a meal or two a day. It was walking distance to where all the action is. About a half mile. Overall a nice place!!

The house meet the needs of allowing more time to spend with family. While the location was great for walking, the street was very busy and noisy. There is a school across the street that does provide a little bit of noise in the morning and afternoon. The street parking was better than expected and did not provide any problems. The Tv down stairs should be replaced because of screen defect. The staff we came in contact with were great, helpful and pleasant to talk with. The app was a great tool. If we ever come back we will check first with Lucky.

I stayed at Explorer's Haven the weekend of St. Patrick's day with a group of friends. This was one of the simplest vacation experiences of my life. Once we booked the location all we had to do was download an app and everything was taken care of. The doors have programmed pass codes so there is no need to stop at the office to get keys. The house was clean and comfortable. The house was located a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown/riverfront area. It was ideal and would highly recommend using Lucky Savannah to anyone interested in staying in Savannah.

This house was perfect for our group of 4, 2 couples. It is comfortable, clean, full of history in its design, and well located. We walked everywhere and were always glad to get back "home." The folks at the office were very friendly and informative. A couple of maintenance issues need to be done, but we reported these and they did not interfere with our wonderful time.

This was a very comfortable place for two couples and a teenager. We walked fairly easily to River St. and all the squares. My only concerns was that, as the property is located on Broad St. it does brush up against a sketchy area to the east but we had no problems and would absolutely return.
The management company was accessible, friendly, and professional. There were no surprises in the bill.
We love Savannah and I'll turn to Lucky Savannah first when we return.
